One of the most shady businesses you can imagine. They will destroy your product, then go through incredible efforts to cover for their known damages. Dealt with Joy Dales***o and John the Manager, who both bald face lied to me about the known damage to our shipment.They then tried to cover for the damage by claiming they inspected it for us, just to discover they only did that to hide the fact that the shipment was irreparably damaged and the packaging had shown it. So to cover for them dropping it off the back of their truck, they pretended like they were doing us a favor by inspecting it.This is not a good company, these are not good folks, this is not how animals would treat one another, let alone human beings.Disgusting...
How can so many reprehensible people be assembled in one company. They seem to have a very sophisticated system for creating damage and covering for one another. They have canned responses for your complaints and will quickly off load you on the next person in line to ignore you. Joy Dalesan***ro and guy named Jon who claims to be a manager will baffle you with incoherent words strung together in what they probably believe are properly constructed sentences.There are NO WORDS to describe the level of incompetence on display at YRC, I just wish this group had a little shame so that they would actually be embarrassed by their actions, and be humiliated in front of their neighbors and friends. But the incredibly ignorance and self serving nature of this company only allows for the hiring of persons with compromised morals.
I received a phone call from Kim with YRC Freight in regards to my availability to have my package delivered. She stated the companies delivery hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 - 5. While consulting with my business partner about our schedule, Kim was rude and disrespectful.One of our orders was scheduled to be delivered by YRC Freight on Monday. She confirmed our address, then proceeded to ask what color is the house. Before I could answer the question, she stated they will drop our package off in the driveway and leave. She then hung up and never told us the delivery time.We contacted Northern Tools customer care via email and phone call, to inform them of the unprofessionalism of YRC Freight and how it goes against providing good quality customer care. Weve ordered over $2000 with in tools from Northern Tools and plan to purchase from them again. However, our recent experience with Kim and YRC Freight proves the company to be an unreliable resource for shipping items.
YRC apparently outsourced the final delivery to some unknown person. They let this person sign for my package and thus I had no way to inspect the package once delivered prior to them leaving. Heres the best part, the person they outsourced to took my package off of the pallet and threw away my custom pallet that I had the pay to have built in the first place! They then delivered the package to the wrong address, again no one signed for this, and then they propped my package up against a wall at a 45 degree angle (package needed to be kept flat) at this wrong address and the worst part was that there was an abundance of water flowing off of the roof at this wrong address directly onto my package. The entire thing was soaking wet. Eventually the person that was at the location the package was dropped off at came and found me, several buildings away. I had to go drive to this location and pick this package up myself. Which, this package weighed too much for one person to lift in thus I hurt my back during the lifting process. For an incredibly fragile package that needed to be handled with care, this company completely dropped the ball. I will never use or recommend YRC Freight to anyone ever. Go with UPS Freight. Its only a couple dollars more.YRC Freight should have refunded me all of my money for all of the enormous screw-ups they made.
Dealt with Joy D and John, both were reprehensibly liars. I do not know how these people look their family or kids in the eye. They have no problem telling lies to their customers to get out of the damage their asinine company creates. There is not much to say about this lot, they are really the lowest forms of trash imaginable.

Freight arrived with packaging materials damaged and even better covered in broken glass. The driver said they did the best they could to clean up the mess...... translation: they didnt even try to clean it up!Thanks guys!!This company is another reason America is so eff-t
Dont expect anything to get to you on time.... This is the second large item that Ive had delivered through YRC Freight where it is more than a few days behind. Furthermore, the website said it was out for delivery, so I called family friends to help me get the item off the truck, only to find there was a glitch in the system, and it wasnt actually being delivered that day.... Just terrible.
Kim is the rudest person ever. She needs to be fired and never allowed to answer calls. Delivery guy was lazy to drive to our driveway, which is 10 feet away from my mailbox, and left my item in the wet snow. This company has to be shut down and never allowed to be opened ever again.
Delivery was scheduled for friday. Not getting my shipment till Tuesday because of the holiday. Im 1 city over. They want over $150 to deliver today for expedited shipping even though tracling has it scheduled for today!Never using this company again.
Call dispatch .surprise the driver cant back up in a one way street so they dont deliveri drive a daycab in Boston and back up in alleys where do you get your drivers
