This is the second house that we have had a solar tube installed. Our first house we had one installed in kitchen and living room. Brightened up our house so much you really thought lights were on. Got the night lites in them also. Wake up in the middle of the night and no need to turn a light on. Frank the installer is exceptional. Sold that house and built another. Didnt have a window in main bath and remembered how wellWe liked the solar tube in old house called Gina and had Frank come and install a solar tube in bathroom. Again brightened up the room. Completely satisfied and I would tell anyone to get one.

We recently built a new home and had two solar tubes installed - one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Initially I was unsure about getting them but we are extremely happy with the final product. Brighter Concepts was easy to work with. They were very responsive to all my inquires. What I didnt count on is that the plants under the kitchen solar tube would do so amazingly well. One of the plants is an orchid and it is growing spectacularly.

We have used Brighter Concepts for Solatube installation two times over the years in two different homes and their products and services have been excellent. The product certainly makes darker rooms light up and overall, the installation is relatively simple with one person essentially doing it all in a matter of few hours. Gina was great to work with, using images of our kitchen and stairwell to plan placement of 2 Solatubes. She was persistent but not overbearing at encouraging us to schedule the project.The install went great-Frank was terrific, helping with placement between the ceiling joists and getting the work done professionally and efficiently. Was very careful bringing ladders into our space to avoid and damage to walls or ceiling, and nice job with cleanup after completion.Also products work great bringing natural light into our kitchen and stairwell. Solar nightlight provides a bluish moonlight glow which is quite subtle and peaceful.We are very pleased with everything about the project and grateful to Brighter Concepts!

Excellent to work with. Great products. Indow windows make a big difference to temperature control in the house- to keep it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The Solatubes provide nice light to a previously dark space. Brighter Concepts is great to work with and provided very timely communications and estimates. Their installers are very experienced and highly professional.

I also love the new-to-me night light feature and had them put them into our 2 older Solatubes. All around, it was a great experience!

The Solatubes I had installed have been nothing short of awesome. They were properly installed (no leaking from the roof) and they look great. The nightlight feature has been wonderful as well. Brighter Concepts did a great job. I definitely recommend them.

Gina explained the process in detail and gave us our options right away and the cost up front. Everything went really smoothly. I was concerned about putting the Solatube in a flat roof but they are very experienced with this. Took a couple of hours and we have light!! Our entryway was very dark and this has helped a lot. Thinking about getting another one in our other entryway.😊

Brighter Concepts was very responsive. The installer gave us a bid and did the installation the same day. He used drop clothes everywhere, and we didn’t have to clean up anything. The tubes make an incredible difference! I only wish I’d done this sooner.

We had a very good experience with Brighter Concepts. It was easy to make an appointment with Gina for installation. Their installer, Frank, was patient with our many questions since we were not sure how many solatubes to install and what kind. Frank did a great job with installation, was very organized and neat, and was very careful to install the solatubes in the right locations. He worked way past 5 pm to get the installation done in one day. We were so happy with our solatubes that we made another appointment to have him install a couple more. Very happy with the product, the service and the responsiveness of this company. We would highly recommend this company.

Third solar tube I’ve installed from Brighter Concept with plans for another next year. Always on time, very professional, clean up like they were never there and extremely easy to work with. Never have had an issue with ant of the tubes.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and great technician! My wife and purchased a home a few years ago that has two SolaTubes. One of which is a bathroom fan. The fan died recently and brighter concepts fixed it without any hassle. The quote was fair and I respect that greatly. This company was great to work with. We put the Solatube in our main bathroom which we called it the cave, it was innermost room of our house. I had gone the big box lumber store sky tube route but couldn’t find anybody to install it with in reason, one bid was $2,100. that’s when I got online and looked up Brighter Concepts and looked into their Solatube and then found the price list for what it would cost me for Brighter Concepts to install, boy that was a nobrainer. Their Tech. was in and out of our house from start to finish in about 1 1/2 hrs. he centered the Solatube in our bathroom perfectly and we got the Optical Lens and the solar nightlight which has two settings low and high. Now it is almost the brightest room in the house, thank you Brigher Concepts.
