I received an email notice that a delivery attempt was made and now it is rescheduled. There was never a UPS delivery attempt. My guess is that the UPS driver was running behind and just could not get to my delivery and had to come up with a reason that it was not delivered so just declared that the delivery was attempted when in fact it was not. Lately, UPS has had terrible service. My packages are always damaged in some way (usually crushed in some part of the packaging) some times with the contents damaged and rarely not. My wife and I own a business and we stopped using UPS when nearly everything we shipped got damaged in some way; usually from being crushed or thrown and/or dropped from some height onto the concrete floor. I could go on about terrible service, but it doesnt matter because they dont care and there is nothing we can do. Nowadays when I have a choice, I always choose some other carrier than UPS.

I assume the notary is avoiding any sort of work. Imposible to get in touch with and cant even schedule an appointment online - even though when I walked in thats what they told me I need to do.

Previously used this place a few years back, and they were fine. Recently, they are awful. Tried to send something, and had a very specific postal address with a +4 zip code. This is correspondence to a federal government office, and MUST go to the exact +4 zip. The employee at the store said they cannot change the address to match, and refused to do anything about it. I ended up going over to the Post Office, and they had no problem. It was also about 20% of the cost UPS wanted to charge me...Update #1: I had to send something out, and thought Id give them another shot. I waited for about a half hour, and the lady was very slowly helping two other people with simple outbound shipments.Update #2: I just took time off work and tried to ship something out at 9:30am on Monday, 6/4. The store is closed. The sign, website, and corporate office say theyre supposed to open at 8:00am. Apparently, even the local depot tried to deliver something there this morning (see picture).

Spend your money elsewhere! I was trying to ship donations to a church in Houston, and one of 5 labels did not print at home, so I asked them if I could print from one their 2 printers (figuring what, $1 or something, right? No big deal). Nope, must use their PC. Ok, so how much? $2 he said, Ok so two dollars to print I said, fine. He says No, $2 per minute. I then repeated this back to him, with the intention for him to hear just how impractical and nonsensical of a proposition this was. So I need to use this computer, for $2 per minute, just to connect to your printer, to pay you for this printer to print 1 -8 1/2 x 11, black and white shipping label? Waving his finger emphatically at the PC and nodding he says Yes, yes, you can use it. (Both printers of which I noticed have usb ports and could accept a thumb drive for printing). I quickly realized where this was going and determined this was not a person that was able to understand and form reasonable judgments based on the same line of principles and logic I had applied. So I said No...no thank you, Ill go across the street to fedex and print it. Not wishing to contribute to this larceny disguised in the form of a convenience based service, I went across Rt. 9 to FedEx, put in my thumb drive and printed 1 B/W copy for $0.14 - it then crossed my mind that I now have to somehow stick this label to the box! On my way out I asked the FedEx guy If I could have one of the sticky-label-pouches that self adhere to the box, he shrugged and said sure. So dashed back to my truck and drove back across the street to the UPS store. Having mentally prepared myself, as I re-enter the UPS store (less 15 minutes from my finite cache of existence, $0.14 shipping label and FREE Fedex sticky-sleeve in hand) I fully expect that I will be charged for the 2 -4 pieces of packaging tape, as others previously protested, and the labor to slap the label on the box. As I walk in, I assume it was the mans wife this time who waited on me, Surprisingly enough, she remained pleasant and didnt charge me!! Im fairly certain it was not because she felt bad, but after all that, Ill take it. I said thank you, and walked out. Feeling as though I tied the score UPS Store 1, Me 1, I left with my head held high, In part, I guess, due to a false expectation by preparing for the worst. I guess the moral of the story is, Expect the worst and if things end up not so bad, you may even feel like you won something when you actually didnt. Oh yea, and always print your labels at home!

Absolutely awful place. They refuse to scan the code to have the item returned to amazon because they needed it printed so they can charge $2.22 to print ONE page. Oh and how can I forget how awful you get treated? UPS needs to look into the owners and employees here.

This is usually a great and convenient location with good service and helpful staff. Not sure who any recent hires have been but when I stopped in recently to drop-off a pre-labeled package there was a blatantly rude, snarky man at the counter who made unnecessary and inappropriate remarks which are unwelcome and classless. Customers pay attention to how they are treated in your store. I wont be coming back and will find a different place for my UPS services, even if it is farther away.

**Update: WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL CLOSED UNTIL 10AM. THE REST OF THE PLAZA IS OPEN AT 7, 8 OR 9AM (like shaws, honey farms, IHOP, planet fitness) granted there are hours...but Not everyone has time to wait till 10am. If we are all up at 5, 6, or 7...you should be too, especially during the pandemic**They never answer a phone. Staff is ALWAYS late when they are supposed to open at 9am. Not to be disrespectful but can we get someone else who actually does their job to run the store

I had a prepaid next-day air label and to print label they charged $3.50, when asked for reason they mentioned (computer access charge + label print out + shipment cover). Very pathetic and not at all a friendly store.

