I have used Clean Air systems for maintenance the last couple of years and recently to rework air vents and ductwork that was terribly installed by another company when our house was built. Clean air systems fixed our problem of almost no air getting to our bedroom and replaced a lot of cheap ductwork installed by the first company. The whole crew, from the owner to the office staff is super friendly and seem eager to please. They are an honest company which can be somewhat difficult to find these days, but is extremely important as we are all a little worried about getting duped or ripped off. And lastly, they did great work at our house, and my neighbors, and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

We were very impressed with the service we received today! The technicians were very kind and patient with all of the questions I had regarding our system and the maintenance. They were very punctual and finished the job in a timely fashion. Definitely will be using them again! This company is phenomenal! I wish they had more than 5 stars.

TL;DR: Mike and JJ got me a free outdoor unitHad called to troubleshoot my ac not cooling. JJ found that there was a leak and the coil needed replacing. My outdoor unit was under warranty with Goodman so they ordered the part which should have arrived in two weeks. He filled up my unit to keep our house cool while we wait on the part. Two weeks went by and Goodman dropped the ball and gave the part that was ordered to someone else. JJ and Mike kept refilling my unit for free after Goodman gave my part away while kept on getting with Goodman everyday to rectify the situation since a new part would take a while to come in due to Covid and after almost 2 months; Goodman finally gave in and got me a whole new outdoor unit. JJ just charged me the same cost as the agreed labor amount to repair the coil instead of a whole unit swap.Kept me updated on what was going on and was very responsive even on weekends when the unit need refilling. Awesome people, outstanding service! Thanks for looking out for me!

This company has great customer service and follow through. They analyzed my issues, repaired and explained the repairs afterward. They made sure I was satisfied and cleaned up before leaving. Their technicians were professional and courteous which is lacking so frequently these days. I also asked for a quote for vent cleaning but after inspecting my vents, told me they were ok and explained and showed me why. I appreciated their honesty. I will be using them for future HVAC services.

JJ came exactly on time, protected my interior floor with shoe covers, was courteous and professional and did a complete inspection and cleaning, and reported the results to me. I paid on the spot with a credit card. Really, what could he have done better? GREAT COMPANY!

JJ was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my furnace. He came out after-hours and worked quickly, he didnt leave until he was sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Clean Air Systems!

Tech took a look at my air handler and outside unit. Couldnt find anything wrong with either, and didnt try to up-sell or offer services not needed.

Don’t make the mistake of calling anyone else like I did. I called Clean Air after being told by another big game in town (Call them company X) that my unit was low on MO99 Freon, which Company X didn’t offer, and that my compressor was turning backwards due to dirty power. Since Clean Air offers MO99 I went with them. When Mike showed up he verified that my Freon Level was to specification and that my compressor was not the culprit. He cleaned my drain line and gave me some pointers on insulation and heat mitigation measures that I can take to help my old somewhat undersized unit do its job. Mike and Clean Air sell service, not service contracts and parts like the other guys. They came out promptly and gave an unbiased diagnosis, regardless of whether or not it meant they made a sale. Mike did it with an attitude and demeanor that made me comfortable with him being in my house doing whatever he needed to do. He did make a sale cause I bought a service agreement without thinking twice. Bottom line, other places may be good but these guys are great.

We moved into a much older home and didn’t know the history of maintenance of the A/C system. A month after moving in, the entire system had to be replaced, as it was15+ years old. Since we plan on living in this home for many years, I wanted the duct work inspected and cleaned. Mike and his crew showed up on time and did an amazing job. When the old unit was removed, there was an air leak between the plenum and furnace. Air leak=mood growth!! The mold was removed and after the ducts were cleaned, I could tell an immediate difference in the air flow.This may sound strange, but you can actually “feel” the difference of the air in the house! My wife was suffering from allergies after moving in. (Obviously from the mold spores!) She hasn’t had any issues since then.MANY thanks to Clean Air Systems for a great job. If you’re needing any A/C repair, give them a call.

This company was given to us by a friend to do the duct cleaning in our home. They called the day before the scheduled appointment to verify and gave us a time. Their people showed up at the arranged time and explained exactly what work would be done. They were all three very professional and extremely polite. They cleaned up after their work and we were very pleased. I would give this company the highest rating available. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we will be using them again. Had these guys come out to give an estimate on cleaning my duct work and I was so afraid I was going to be told I had mold and that it was going to cost a ton to get it cleaned out. NOPE! Guy was honest and said my duct work was good with the exception of a couple things I could fix my self. What a relief to know there are still honest company’s out there doing the right thing.
