Amazing place. Quiet, peaceful, and the neighbors are awesomd

I have only recently moved into my apartment. During that time the management has gone out of their way to make me fill welcomed to the neighborhood. I spent 4 years here and was happy throughout most of them until the last year. The local management is worthless.... You’ll have to reach out to Maxis properties directly if you want to get anything accomplished. The apartment is by far one of the best and the location is amazing..... just be ready to be without lights for multiple weeks or have your garage door almost fall on your car before you’ll get any action from them. Shame to see this property deteriorate the way it has. Glad to be moving on

My husband and I have only been here for 1 month now and we really love our new place! From the moment I walked into our apartment it felt like home! I couldn’t believe how spacious and clean it was ! We had looked at a couple of apartments here in Shreveport and Nothing came close to this! The first person I meet was Mrs Veronica and I really loved her spirit and she really made my husband and I feel welcomed! Thank you all sooo much for making our transition easy!

I LOVE it here! Mrs. Lindsey and Mrs. Veronica are extremely wonderful people! Always pleasant and there when you need them. Mr. Randy and Mr. Keith are some of the best maintenance men Ive ever met. Perform same day requests and if not, then its done for sure the next day. The grounds are always well kept and beautiful. Will be my first seeing it all in bloom since weve gotten here in November, but its still beautiful. And the best part: garage, cable, Internet, and different forms of security ALL INCLUDED! The open concept is wonderful and the sizes of all their apartments are massive! Location is perfect; only 10 minutes from my husband and I workplace and just a small walk across the parkway, or small drive, and youre at the park! We plan to stay here until we move somewhere thats out of state. Id seriously recommend at least taking a look at this place. And they now have STARBUCKS for any of you coffee lovers out there!!!

Spacious beautiful apartments. Extremely nice staff. Maintenance repairs issues immediately. Grounds are well kept, theyre always clean. Amenities such as pool, fitness, and computer room are always clean and accessible. Quiet neighborhood that close to everything. Love staying here.

I blindly moved into the apartment (from another state) based on the good reviews and I must say they are all accurate! I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. The neighborhood is one of the best in Shreveport, management is helpful, maintenance is responsive, the units are spacious, & the complex is clean & quiet. I will definitely continue to lease here for the duration of my stay in Shreveport.

Unfortunately we wasn’t able to get the apartment. It’s a beautiful place to live. However that’s not my concern, my concern is that we paid a deposit last month and haven’t received it back. I was told I would received the deposit back on the 30th, today they told me it will be next week. My advice would be do not take a survey prior to actually moving in and don’t pay a deposit until you are approve unless you don’t mind losing $350.

We have loved living here! The entire staff is friendly and maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The apartment is spacious and feels like home. We loved the pool during the summer and enjoy how peaceful the community is. The location is great because of easy access to everything! The attached garage is a huge plus! This place is kid-friendly, dog-friendly and has been a great place to live!

Nice location & wonderful staff .. only problem I have they need to do some upgrades for the price you pay here. At least add real granite countertops in the kitchen & bathrooms & vinyl wood floors instead of this cheap laminate in the kitchen & bathrooms . Coats bluff & Kingston crossing are a tad bit cheaper than here & look way better also being in great locations . Do some upgrades & this place would be worth the rent that we pay here . If they don’t plan to do upgrades I’ll be moving to a more modern apartment complex .

I love living in the Reflections of Island Park! You completely forget you live in an apartment complex because it’s always so quiet & clean & you never hear noises from your neighbors. The ladies in the office are always & helpful & maintenance always has everything fixed for you within 24 hours. The staff makes every attempt to make living here like a small family community with game nights or things for kids. The apartments are updated & have tons of space! I am glad to call Reflections my new home.

I love Reflections of Island Park! The entire staff is wonderful - If we ever need anything, its taken care of in a very timely manner. The apartments all have so much room and I cant express how much we LOVE our garage and the gym! The kids have friends to play with, lots of room to play, and an awesome pool during the summer. I could go on and on - Its definitely the hidden gem of Shreveport!

