Ive got a gift card to this place: pedicure + massage. The owner was not very friendly. My pedicure was OK, but it took forever, so after that my massage was shortened and it was very poorly done. I did not have luck with this place! Instead of relaxation I came home very disappointed.Also I have to mention, that my visit was before COVID-19.

The lady who took care of my wax was so gentle made it a very calming experience

Made a reservation online that was convenient and easy with text reminders. Annie was professional and great for my 90 min 3-in-1 massage (swedish, hot-stone, and deep tissue with stretching after) and very communicative about problem areas. Space was clean and comfortable with soothing music, though I could still hear staff and customers in the nail salon area it wasnt too intrusive. They were following covid guidelines w/ temperature taking and masks, and asked me to wash hands when I first entered the building. She even called me to let me know I dropped $20 on the floor as I was leaving, so very honest service - highly recommend!

Annie did an incredible job! She is super friendly, sweet, and welcoming, and I loved my massage! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

My wife and I went to Thailand in January 2019. We had a Thai massage and it was the best massage we ever had. Since we got back, we have been looking for a true Thai massage. We tried a few places with no luck. Today we went to the Wonderful Day Spa. Annie gave us a true Thai massage. It was a Wonderful Day! We booked another next week, because she took her time and concentrated on all of my problems, that I didnt even realized I had. My wife wasnt in as bad condition as me, but she fixed her in one visit. We are both pain free, and happy as can be. If you have any pain at all, I would go to her first, and feel the difference. In Thailand they told us that a TRUE Thai massage is not only a massage, but medicine for your body. Annie is the BEST! See you next week! Thank you!

Ok. I am a nurse, and as a nurse Ive needed many massages. But often I felt the same after the massage as I did prior. Not at Wonderful Day Spa. I endorse this spa totally. I thank the person who gifted me my first massage there and I have just scheduled my 3rd and counting! Definitely makes a difference physically and mentally. Treat yourself, treat someone you care about. You wont regret it.❣

I have had dozens of massages from relaxation/swedish style to the most aggressive sports therapy and I have to say this 110lb woman providing world-class Thai massage takes the cake by a country mile!There are very few places in the state to get a true Thai massage by a classically trained practitioner but this place delivers in spades! Its also a great bonus that everyone is so sweet to deal with :)Cant wait to go back!

Annie was wonderful. She checked in on me from time to time to ask about the pressure and whether or not certain techniques were working out for me. Shed advise me on which massages would suit me well. She was pleasant and very nice to talk to.

I had a last minute appointment with Grace ( 20 minutes after I called them for help)...my left side muscles were like a rock I could not sleep etc and the pain was unbearable. I purchased a 3 in 1 package very reasonably price. Grace was my masseuse. She managed to work and work at my left side and did all techniques possibly to loosen my muscles. I was at the point if your fingertip touched my back it was painful ...Grace took on the challenge and did such a great job my husband is booked in 2 weeks and I might make it a Couples massage as we both deserve it. GREAT JOB LADIES....customer for life

Great spa for a lot in general. The staff is kind, courteous and respectful. The waxing is very proper and leaves you feeling like a new person. Massages and facials etc leave you also feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Annie is great!

Wonderful Day Spa is truly Wonderful. The spa is beautifully decorated and very clean. Annie and Linda were both so welcoming and friendly along with being excellent at what they do and very professional. I highly recommend this spa and will be going back again and again. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived there was NO ONE there. Only an old lady who apologized many many times about it because Annie forgot she had me scheduled for a massage that day. That lady called her and Annie said she was five minutes away... 27 minutes later there was still no Annie and I left.Annie called me later on and re-scheduled. I go to my appointment, she brought me to the massage table and is ready to start and then she asked; do you have a cold. I go; “ I do and started about 8 days ago.” She said I have to wait 2 more weeks before I come back.She then said that she could at least do my facial but one minute later she told me I needed to re-schedule again.Based on the reviews I agree that she might be good but lacks customer services.

