I go here for laser hair removal, lovely place and lovely staff

I have been coming here for quite some years now. Every single time I come in I am greeted with a smile. They are not only welcoming but the service is great. This place is a little hidden gem in Shorewood. Vein treatments, facials, waxing and more. It’s a one stop shop for anyone looking for some self care service and I highly recommend it for anyone. I look forward to continuing service with them.

I recently went there for my very first time on my birthday. The staff was so friendly. I had the most amazing facial by the head esthetician (Im drawing a blank on her name.) She was so helpful. Im hooked now and Ill be back multiple times to try all the different services they offer. Definitely recommend.

Kathe was absolutely amazing. I had a chemical peel. She helped me pick the best one for my skin, explained the full process, walked me through the steps and answered all my questions! I had alot of post peel questions, Kathe and staff responded so promptly and super friendly!!

My first time getting treated for veins. I must admit I was nervous and worried about the outcome so far so good. The doctor and the entire staff is friendly and transparent. I went here for the first time a while back for a facial on my back. Ive had issues with cystic acne and blackheads and this certainly helped. Sometimes your skin just needs that extra boost. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable!

Eternas staff are all medical professionals, the receptionists are always polite, accommodating and helpful, The facility is warm, friendly, welcoming, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, They do offer a large variety of treatment options if you need or choose them.

Ive been going to Eterna Med Spa for over a year now for my Botox. They not only have the best prices, its also a modern facility that is clean and has great customer service. The team there is well educated and I never feel like Im being sold on any products or services. Not to mention they keep me looking younger than what I am, and for that I will always be a loyal customer, and you should be too!

Kathe was my esthetician ... shes amazing. She is so nice & full of knowledge.I had a fantastic experience & would highly recommend going to this location.

After noticing the crows feet in a camping outing picture in Aug 13, I knew I had to do something about them! I was referred to Eterna MedSpa by my coworker, and scheduled my Botox appt in Sept. Marie took care of me, she was awesome- very confident in her work, was considerate and very patient. The results were night and day, my family noticed a big difference! I also made an appt w/ Dr. Intilli for Juvederm for my laugh lines later in Jan 14 - one side was deeper than the other - worked out well, I was able to see a difference. Dr Intilli was also great and took her time! Lastly, I had my most recent Botox injections in May 14 again by Marie.. I will continue to visit this MedSpa for anything more in the future! Thank you