About two months ago my wife, daughter, and I moved into Reflections of Island Park Apartment community. I have lived in quite a few apartment communities, and usually find it to be such a horrible experience, however it is much different here. I have had such a wonderful experience thus far. The leasing office staff is very professional and always have answers to whatever it is that I need help with. They even stood outside last week at 7:00 AM to hand us breakfast and wish us a great day. I have never experienced that kind of hospitality at any apartment complex, and doubt that I ever will. My apartment is amazing, it has plenty of room, great appliances, a great garage, and its quite. The pool is absolutely beautiful and very well kept, along with the new fitness room. The grounds are always clean and the apartments look brand new. The other thing that I found very unique and above all others is that there is an after hours phone number that you can call for emergencies and they will be there to help you. I have had a great experience so far and look forward to the rest of my stay.

EXCELLENT Apartments and office staff. Everyone is so nice and professional. The grounds are meticulous with gorgeous landscaping. We love the pool. The apartment is huge and has a ton of storage space for my family with a private garage for my car. So glad I chose Reflections of Island Park for our new home.

Its a really quiet place. Nice to live!!! Lived in a 2 bed rm for about 5 months then changed to a 1 br. I absolutely love it!!! Would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a apartment !!! All the staff is so friendly! !!

Apartments are very outdated for the price you pay here . Not worth the money at all ! Another overpriced complex in Shreveport/bossier .

I love living at Reflections of Island Park! The community is beautiful, the office ladies are so helpful and very sweet, and the maintenance staff are extremely quick to help you with any issues. I love the open layout of my apartment, having an attached garage and the fact that my garage has extra storage space. The amenities are beautiful and well maintained.

Wanted to thank the staff so much for the lovely party last week to showcase the new fitness center. I have truly loved living at Reflections of Island Park. I adore my apartment, garage and the beautiful landscaping and pool. The office staff and maintenance staff are courteous, attentive and professional. I wanted to write this review to give Reflections a well deserved 5 stars!!

I LOVE this place. I stopped by the office and ordered a washer and dryer to be installed and I got the addendum signed on the spot and it arrived the very next morning. I reported a minor issue and it was fixed right away. The staff is amazing and this place is nice and quiet and clean.

Manager and Assistant manager (Sharde andVeronica) do an outstanding job.

I have been living here for 4 years now. It feels like home. Everyone is so nice, friendly, & professional. The community is ALWAYS clean & up kept. The Apts are updated & large. Never had one problem with repairing anything or any loud noise. Did I say... the Management is so very NICE. I’m so glad I chose such a GREAT place to live😊👍🏾

I moved from Texas and looked at over 10 different apartments in the area. Reflections was the best apartment we found! The apartments are twice the size of others in the area and you also receive cable, internet, and a garage included in the rent price. The office staff was the friendliest that I encountered during all of our appointments. In the past 5 months of living here, the maintenance has also been top notch. Any request I have had has been taken care of within a day or less. I am very pleased with our choice and recommend Reflections to anyone looking for a quiet and clean place to live!

Great location and great school district. The staff is friendly and takes the time to get to know you. Access to shopping with in a couple minutes. Minutes from Barksdale Air Force Base, so it is an easy commute. Love it here!!!

I am glad I made the decision to move to Reflections. All of my expectations have been exceeded.Having a garage is GREAT. I didnt know just how much having a garage with storage would mean to me. No yard work and no maintenance is outstanding, especially since I like to be at the pool.

Great place to live, very convenient to Bossier and Shreveport. The staff are always there if you need them. Very safe and quiet community.

Coming from a new city and leasing an apartment sight unseen was very scary. I researched all available apartments in the Shreveport area close to my work. Reflections was one of the only complexes to ANSWER THE PHONE! I could hardly get in touch with other communities. I know I called quite a few times, but I had many questions since I did not know the area. The girls at Reflections were patient with me! My apartment was very nice and clean upon move in. My movers scratched the wall moving in furniture and maintenance touched it up for me the next day! Do yourself a favor and make Reflections you new home.

We moved here as soon as we found them. We came from a brand new apartment in Bossier where we were paying almost the same rent. For no garage, no cable & internet, and 600 less sqft!This place has been heaven-sent for us. The two-car garage is beyond wonderful. Never had any issues with the cable & internet that comes with the apartment. And they are HUGE. I believe the biggest in the area, and its hard to beat that.The guys on the maintenance staff are too good to be true. Efficient, quick, and as kind as can be. The girls in the front office are extremely nice & always helpful.Theres not another place in town like this, trust me, Ive looked!