Long story short, after coming here for a while due to its convenient location, I am fed up and will not be back for any of their services. Besides the outrageous pricing (that many reviewers have already commented on), the employees are slow and extremely rude. Time and time again they have been dismissive and will talk down to me as a customer.Highly recommend going across the street to FedEx where they have excellent customer service, or if you need to use UPS, drive a mile down the road to Staples.

I went into the UPS store near Pho Sure today to mail a computer. Grudeep took care of me and a few other customers while I was there and he did a great job. One especially insistent elderly woman was being a bit unreasonable and Grudeep was very professional the entire time. Not losing his cool even a little bit he continued to help no matter what this woman said to him. I did what I could to help, but hes the real good dude here. The smile never left his face. Good luck out there Grudeep!

Had to drop off packages that had a prepaid label to ship via UPS. I also needed some packing tape and noticed they had postage stamps and can mail things- they charge a bit more than USPS for those services but it is a convenience thing. I said I needed to send mail certified with tracking as it was important that I know they received it. At this point there was a line forming and Matthew, the clerk, became rushed and said there is a tracking number on your receipt. I specifically asked if I would be able to confirm they had it and he said yes. Fast forward 4 days and I log on to try to track it and I cant. I go back to the store and the same person said he never would have said that it could be tracked as it cannot be.They clearly do not know how to offer the proper services for their customers needs and they charge a premium price for their services which are likely the wrong shipping solutions.

This place pushes the higher fees very intensively and even lied to me. I had to ship a package and requested the cheapest rate and the gentleman (an Indian tall man) kept ofering the highest rates, offering next day by 8am, I insisted he dropped to next day by 10:30am, I keep saying I want the cheapest rate and I don’t care when it will get there, he still kept insisting and dropped a few bucks for the 2 days rate making it look that was the cheapest. I even asked, is this the cheapest? Very deceiving practice.When I spoke to my husband who is a UPS employee, I learned that he still could have dropped the rate by shipping ground, which he never offered me despite the fact that I asked for the cheapest rate 3 times... I paid about 25% more because it was actually shipped as 2nd day air. This man is just deceiving and trying to sell sell sell. Bad customer service, not caring for my repeated requested. I do not recommend this store and I’ll drive further to use UPS services.

Very incompetent front desk staff...this kid send me to 188 Memorial Drive in Shrewsbury when I tried to pick up my package from them, but all along the package has been sitting at this place the whole time. This kid doesnt even bother checking my slips... He tried looking for the first time, didnt find it. I went back immediately after I went to 188 Memorial Drive and another staff help and she found it... Please corporate look into this store. Remove the franchise from them. They are not making their customers happy. You will just have bad rep from this store...

I had called to ask a question, and while the person I spoke with did provide me with an answer, I was starting to say thank you and that I appreciated his help, he hung up on me while I was talking and I was left with a dial tone...I found it to be extremely rude.

Ups is the worst. They are lazty with thier deliveries. I was supposed to get my package two day ago and I was home the whole day but they didnt even want to ring my door bell and assume that I am not home so they left me a note saying my package was at some place so I went and guess what my package wasnt there. Now they want me to pick it up at another place in which they dont open on weekends. If I do not receive my package there will be problems because this is something I payed for and it belongs to me! Just give me my dang package!!

The kid that works there is useless. Took about 10 mins to cut the tape on a box rofl. But what isnt funny is that he did not inform me that if I brought my own label it would of been free to ship my item rather than pay $21. Thanks for nothing. At least it shipped and all. Dont be hungry for that $, now Im going across the street to Fedex.

Charged for printing a UPS Label. I went there to drop off an Amazon return and forgot to print the label . I asked the store clerk if he would be able to print the shipping label based on the tracking number I have on my phone and he told me to use the computer to login to my email and print the label which in all costed me about $4.00. I asked the store clerk if I can pay the $1.00 through Amazon to print the label, but he said that was not an option as he has to login to the computer and price would be the same as if I did. Apparently they need to be more aware of this Amazon label print for $1.00.I know I am lamenting for a mere $4.00 and it was my fault that I forgot to print the shipping label, but the store clerk should have been more helpful and showed me options.Bottom line, always print your shipping label at home if you need to.

The owners of this franchise are thugs - every time I use this store, I learn they have added a charge for something new.Few months back I used this store and they told me that they wont tape the box. I would have to pay them a couple of dollars to tape the box or buy a roll of tape from them. Today I taped my box, took the printed shipping label and they told me I would have to pay a dollar to get the plastic that holds the label. I have used more than 100 locations of Fedex, UPS and USPS, and not a single location has asked to pay for tape or a shipping label holder.Please avoid using this location. drive a mile east and go to the location at staples, it will be worth your trip to the other location rather than using this store.I wish I could give this place lower than 1 star.(I try to avoid UPS, however amazon forces me to use UPS for returns.)
