Very easy to talk to. She addressed the problems me and my husband were having and suggested a plan of action. She has helped us improve our marriage immensely. We are very thankful for her help.

I can’t tell you how much better I feel after seeing Mrs. Cascio. Had been very depressed and could see no way out of it. Mrs. Cascio helped me get out of a very dark time. Thanks again.

Never actually got to make it to an appointment. Whoever schedules appointments is very rude and bad at their job. I have scheduled for the end of the month, they emailed me and offered me an appointment a week earlier and I accepted it and then immediately emailed back and said that I didnt realize it was on a Monday and wouldnt be able to do that, to please keep my original appointment instead. Instead they dont, they claim they never got this message and call wanting to know why I wasnt there . Then I have to cancel my actual appointment because Im a full time college student with 3 kids. When I do cancel they get very rude asking why Ive cancelled twice (which wouldnt have been twice if they were doing their job). I explain the situation and apologize, I am just a really busy person. They get angry and say Im a bad person because Ive kept other people from their possible appointments?!? I mean if you cant feel comfortable cancelling an appointment when you cant make it, then would you really want to go to this office to tell all your biggest problems to?
