After trying several times to make an appointment, and no one contacting me back, I decided to try a third time. Mind you, I was told wait a few days to give them time to call me before I tried calling them again.The receptionist I assume was very bland and did not seem to care that I had not been contacted. After the first time I spoke with her, she should have known the need for me to be seen was mild-severe.It would have been nice for them to call me back and actually let me know that there are no available spots for clients instead of letting me go DAYS without hearing anything.Very unprofessional, rude, and honestly dangerous in my opinion- what if someone who was REALLY needing a therapist/counselor had experienced this?Do not recommend.
