I always felt in touch with the personnel at Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed & Welch throughout our numerous communications. They took over from day one and provided the confidence I needed for believing that everything would work out, and it did.

They were ok while our Chapter 13 was in progress. Once we received our discharge and had problems with one of our creditors that says we still owe them money, they were nowhere to be found. This creditor says we still owe them $1000 and refuses to send us our vehicle title. I have made 3 phone calls and left 3 messages for a paralegal to call us back. That was a month ago and still no title and no return phone call from this firm. Stay away!

These guys are either understaffed or do not care. I called twice about the same thing over two weeks and received a return call that said they would have to check and never received the follow up call. I have called recently twice again with a question about the trustee overpaying and still no response.
