Not the greatest service. The only reason I took the car for an interior detail was because the car had a significant amount of pet hair. I understand that pet hair is really hard to get out but the fact that there was still a really significant amount of hair still in the vehicle just makes me think that the car wasn’t cleaned properly. Also there is an extra fee for removal of pet hair that I paid, therefore I expect a great service. Special tools to get pet hair removed should of been used. I had pet hair still in the floor, seats, in between the seats, visor and literally everywhere! I spent close to $160 to get my car pretty much vacuumed, wiped down and the mats cleaned. The car smelled good but there’s no point if the car isn’t cleaned! I honestly could’ve done a better job myself and spent less money if only I had more time to do so. Not to mention that the upper interior and close to the doors was still dirty. I don’t know if this is not included in the interior detailing but I would assume that it is because it’s part of the interior! I took the car twice to get the job done!! And left both times disappointed. Never again. I don’t recommend. If only I could upload pictures!!

I’ve used Ziebart before for interior car detailing without issue. However, I got a $200 gift certificate for my fiancé, which was because they don’t offer gift cards online for specific services or whatever value you wish. So I was pushed into spending more than I wanted to in order to cover the entire interior car detailing. I called to check on status of car at 115 pm and they said to come pick it up in a half hour. We got there 40 minutes later and had to sit in the parking lot until they said it was finally done at 235 pm. The seats were soaking wet, the dash wasn’t wiped down, and his steering wheel was covered in dirt, that then got all over his hands. It’s clear they were rushing and we’re very disappointed with the outcome. I called and left a voicemail asking to discuss this since it was a lot of wasted money. But I received no call back. I will not be going back.

Very good service for the money. Interior was cleaned almost perfectly but in couple of areas could have been better.. like spots that could have been rubbed with cleaners (looks like was just wiped). But overall very good. Definitely coming back.

Top Notch detailing and window tinting. All the vents, in between the seats etc were spotless. Paint looked mint, I could probably shave in the reflection. Thank you guys!

Extremely satisfied with the cleaning/detailing job they did on my truck. Soda cans had exploded in my vehicle and sprayed everywhere.. in the headliner, all over the cloth seats, the carpet, windows, and all the trim. When I picked it up from detailing, not only were all the stains from the soda gone, it looked like brand new inside! I couldnt believe it could look that nice. Professional, courteous, quality service at an excellent price. Highly recommended!

Usually I am Always Pleased with the work that is Done. Recently sent My Viechle there. Was told wonce He looked at the area, He would call me about what needs to be done. Didnt hear from them All day figured it was all good. When they called Me to say Your Viechle is All set,I asked what they did and why didnt you call. They had No Clue what I was talking about and Who booked my appointment. Interior was Done but the vents,along the seats and had spots on my ceiling . Thought I would Be More Pleased. 😡

I had the undercoating and rustproofing services done today on my 2015 Dart. Fast service (2 hours), and the owners were accommodating as well, even suggesting I cancel if was raining (2nd time was the charm).Its been 15 years since my last full undercoating, and I can say this: there is not a bit of rust on that car. This service is pricy, but rust is the only real thing that kills a car. If you plan on keeping it for 10 years, theres no reason not to invest in this. A few hundred now prevents thousands in body work after a decade of winters. Thanks guys!

Very easy to talk to, and they cleaned my dirty 2000 toyota Rav4 up nice. It was stinky and super dirty when I bought it from private buyer, and they brought it back to life. They also missed underneath the backseats completely because they didn’t know the seats came up, I went back the next day and they took it in IMMEDIATELY with no issues, worries or attitude. Solid, honest, extremely down to earth and kind people there, I’m coming here for now on, as they can clearly be trusted.

I had an excellent recent experience at Ziebart in Shrewsbury, MA. The finished spray in bed liner and undercoating look better than what a manufacturer would have done. The communication was excellent and they walked me through the entire process on my initial appointment to explain how it gets applied. I had recently taken my vehicle for service and the mechanic commented on how great the undercoating and the spray in bed liner looked.