This place get NO recommendation at all. I bought a gift certificate package in May of 2017 for my girlfriends college graduation present expecting her to have a relaxing, stress free day before she started her career. She booked an appointment for August 19, 2017 at 10:00 am, the weekend before she started her job. The package included manicure/pedicure, facial, and massage; however she didnt even get past the manicure/pedicure. She started with the pedicure which went pretty well and once they moved onto the manicure thats when it went downhill. First off she had a perilous gel coat on her nails and they said it would cost extra to remove which is NOT stated online for for the gift cerficate; so she agreed to pay the extra and then they used tin foil to remove the gel coat, they left her sitting there for close to an hour with the foil and because she has natural nails it made them curl and look awful and if an hour with the foil wasnt enough they said they would have to do it again because it wasnt enough. Once the foil was done they attempted to use a gel coat that was suppose to work the same as any other salon, but it didnt. The gel that they used the nail lady said that she needed to dry them however you are suppose to use a light so after the lady said that they were dry they werent and as soon as she reached for something they all smudged and the polish chipped and came right off. Needless to say this at 2:00 in the afternoon so she has been there for a 4 hour manicure/pedicure and hasnt even reached the massage and facial. After all this she decided to leave because of the stressful situation and she had an event at night she had to go to. The lady tried to say they can reschedule the massage and facial which was suppose to be done the same but at this point she wanted nothing to do with this place and they tried saying they cant refund because the gift certificate was through a third party. This place is awful and makes a stress free day more stressful than not so I do not recommend it for anyone

Just left my appointment with Annie for a Brazilian wax and eyebrow wax. As always Annie is great, no matter the service. I have been a customer since the spa opened and always will be. Highly recommend it. Massages cant be beat!

Annie did an amazing job with a hot stone massage and spa facial! She was very caring and made sure to do what was comfortable and what I came for. When I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure, she was very nice and careful. She asked how I wanted my nails shaped, which doesnt always happen. She also went out of her way to make sure not to tickle my feet too much when they scrub/file them during the pedicure. She also was very helpful when picking out a toe nail polish color to match the gel to the polish.

Grace was great! My first time there and wonderfully surprised. I would recommend her and will definitely be back!

Annie Waters recently moved to this location and opened her own business. I was a client at her previous location and continued here. Annie is a very skilled masseuse and does a fantastic job. She has added an experienced nail person in Linda and she also does a really great job. I highly recommend this duo!

Wow! We just had a couples massage and Annie and Grace were AMAZING! I have lower back arthritis and ligaments healing in my ankle(from my fall a few months ago) and I left there with minimal lower back pain and feel like a miracle occurred on my foot! We are both sooo relaxed and already talking about our next massage 💆‍♂️ 💆

Recovering from whiplash over several months, I tried a massage with Annie yesterday. She worked hard to open things up and really move out some of the stuck soft tissues. I have more room in my neck and shoulders today. Grateful for Annies professional, strong, deep tissue release!

Annie is excellent. She took the time to figure out where my tension is coming from and addressed it, and over time made it much better. Its as if she was a dr. Strongly recommend Annie (the owner) for a massage.

Dont waste your time. If you show up with even the slightest sniffle be prepared to be rudely hustled out like you are patient zero. Facility and staff not at all professional.

I sadly couldnt rate this any lower than one star. The staff is outrageously rude. After three attempts to verify a gift certificate, including driving 20 minutes to the spa, 3 rude employees said the owner would decide whether my gift certificate was usable, and the owner eventually decided that my gift certificate was fake. She wanted me to find the verification of payment from the person that gave me the gift because she couldnt locate the number on her record. All the while, the employees brushed me off and treated me very poorly. I will never recommend this place to anyone. There are many other respectable spas in this town that treat customers well. I am not angry that they wouldnt accept my 100$ gift certificate, but I am shocked that they would treat me so rudely and accuse me of making a fake gift certificate.

I found this place shortly after to moved to Worcester and Ive always been so happy with service. Ive had 3 facials as well as a massage and a mani/pedi. Annie does such a great job! Shes so friendly and has given me great skincare tips. Ill definitely be back and recommending it to friends.

Best massage ever.

I went here to get my nails done. It was the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. Im not sure about the massages but never go here to get your nails done. It was very awkward
