Sad that my reg guy quit. The others are very good but just slow.

This place is horrible . First they messed up my nails, on top of this they decided to charge my mom for her pedicure after I had already paid . They’re very unprofessional, and they lack the basics in the nail industry highly highly wouldn’t recommend. The guy also wanted to charge me for taking my nails off after I told the “tech” I didn’t want her to continue. So you’re going to charge me a extra $10 to fix your mistakes? Horrible experience EVER!!!

Today1/6/20, I decided to give a neighborhood salon a chance to gain my business.Tony did my pedicure and later did my manicure. not at all with it. did not remove nail polish completely from toenails. did not clean cuticles. Used a power tool and burned my nail bed causing me pain. Manicure was atrocious. Just a plain basic manicure. Tony kept yanking my hands and fingers even after i told him to stop. i finally had to take my hands away from him to inspect his work. he kept saying he would fix. never fixed and then when i asked how much the abuse was he said $45. i questioned a manicure and a pedicure with polish and gel polish still on nails was $45? Rip off. You get what you pay for and the owner laid on the couch playing with her cell phone.

I got a pedi, and if I tell you that Lady gave me a massage on my feet and legs.... Whewwww the feeling was AMAZING!!!!😉😜

The Lady Doing My Nails Told Me $28 For The Length I Have And Her Coworker Comes Up And Says $33 For The Same Length And My Nails Aren’t Even Long And They Also Have A Child Running Around With No Shoes On No Face Mask And Its COVID Going Around So Unprofessional HIGHLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND!.

The dude who did my nails acted like he’d never done a set of nails before- I had to keep telling him which finger to file. Then, not even a week later 4 of my fingernails had fallen off. He told me if u got gel they would last longer so I payed $15 extra for that. Terrible terrible nobody go here

I stopped going here years ago. I went back today and was reminded why I quit going.I noticed that they had only one customer, now I know why.Had to tell her to remove the dead skin around my big toes.Had to tell her to cut my finger nails evenly.I wont go back.

Kelly has been my nail girl for over 17 years. She does a great a job and can paint any design on your nails. Does a great pedicure!!

Went last month for regular pedicure. He did an Awesome job. Cane back today to get dip nails, same tech...this is the worst job I have ever experienced. On top of THAT they are different shades of color, the shapes are off....😶😣😐😑 When I complained...tgey still charged me 50.00 Was supposed to go in the morning for a pedicure...nope never again.

I had my nails done here and 2 days later 3 are missing, what normally lasts for a little over a month only lasted 1 day. The young man who did my nails was cold and rude and didnt want to do them in the first place. I normally tip 10.00 but didnt because of the attitude now Im glad I didnt. I feel cheated out of my money because I didnt get quality service and wont be back.

The man did my nails and 2 days later the acrylic is separating from my nails. I paid extra for solar nails but it was the crappiest full set Ive ever had done... my nails did not look shiny n they barely lasted a week n were already falling off. Never seen a worse job in all my 15 years of getting my nails done. Dont waste your time or money

The lady is really good at nails, but the man is AWFUL! He does a really good pedicure, but DO NOT let him do your nails. You will be very disappointed.

Very bad customer service!!! Old man began doing my nails, I needed them removed first & he did NOT know what he was doing. Every little piece that came off he stopped. Like can u just slide the nails accross & be done already? I waited for about 3 or 4 nails before I said something trying to give him the benefit of the doubt & when i demonstrated ro him exactly what I meant he said he dont want to do it like that & if I dont like it I can leave. I politely got up & walked out & went accross the street to Simply Nails. Never again & that was my first time there. He also had really bad breath might I add.

Not friendly and to expensive. Did not use their service, walked right out.
