I went in and had a full set done. Everything I asked for was done perfect. My only problem was the nails were way to thick. I also had to go home and cut the acrylic stuff off my skin. Because they are so thick, some are lumpy. I know there is suppose to be some thickness obviously but not this thick. When I went to tell the lady she basically argued and said they was fine. If someone would have just fixed it like I asked I wouldve been satisfied. The designs are absolutely beautiful though.

I got a full set with shellac on my feet and hands. I made an appointment for 2 and they didn’t acknowledge me til 2:20pm to actually seat me and they only acknowledge me because I was about to get up and walk away. I didn’t leave until 4:30 pm. This was my first time trying them and they were not busy when I arrived so I was super annoyed at the amount of time it took cause that defeated the purpose of me making the appointment. To add, I would’ve been there longer if it was up to my nail tech Jenny cause she kept putting coats of shellac on my hands which it didn’t need it and she also did not understand what I was saying in regard to what i wanted on my nails which resulted in me settling for something else. I go to get my nails done as a self care route and I came out more stressed than I walked in and it was extremely over priced for the service i received. I went because they did my eye brows the week before and it seemed like A decent place to try but they will no longer do my nails or feet. I’ll stick to the eyebrows.

My first time going here. Loved it. I have the powered dip and its beautiful Ill be definitely coming back.

Ms Tam must was not feeling the feet today she did not follow normal pedicure procedures she basically filed them, rinse them, polished them and sent me off very unhappy and feeling robbed by her lack of service. Caution do not sit in her chair. Your niece or kid could do a better job. Dont waste your money.

I asked for Stiletto Nails in she scared them off the nail polish did not cover my entire nail I am not pleased. I will not be going back

I enjoy my experience here each time. I’ve been going here for years, usually getting pedicures or gel manicures . The staff is friendly and always remembers me and my family.

The lady who did my nails did a great job. My only complaint is I waited over twenty minutes without any sort of acknowledgment and almost thirty minutes before finally being lead to a chair even though there were only 4 other customers.,if I hadnt had a gift card, I would have left and went somewhere else. Once I was in the chair, the ladies were so distracted that my pedicure water overflowed twice. When, the lady finally started doing my nails, she did a great job with my nails.

I visited this nail shop on 11/7/18 before vacation. I requested gel polish and was told that the dipping powder was better and lasted longer. Being that I was traveling to Europe for 10 days I tried it. The polish started chipping after appx 5 days. I would hate to have seen what it looked like if I wouldve been home doing chores or working and typing those few days.I returned to the shop on 11/19 and was told to pay for the take off and a regular polish. Another $15 after paying $85 before. The powder was $50 and I received a pedicure for $35. Money wasted but definitely a learning lesson. No apologies or great customer service for me to return. Just more money to spend.

Never go there for eyebrows. Did not do as I asked and they are uneven.. Wont be back..

On 03/03 went in to get pedicure for me and my daughter. Had an appointment for 1:00 . I was not waited on until 1:15.Once in the back area sat for 10 minutes more. There was anot her customer who was also waiting to get his feet done. Another customer came back in the same area where we were and was promptly waited on which was not right. Secondly a customer asked where the restroom was, once she left the area one of the other customers that was being waited on made the statement that the out-house was in the back. The customers and the people who work there started laughing. I fine that un-acceptable. I will not be returning.

The new owner Tina is very racials and they no longer care for customer service or keeping the place clean...Im so turned off,but Hanna is the best!

This place is terrible. My elderly mother who has been a long time customer experienced an unfortunate event involving a plumbing issuethat filled her purse with water as she was having her nails done. All the contents of her purse soaked with several inches of water. The phone was destroyed and the manager and owner refused to help replace it. That is a bad decision on their part because it has already cost them 5regular customers in my family. I wanted to let everyone know what kindof people own and operate this place. Sad to take advantage of good elderly customers.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. She clipped into the skin of the cuticle on my big toe, lots of blood. Tonail rough and uneven. Polish coming off one day after pedicure. Extremely limited English. Will never go back there.

I called the morning of 10/4 to inquire if they had time to do a mani/pedi for 3 people that same day. They said it was no problem and to come in. They were very busy, due to there being a homecoming that same day, for which I only out after I arrived. According to the nail technician, they were expecting to be busy as they were aware of the homecoming. They were very disorganized and werent keeping track of what each customer requested, making the wait time even longer. I showed them a picture of what I wanted - a french manicure on both my hands and toes, with a special design on each ring finger/toe. My pedicure was good, except for the special design. I had to go to a different nail salon afterward to have the polish on my hands redone, as well as the special design on my two toes. When I finished, I noticed that my Mom had not been started yet. When I went to pay and inquire about my Mom, the woman directly stated to my Mom in a rude and loud tone that there was no time. Im usually quite understanding, especially given the circumstances (i.e., homecoming and being busy). However, being busy was no reason to disrespect and embarrass my Mom. I will never return other than to provide a verbal complaint.

Experience with them was good they wanted to make sure my nails were just the way I wanted ! The thing that pissed me off the most is that my nail broke within 24hrs the new way they do full acrylic nail sets are way to thin at first I loved them but getting out and doing every day things they dont work!!! AMD I live bin Texas was there for vacation so now I cant even go and get them fixed cause non of our nail salons do it the same way-_-
