I would say the Shreveport La. office is very thorough and very quick at getting the information you need. To add a vehicle to your policy. The staff is very wonderful excellent attitude. The quote that I received was way under the competitors. I would say A+ I believe Tasha is who I spoke with great attitude outspoken very good representative. Thank you guys for keeping my rates low and my pockets fat!!

The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable about what I was asking. She was amazing. I needed to make a direct payment instead of using the app this month due to unfortunate circumstances with my bank. She helped me and made my experience comfortable. Even though I had to stand outside because the lobby was closed.

I was adding my partner and their car to my car insurance policy and was very confused by the quotes in the app so I called our local Geico office and Sabrina helped me figure everything out. I was not sure we would be able to afford adding him, but Sabrina patiently added everything in for me and helped me make necessary cuts that got us down to a reasonable price per month while still having more than sufficient coverage. I highly recommend speaking with Sabrina as she was very helpful and understanding.

Called Sat. ; 01/09/2021. Had questions about my account. Talked with a GEICO REPRESENTATIVE *{ TOSHA }* SHE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY MORE NICER OR PROFESSIONAL. She was very knowledgeable about her job and explained everything to me in simple terms. She made me feel very comfortable / at ease on my call about my auto insurance. I would rate her an 11+ on a 1-10 scale. Very pleasant to talk too. Need more agents like her, to work with customers to make them feel good about their policies. Thanks again TOSHA !!!

Definitely wasnt expecting the amount of service I received today. Slightly nervous about who I would speak to and the amount of help Id receive. So I called Geico to fix the rates on my vehicle. Got a great quote for my motorcycle and signed up for auto pay.. Then really liked that there was a discount on my first month so I only paid like $28... Then, a month later when I realized that a payment had not come out of my account I opened my app again to find out that my monthly rate has tripled from what was quoted and I have not been enrolled in auto pay... I’ve called and tried speaking to someone but only get a bot. I’m sure it will cost me even more money to clean up this mess. Almost feels like I got scammed. Really low quote then after they helped with the first month payment it tripled lol 👍🏻

Geico allowed another driver to commit insurance fraud after we had an extremely minor accident. They actually thought I uploaded the wrong pictures, since they couldnt see any damage on the other drivers car. I was told by Geico agent Renee Arzu that since the other driver had cancer, they were paying out my full policy limit on bodily injury. She reported no injuries at the time of the accident. 3 years later, it is still on my record.Geico recently, without notice, cancelled my coverage on 4 vehicles; stating that they were used commercially. When I originally called about coverage, I was very clear about how the vehicles were used and encouraged by the agent not to get commercial insurance. Two of them were not used commercially, and I am still unclear on how they came to that conclusion. At the time of cancellation, I had been a customer with them for 13 years.I finally purchased coverage from another company, and will never use, or refer Geico again.

The agent who helped me was Lynn and she was great. She was thorough in helping my transition to acquiring insurance with Geico and making sure I understood everything abut my policy.

Wasnt thrilled with them. I showed up to make my payment and not only could I not pay with cash ( I had to pay with cash because I was waiting on a new card to come in the mail) I had to leave and go get a money order, and come back again to make my payment just find out the on receipt they gave me was just a photo copy of my money order...no printed company receipt.

Me and my wife were with this place for about 18 yrs .1 small claim about 17 yrs ago. For a motorcycle that was knocked over .I went to apply to deliver pizza and they stopped covering us. Just applied .Thats it .Dropped us like a bad habit .Thats alot of money over the yrs .Would sure like it back .Be careful dealing with tjese snakes