I got my car detailed last Saturday. This is the second time I’ve gone to Ziebart for interior detailing and I have to say I’m still not impressed. I would of given 4 stars if they didn’t damage the side cushion of my driver’s seat and actually cleaned my sun visors and outer sunglasses compartment. Just over all the interior roof area did not seemed touched. I was also hoping they would be able to remove some dirt stains with their seat shampoo and cleaning but the stains are still there.

Got my car detailed with them yesterday. I cannot begin to express how happy I am! They did such an awesome job on my vehicle, and the entire process was quick and easy. The prices are incomparable for the work to many of the other places I’ve been to have my cars detailed as well. 100% recommended to anyone needing a detail done!! Amazing! So happy!

Kyle did a terrific job detailing the interior of my vehicle. My car was disgusting; was encrusted with cigarette stains, grass stains, and all different types of food crumbs. Also, various people had drank things, spilled while drinking those things(and then threw up), and subsequently could not clean up after themselves before I found these things (too late), the next day. Although I did believe the price was a little high at 125$, they did the best job any company has ever done while detailing my vehicle. So the job absolutely matched the price.

I had a remote car starter installed in my car and I love it. They teach you how to use the remote on your car and help you with any issues you have. I have a standard vehicle and it took some time getting used to the remote starter, when I needed help, I stopped in and they fixed it! Also, Ryan (the owner) brings his dog Emma in to work, shes always a delight to be around and a great dog!

I posted same on YELP. I would not recommend. Cost too much for the quality of workmanship. Very sloppy. Smears and streaks. Sent out some lower level employee who took care of initial areas I could identify, but two days later I was still finding areas were original grime remained. Maybe thats the way the game is played. You have to stay for hours after your car is ready to identify all the areas they missed.

We had our windows tinted here a few years ago and they did a fantastic job - theyre still in perfect condition years later.We have also had our vehicle detailed inside and out several times. They do a fantastic job and clean out every crack and crevice.There was a miscommunication about my appointment time this week and the level of customer service that I received from Ryan and the Ziebart team to address the situation was above and beyond what I could have asked for. They did another fantastic job detailing the inside and outside of our car.We will continue to recommend the great work you guys do and will certainly be back in the fall to detail the car again.

When I decided to purchase a remote starter before Winter, they did a great job of explaining the different options, helping me to find the right product for my car. I took my car in for window tint and was in and out in 1 1/2 hours! All of the employees are friendly and very helpful. I also had problems with my hazard lights/door lock buttons and Matthew (the owner) looked at them and fixed them while my car was there. They are all so nice and provide really great service - its rare to find southern hospitality in the northeast but these guys really deliver! Id recommend them to anyone who needs window tint done - and maybe youll get lucky and get those other small problems looked at & taken care of as well!

Bought a package and had my truck undercoated, and detailed (inside and out). They did a great job. When I get the truck back there was a minor issue I noticed on the drive home. Called them the next day and they took care of it about a week later (once the part came in).They handled the entire transaction very professionally. Its refreshing to see that there are still businesses out there these days that care about their customers. Ziebart in Shrewsbury is one of them. My hat off to them! I highly recommend them if your looking to have any work or accessories added to your vehicle. Plan on coming back in the spring for some window tinting.

I got my interior detailed. They really did a 5-star job cleaning for a great price! Unfortunately my car was still pretty wet on the inside when they were finished. After 3 days sitting in the sun with the windows open its still really wet, my bad for getting a car detailed in wintertime, but I thought they would dry it better. I am tired of scraping ice from the inside and outside of my windows every drive. My butt gets wet (despite the wet plastic they gave me) every drive so I have to bring spare pants everywhere.Also, they put a bumper sticker on without my consent... not okay!

