Purchased a 2021 C300 from MB of Shreveport and Brian Hemion was excellent. Personal service from the time I started looking on the lot in mid April until the car arrived I had selected at the end of June! Brian kept me informed every step of the way and the financing process was extremely easy. Options were suggested and explained but i never felt pushed in any direction. Any concerns or questions i had along the way were promptly answered, just a text away. Living in Monroe and unable to make it into Shreveport due to work scheduling, Brian arranged and met me to deliver the car when it arrived and was ready to go. All of the necessary paperwork was signed on the spot. Support continues through follow up texts as well even after the sale was closed tonight. I feel this dealership represents the MB brand very well, and the car that I waited for far exceeded my expectations. I couldnt be happier with my decision and the end result. My parents went 8n for an oil change and tire rotation, total charge of $700.00. The oil change may or may not have been completed but the tire rotation was not done, unless they changed tires while leaving rims where they are. There is a scratch on 1 rim, and that rim did not move. They are accustomed to certain services where they are from and when they moved here they learned the dealership will not provide the same services. Unfortunately they are the only dealership we can find in the area so we will be looking for someone else to service their Mercedes.

The entire team took care of us from the time I made the first inquiry. Gavin accommodated our schedule and did a great job throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable of the cars he sells. He worked hard to find the car we wanted and had it ready for our delivery within days! We love it and highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport!
