My husband and I went to speak with the manager about removing some bushes from in front of our apartment door. They were an eyesore, they cramped the sidewalk space to the point where my outside chairs and plants got in the way of my neighbors using the sidewalk there and they were home to tons of mosquitoes and wasps. During this conversation Linda seemed very understanding and told us she saw no issue with removing them. I had plans to plant something else in their place, perhaps flowers or grass. She seemed to think it was a great idea! However when we removed the bushes she immediately served us with an eviction notice for damage of property and gave us less than a week to find somewhere to move and be out. We tried to reason with her, offered to replace them or pay to have whatever she would like done. She refused to even speak with us on the matter! We have a small child and I am pregnant. This put my family through a lot of hardship. And now she has tried to charge us with the cost of what I assume is the rest of our lease. This isn’t how you treat people. She lied to our face saying she never agreed to let us do anything with the bushes and I assume she lied to her supervisors about the matter too. There were many times I suspected she was drunk, hungover or smelled alcohol on her but that was none of my business. Reading other reviews here I can see that maybe she didn’t remember our initial conversation because she was drunk. Seems to be a common assumption of people who have delt with her so I’m not the only one.I loved our neighbors, our apartment and the maintenance man, who has since quit. Despite all that a drunk manager who kicks out families on a whim and lies about things she approved is something no renter should ever have to deal with. Would not recommend doing any businesses with Linda Hazard.

If you’re looking for a quiet and clean place to call home, look no further. Manager Linda is highly professional and plays by the same rules for everyone. She is very approachable and quick to address any concerns. Whether a maintenance request was submitted online or in person, a tech would be there within a few hours even when not an emergency. Lovely place to live!

The management is very professional and friendly. She showed me and my daughter around the apartments and they are very nice and well maintained.My daughter is looking for a place to live and she fell in love with the apartment she was shown. My daughter is very excited and looking forward to living here. I would highly recommend to anyone to live here.

This is a great spaceous apartment complex. Prices are great. The Manager Linda is an Outstanding Property Manager and The Maintenance Team is fast at fixing any problems that the tenants may have. Linda (Property Manager) and The Maintenance Team are all kind and courteous. Note: disregard all of these negative and false comments/ false accusations due pointed at The Property Manager Linda - none of the negative comments are true at all.

Ive lived at parkvilla for several years. Ive never had a problem with anything They were always here to fix stuff in a timely manner. Linda has always been very helpful and very professional.

The commute to the base is under 10 minutes. This was one of the largest apartments we looked at for the best price. We moved from base and it is much quieter here. The only con is no large dogs allowed.

We were recently looking at this apartment complex hoping to move closer to work and it is a nice location. The manager looks fairly professional but she was very rude and smelt of alcohol. The pools are disgusting and green. Wasps nest and bugs at every corner and the place is covered in spiderwebs. We talked to some of the residents and all stated there has been water damage and leaks from the roof several times throughout the year in several apartments. Also have been cases of bedbugs the past two years. Several people stated management never fixes anything and ignores all calls. Good location but an eyesore to the area. Would definitely not recommend these apartments for anyone.

Horrible management refuses to help or care for the property. She even showed up to work smelling like alcohol and looked hungover. Not a good place at all to live

In the 5 months I have lived here I have only had 1 maintenance issue. It was taken care of immediately.

I have reported drug activity on the property and was harassed by the manager after I did so, maybe this is a cover up for her real job.
