Awful. The old guy, I don’t know his name, is very inexperienced. My nails are crooked and he filed off my real nails on the sides to the point where skin was showing. The gel polish is patchy and bumpy. SERIOUSLY DON’T GO HERE. If you do, go to Eric or Kelly NO ONE ELSE. I wanted to get my nails done for homecoming. I’ve cried for thirty minutes straight. The man knew they crooked and some of my nails are missing polish on the sides. I got $5.00 off but it should been free or half off. When I came back to get it fixed he filed on the side that was crooked instead of the other. This was a horrible experience. Don’t waste your money.

Eric is the best! Got a full set and a pedi and it was done perfectly and in a timely fashion.

So I went and got my nails did by them this week on Monday and by Thursday 2 nails came off and 4 were lifting so I went and tried to get them fixed because it haven’t been a week and i payed $65. So when I went up there i talked to the lady who did my nails and told her and she kept say $5 for each nail So I tell her I just came here for days there’s no way I should pay you the same amount that I paid you to do my nails just to fix my nails when they have not even been on for a week so she looked at me and she start talking to other people and taking another customers.Mind you I wasn’t the only one that was in there they came to get my nails fixed it was five other people that came in they said that they got their nails the last week and have not even been a full week in all of their nails with popping off so I do not recommend this place ever your nails are not going to last week

Very long wait for lashes and eyebrows tint. The lady that does this work is awesome and worth the wait. Youll be happy with the outcome of her work and your look.❤❤

This nail salon is the absolute worst!!! I would prefer zero stars. Do not bring your hard earned money to them because they’re lying scammers with mediocre work at best. My gel polish looks lumpy and unprofessional. The lady lured me in with telling me the cost of my gel pedi would be 50 bc I had gel polish on upon arrival then retracted the cost when she sensed my distaste for her poor work. They had flys and nats and extremely old used looking tools. I’ve never walked into a nail salon where the bottom of my feet burn almost immediately after being done. Unfortunately this is the case today, I am truly considering going to the Dr to prevent what ever potential germs/fungus I may have picked up while getting nails done. I can’t stress this enough y’all this place is nasty and has poor workmanship.STAY AWAY! I assure you, you can find any other salon that even on it’s worst day is 100 x’s better. I’m sure they would run circles around the hot mess they’re running. The person who did my nails was the short lady who looks to be transitioning. She is very rude, unsanitary, an a blatant liar.LETS START OUR OWN! I gave my hard earned dollar. They were very dismissive I’m sure if I was a white woman voicing my issues, they would’ve been resolved.

If you have any where else to go then go there! I went here as a last resort and that will be my LAST visit. Worst mail salon ever. Idk what it is about the acrylic powder but it only stays on for a half a day

Priced just a little to much if you ask me, I got a pedicure and a plain manicure no nails, cost $95

When you are a paying customer you expect great quality not poor services. My nail tech messed up my nails so horribly they are super thick and not even ombre. Stop trying to hurry up n get me out the chair to get to another customer for money. If Im paying you make sure your first client is satisfied. And I just got my nails did Sunday and they look like they need a fill already.Sad do better

The staff here at this Attraction Nail Spa, in St. Vincent Mall, are very accommodating and patient. They are all nicely talented as well.

I was not acknowledged as I entered their doors for over 5 minutes. Then a lady approached me WITHOUT greeting me with a mouth full of food and told me to sit down. I will never go again. No type of customer service and completely rude. I dont see how they are still in business.

Tryin to find a nail tech in Shreveport is like pulling teeth. I take pride in my nails, & if I’m going to pay a pretty penny then I want my nails to at least last a month. When I (Veronica) came in contact with Eric, it was the best experience ever. My nails were on a month & two weeks. I finally broke one & I couldn’t be mad ! Eric made the whole set worth that one broken nail !! THANKS ERIC

I got a pedicure here on yesterday. My feet look like theyve been halfway done though its not the best best place for a pedicure Im probably going to have to redo them myself

I came into town for the holidays...I need my lip and chin waxed...🤦🏾‍♀️ so I came here when I found it in the mall. I’ve been getting my lip and chin waxed for years. Never ever had I have a man do a wax on me nor have I had someone use alcohol swab on me after a fresh wax. The gentleman who completed my wax left me with a facial burn on both sides of my lips. Btw I got my lip and chin waxed on Tuesday, it’s now Thursday and the side of my lips still burn!!!