I really am disappointed ☹️. 250$ detailing job looked like they just hovered the interior and dusting on the gears.I still see the old interior dust, markings from drinks and satins are still visible on the door no sign of using Atleast water and soap etc to clean the interior stains. They car still has dirt marks outside.I was better off going to my regular car wash 11$ and doing hovering the car my self for and cleaning it for little over 8$.If I could rate it a zero star, I would. Basic car wash. Very disappointed. Never again.

My experience at Ziebart was very friendly and successful! I stopped by without an appointment booked just to check out whether they could fix my radio at all. The employee that helped me, Brian, was very knowledgable about the radio system and was very helpful even though I did not have an appointment.My headlights are also very old so I plan to go back to get those replaced sometime soon with the discount they provided me with!All in all, great experience, and thanks again!

I used to have an 85 Oldsdmobile Cutlass Ciera station wagon that had a first gen. 3.8 liter GM engine. The underbody was treated with rust proofing compound, and the car was falling apart, but the floor stayed put.I stopped by recently and asked about headlite restoration, $150... ouch!

I went to the Ziebarts in shrewsbury because I wanted an estimate on a coffee spill that tipped over in my car and stained all of my carpet on my front seat. The staff took my car in, cleaned it and said, have a nice day. They did an excellent job without even charging me anything. The staff was friendly and quick. I would recommend them for their courtesy to the customer.

Super impressed with my tinted windows from Ziebart Shrewsbury. All the sales people were professional and helpful, explaining the tint process and all the benefits and legalities of going darker vs. lighter (seeing tint levels on actual cars was great!) They fit me in last minute on a Friday, and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. The price was reasonable, especially with the lifetime warranty. I love, love the look of my Civic with the tints, and wish I hadnt waited so long to do it! I will be back to this Ziebart for tints and an auto starter with all my future cars!

Our remote start from 10yrs ago has been trouble free. And they took care of one window where the tint decided to lift a little after 6 years quickly and without any fuss.

You spend almost 200$ for detailing (interior and exterior) and find that your cup holders are still dirty! Nothing was exceptionally clean. I did not feel its worth it at all. Got a groupon for 79$ and upgraded for other services for another 110$ and got a discounted service I guess. But still when you pat 189$ you got to get something worthy of it!

Having to interact with Ryan, Pete and the rest of the team at Ziebart has been nothing but a dream. From the moment you walk in its apparent that they are more concerned with the customers satisfaction that anything else.I only had my undercarriage rhino lined, but the truck came back looking like it had been detailed as well. I had my new truck rust proofed here and the service and the work were excellent.There were a few water spots from them cleaning the under carriage before coating and when I got there, the crew was detailing the entire outside of the truck! Now thats a business that cares about there customers!!!

They were professional and very pleasant to deal with. I had the sprayon Rhino liner done and it was carefully explained to me and they were right on with their time estimate. They also answered all of my questions clearly.I plan on using them for some other services this coming spring.

Just had my new Kia Optima tinted. Having had every car Ive owned tinted since 1979, I can honestly say they have done the best job. Clean Crisp work, not a bubble or dirt spec to be found, and im a Critical PIA.

My experience with Ziebart was extremely positive. I initially contacted the offices on-line and received a call from Ryan the very next day. We discussed what protection options were available for my new-to-me truck and the exact cost for each option. My husband followed up to obtain more details on the warranties included with each option. I made an appointment and brought the truck in. I was pleased to find out that Ziebart also carried a number of options for bed cover so was able to have one installed at the same time without the hassle of going to another dealer. When I picked the vehicle up, Ryan went over the truck with me and pointed out exactly what had been done. He also went over the terms of the warranties. The people I dealt with were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful and I would highly recommend Ziebart in Shrewsbury to anyone requiring similar vehicle protection. Did I mention that the truck looks like a million bucks?

Last Friday I visited Ziebart for detailing my van and when I got and checked the personal stuff I found $40 missing along with some important document which was in the van. I tried to contact them and they totally refused to accept this so I will suguest you that if u are thinking then rethink or keep ur personal stuff out of the vehicle before giving the vehicle to them.

