My daughter- Jocelyn Reynolds- a single mom gave Ms.Melarcher $3500 over a year ago to handle her divorce and custody issues of 4 yr old daughter. She went to court once and then Ms. Melarcher had to have surgery. She told Jocelyn she could refer to other legal council but refused yo return any of the fee. However, one court appearance was not what they agreed to for that sum of money and Ms. Melarcher will not answer phone calls, or even phone calls where my ex son-in-laws attorney has attempted to contact her. I can understand an illness but its been far to long for her not to to communicate with us. By the way, the reason I am posting this rather than my daughter is due to the loan we took out to pay the attorney fee and now Jocelyn and her father and I left paying the note. It appears this lady is a thief! A wolf in sheeps clothing! Also, it appears since she is an attorney- she is getting away with it.