I came into the shop around two weeks ago everything was good I got my nails done and my fiancée had his feet scrubbed he said the lady was rough and she chipped too much skin from his toe it started bleeding and a week after getting my nails done 2 of them are already coming off 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’ve never been charged 85 for manicure and pedicure

This is WORST by far. The owner, which will says she is not, is rude to say the least and the quality of service is horrible. I went there twice this weekend (Fri&Sun) because I had to get two repairs after the first visit & the owner says it was my fault the nails came off, I then tried explaining to her the acrylic on my cuticles and unevenness that began to lift the same night, she looked at me and said, I speak no English then turned away from me..... never again.

I have been to this place numerous times and have spent alot of money here but after today I NEVER go again. I was refused service without explanation. I truly feel that because I didnt ask for a service over a certain amount of money, which was to get my nails cut down without a refill, I was refused service. I will never go back and I would advice no one to go here because the store manager/ owner is very rude and unprofessional. St.Vincent mall should seek a contract with other professional nail company.

Absolute WORST experience Ive ever had with a nail salon. The man that did my nails literally rushed through them and didnt even bother asking how I wanted them. And when I proceeded to ask him if he could trim them down a bit, he got an attitude. My nails turned out uneven and parts of my nails are missing polish because he thought getting me out of there fast was more important than providing the service I paid for. As I was waiting for them to dry I accidentally messed one up and asked him to fix it. He rudely stood in the middle of the salon and applied a huge blob of top coat on my nail leaving them looking even worse than they did and motioned me toward the door. I honestly dont see how this place is still in business. If youre looking for decent service and pretty nails, this is NOT the place for you.

If I could give them half a star I would. The nail techs rush and finish quicker than they should. One of the ladies broke part of my real nail off and it was so bad that she wanted me to come back in 2-3 days so that she could put the fake nail on it. Not even a week later 2 of my nails had a crack on them and they made me pay..which you shouldnt have to pay if it hadnt been a full week yet. Funny how another customer had also came back 2 times that same week because she had a crack on one of her nails and hers had cracked in the same spot. I wont be going there again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

My girlfriend and her friend were treated very badly. Her friend had fake nails put on her fingers when she said no over and over. They tried to force fake nails on my girlfriend too. They couldn’t even color the entire nail. And as I write this the top coat of her friends nails just came off. DONT go here.

Tuesday night was my first time coming to this location I got a full set like I always do from my regular salon.. now let me say Ive been getting full set acrylic nails for a long time and never have i had a fresh set brake on me in the same week of getting them put on .. my first nail broke Friday with out hitting it hard I was actually picking up my phone. So I went in Saturday after work and told them, she fixed it . Well I woke up this morning went to get out the bed and bam 💥 another one brakes off just like that no hard pressure. So I go back up their to get my nail fixed on the set I just got not even 6days ago and she wanted to charge me to fix it. I feel like they half ass did my nails and they wont hold up . So for her to try to charge me for their half ass job after I already over paid doesnt sit well with me. I WILL NEVER go back to this salon !! Buyers beware their nails are poor quality ..

Manicure was great, pedicure was awful. First she got up and left for 15 minutes to wax someones eyebrows that had just walked in and requested her. Then when I asked her to skip the hot towel because it had taken so long, she walked away and had a young man paint my toes. They look horrible and have already chipped a day later. I will never go back.

My nails are sooo UNEVEN the polish was terrible and one lady was so rude 🤦🏾‍♀️ And when the man was telling me to come instead of calling me or anything he just walked up to me and started hitting my chair

By far the WORST nail place Ive ever been to. Employees are very unfriendly, my nails are already falling off in less than 24 hours due to a rushed job, they were all different lengths and my French tips were so bad they looked all white. Safe to say I will never be going back!😡

Went to get just a new polish on my nails. The polish began chipping extensively in just 3 days of the polish! Didnt expose my nails to anything out of the ordinary like harsh chemicals. This was a waste of my money.
