Great staff that are very friendly and courteous!!!

I thought they were going to help me dispute fraud with a purchase that claimed they sent me something I purchased, but instead they took back the credit they gave me and never called me back when I asked about it. Really had a lot of faith in them, but Campus Federal just disappointed me too much.

Very helpful and efficient staff. I got my car loan from here in 2 days. I have been looking for car loans since a month and most of the banks took real long time for processing. But Campus federal credit union helped me a lot especially Damica, shes the operations manger. She helped me with paper work and everything even though it wasnt her responsibility. I would recommend this place for any banking. Thank you so much.
