The team here is very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. I had never been waxed before and they talked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. Ive now been coming consistently. The check in process is quick and the facility is clean.

This was my first time at European Wax Center but also my first Brazilian wax. My wax specialist was Carolina. She was extremely nice and helpful. I told her this was my first time and she made it very comfortable. She walked me through the whole process and gave me a bunch of information. She also gave me information on products for ingrown hair and other things.As much as I thought it was going to be uncomfortable and painful Carolina made it an easy appointment. I booked my next Brazilian wax with her.

My newest found gem, Liv. She’s very good at what she does. EWC needs to make sure to retain this talent! With her there’s no hair breakage which nets results of smoother skin longer and finer regrowth when hair does start to regrow. Best I waxer I have found to date. Thanks again, Liv! They had a technical issue with their system they have in place for checking in when I went to my appointment. Unfortunately it did not mark me as checked in after I texted. The number told me I was on the waitlist but it did not register.I could not get in that day by the time I had called due to another appointment being scheduled but they did attempt to reschedule me when I called in today.Most other times I have been to this location the ladies have been polite, kind and professional as they were today when we spoke on the phone.

My waxing specialist Myranda is the best! Her attention to detail is unmatched! I dont enjoy getting waxed because it hurts, but I love the results when I go to Myranda. Shes personable and fast. Im in and out without feeling rushed or patchy. I especially love how Myranda treats you like a friend. The ladies in the front are so nice and welcoming as well.

Rina is the absolute best waxer there (she did my Brazilian)! Professional, sweet, very quick, makes you super comfortable, & best of all, gets EVERY hair. In the past with other waxers I’ve felt uncomfortable & had to shave after. Not with Rina! Definitely book her for your wax. 10/10.

Convenient location. Sometimes parking is difficult because its a busy shopping center. They always get me in when I need to. Ive never been turned away. The girls are polite and helpful!

This place did its job! I come here every so often. But the customer service i received recently was just so uncalled for I was getting rude vibes and responses and didn’t make me feel as comfortable as other employees have had in the past. The young lady with light brown hair and possibly highlights shouldn’t be so cold to her employees. Hopefully she was having an off day but was so rude nonetheless! Dec-2019 found out her name ! Needed my eyebrows waxed before I went on vacation so thought I would try European Wax Center. Myranda was my wax specialist and she was awesome! She knew just how to shape my brows and even used some brow powder on them because I had said I wanted to see how they would look a little darker. The products are very gentle on your skin. I would recommend European Wax Center and ask for Myranda..shes the best!

I went here to get a full bikini wax with Kassandra. She is very friendly, professional and fast. Im a very modest person and I would prefer to be somewhat covered during my service, but each time Ive been waxed Im in and out of the place in under 10 minutes. The receptionists are very sweet too.

I didn’t see too many reviews regarding Stephanie. I saw a lot regarding Melanie and Kassandra. However, Stephanie was amazing! She’s very friendly and professional. Recommended her to a friend as well! Thanks for making it a good experience!

My waxer is Myranda and she makes me feel so comfortable when I go in to see her. I have not only recommended EWC to my friends but I always recommend Myranda, she’s the best!!

I have been coming to this specific location for almost 3 years! There’s a closer location, but I have my favorite wax specialists here... Sooo my main wax specialist is Melanie. She is my one and only for a Brazilian Wax. I’ll also get my upper lip or underarms done by her as well. My secondary wax specialist is Myranda. She’s my one and only for eyebrows. I’ll also let her do my underarms and upper lip. These two ladies have been working here for a long time & they are soooo sweet. This place is always clean. Receptionists are sweethearts! Super great deals. The type of wax is amazing and relaxing.

I can not say enough about the wonderful staff at EWC, its a very beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. I go for my eyebrows and bikini wax and I have never left unhappy. I have been going to the Shorewood location for about a year and a half and have been going exclusively to Melanie. She had amazing reviews so I requested her as soon started going there. I love working with her! She is very professional and fun to work with. The front desk staff is just as great Zuly and all the other girls in the front always have a smile on their faces and so helpful. I highly recommend EWC to everyone and miss everyone there when I move.

Staff is arrogant. I went to the Orland park location and had a bad experience with the manager so I decided to try shorewood location and they refused service because of the disagreement that I had with the manager at the other location. I will never spend my money at any European Wax Center now.