These guys are great, never had a problem with my tints this is my 4th car I tint with them. They are reliable friendly and always on time.

This is the second time Ive brought a vehicle there - the first time they helped fix a power window that had gotten stuck. Theyre solid.

They Did an Excellant Job on My custom Cars window Tinting. They took over the top care of my Car. Kept it indoors for me, took special care with handeling and the tint came out fantastic. Have had 7 vehicles tinted from them, never had any issues!

Few my friends have installed there window tinting. They so happy about quality and I decided to install also on my Toyota protection film.

Watch out for pricing. I was quoted $560.00 to have the Rhino liner installed. When it was time to pay they said it was $569.00 + 17.10 in shop fees and of course tax. This particular Zeibart was refereed to me by a friend who said they never charge him any shop fees and he paid $560.00. Then when I got home I opened my tail gate the rubber stop fell off. Never again !

I was referred to Ziebart from my dealer in Northboro. I had several long scratches on both sides of my 2016 black Lexus, most likely from careless snow removal people at my condo during the last winter. I kept putting off getting it looked at, but I realized I needed to take care of it somehow sooner rather than later. I walked in to Ziebart without an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised when José, the manager, spent a good 30 minutes trying to fix the scratches. Unfortunately, he wasnt able to completely fix them because theyre pretty deep, but he was able to make them less visible (Ill probably have to take it to a body shop to completely remove them!). I cant express my gratitude enough for his and Ziebarts generosity and efforts (they didnt even charge me for this!).I would absolutely recommend Ziebart and José, even to my friends who dont live in the area (Im actually from right outside Boston myself). I dont mind going a little farther to get better service from people who know their craft well. Thank you, José and Ziebart!

Horrible. My teenage daughter went there for a service and they extra charge her 79$. I talk to the owner which lied to us. They fake the refund and now i am waiting on the dispute i file on the transection. Be aware they do offline credit card credit and never refund you money they charge extra. They are thieves and liers. Never will go there again. Pesonaly have a horrible experience with them. 10 yrs ago they destroy my Sabb and i had to buy a new one. My daughter didnt tell me she was going there. If I knew in advance i would not let het go there. Terrible service and terible people.

I went in to get a rhino line on my 2015 Duramaxs bed. I had a slight issue that was handled by Ryan in a extremely professional manner. Ryan did everything in his power to correct the issue at hand. The problem was not only addressed and corrected immediately, they also took complete responsibility. After an experience like that I decided to give them one more chance and got my truck full rust protection undercoating.I was assured by Ryan and Kyle that there would be no issues what so ever. When I went to pick the truck up, I went through it with a fine tooth comb just to confirm that the quality I was promised was actually there and I couldnt find a single thing wrong. Ziebart did an amazing job on my truck. I had Ziebart do the Diamond Gloss paint treatment, interior detail w/ fabric guard, rust / sound proofing, and a Rhino liner in the bed. The truck looks amazing and they sealed everything under the truck: springs, shocks, differential, and the wheel wells. This is a new truck and I wanted to protect it from the elements. I brought the previous truck I owned to ZIebart and had the Diamond Gloss done. For a whole year the truck beaded water like it had been freshly waxed. I wish I had done the rust protection because I probably wouldnt have needed a new truck. Great job and I highly recommend spending the money and protecting your vehicle, it is worth every penny!

I had a stain on my cars cloth upholstery and tried to remove it myself, only making it worse. I drove over to Ziebart, expecting to schedule an appointment after asking if it was possible to get the seat cleaned without detailing the entire car and to get their opinion on whether the stain could be removed. The owner, Ryan, came outside to take a look and said he could have one of his guys give it a try right then. Because they were all busy, he did it himself. The stain did indeed come out and, most impressive of all, Ryan didnt charge me, saying it only took a small amount of time. Even if it werent for that, I would have rated Five Stars for the speed of service, immaculate job and politeness. This was one ugly stain. So glad I went to Ziebart, and I will definitely be back when the car is ready for full detailing!
