The guys at this Best Buy are great. They helped rebuild my computer quickly and kept in touch with me regularly to let me know what was going on. Bossier’s geek squad kept my computer for 3 months and got nothing done. If you need anything worked on go here!!

Every single time I have an iPhone problem or computer problem, and go to them in a panic. They smile, they assure me that everything will be okay. They fix and help me understand. Same when I purchase something...same great service. They are some of the most knowledgeable folks I know. They give good service with a smile.

I just dealt with GS network design lead, who was equally unconcerned and disaffected as to the hardship he caused by dropping my appointment at the last minute, after waiting days for his arrival time. He helpfully recommends I simply start from square one and go back into long holds in phone queue which is what I did the first time around, when they scheduled me an appointment with him. This was a project with a hard stop timeline that would impact a serious health condition. If you were going to cancel, would have been nice to hear it as soon as you rcvd my assignment. After sitting in the queue for 25 minutes tonight to reschedule, I finally hung up, gave up. Will use a locally owned business.
