I was able to call and get a possible estimate over the phone. When I stopped in Brandon was very professional and helpful. Phone repair was reasonable and done within promised time frame. I would definitely return to this store for any repairs.

My cell phone charging port wasnt working and T mobile suggested I call best buy for repair. Best buy kept me on hold for almost 20 mins so I gave up and Googled cell phone repair near me. Thats how I found CPR and they had the part in stock, fixed my phone in a little over an hour and now Im a happy camper! I called TMobile when I got home and gave them the repair shops number. Incidentally, they repair both Android and Apple phones, tablets and computers.

My daughter had a shattered screen on her iPhone. Apple/Geek Squad quoted over $500 and said that it was damaged internally and most likely unrepairable. Josh and Brandon had the screen changed and in perfect working condition after an hour, and it was 1/2 the cost of Apple!! Thank you gentlemen, you now have a forever customer!!!

Polite, professional, and competent. I went to 2 other phone repair places for my issue and hey refused to help. CPR was not only willing to help but were willing to go above and beyond.

My iPad had an issue charging. I’d have to get the lighting cord “just right” for it to take a charge. Brandon at CPR was familiar with the issues that could be causing this. He gave me three price points based on which of the three likely issues was causing the problem. The repair turned out to be the simplest and least expensive. I busted the screen on my iPhone pretty good. I brought it to Best Buy at first and they told me that I needed to buy a “new unit” and that they didn’t have it at the store and would have to order it directly from Apple. It would take up to 3 days. According to them, I couldn’t just get the screen replaced. I took my phone to CPR in Shorewood and they said it was only a screen replacement, and they had it done in an hour! And they’re polite, which is hard to come by these days. Enough said!

Wifes cellphone battery was going bad. Needed to be replaced. Found Cell Phone Repair through google reviews. Filled out online estimate and a few hours later I had an estimate. Very quick response. Took the phone in and Brandon handled our order. He is very courteous and knowledgeable . The repair only took about 20 minutes. Price was great. Much lower than I expected. If your phone is giving you trouble I would highly recommend this store.

My laptop was painfully slow, and files couldnt be opened. Josh was absolutely wonderful. He contacted me in no time with my estimate and what needed to be done. He was so knowledgeable and took his time explaining what was done along with suggestions of how to improve its performance further. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

From the time I dropped off the phone from the time I picked it back up was an hour. Exceptional job, plus I was a walk in, so I didn’t have an appointment. Phone works great, no lag or miss touches to mention so far. Keep it up.

I just got back from picking up my phone and I am amazed. My mom brought me because I dropped my phone on a rock and it cracked very bad in the top right corner where the back camera and flash is. The back camera and flash didn’t work, I got the screen replaced for $190 and the camera for $80 and when he put the new camera in it, it also fixed the flash, in total it was $277 and he gave us a screen protector on it for free!! If I ever break my phone again I’m 100% coming here again!!!!

Replacing a phone battery (they ALL die after a couple of years, your results may vary) is a helluva lot less expensive than replacing a phone. Finding a *trustworthy source for any pig in a poke type of a blind item like an aftermarket battery can be tricky. Getting the *correct replacement is yet another challenge. Saving a few dollars is particularly important during times like these, right?With all of those concerns in mind, I took a chance with CPR Shorewood.Josh did a great job.

Josh was extremely helpful and explained everything to me in great detail. My iPhone 11 screen cracked and spidered. He fixed it in less than an hour and returned it to me good as new. CPR Cell Phone Repair is lucky to have him on their team!

Brought in my sons cellphone to be repaired for power issues, said 4 days, 3 for parts delivery 1 to install. 6 days later still no call??? Call shop and ask if phone was completed, said not yet because part didnt arrive, so tech looks up name again and says sorry, his coworker didnt let him know it arrived 2 days ago... so says hell get on it right away and by COB he should have it done... nope, had to call next day to be told, oh, yes, your phone has been ready...😠... for you, yesterday. What, no phone call to let me know it was ready? You have to be a mind reader apparently. But yes, they fixed the issue... way overpriced but still cheaper than a new phone... and they know it.

Ive had to come in to your store quite a few times in the last few months for misc. repairs; a cracked MacBook Air Screen as well as both my iMac and laptop needing updated operating systems. I even brought in a really old iPod to with a stuck center button. Each and every interaction with either Brandon or Josh were great. They are both friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful both over the phone and in person. For my most recent visit Josh went above and beyond. My iMac was in a startup loop and just not working for me. I really appreciate how Josh takes the time to go through all of the options and really tell you how it is. Theres always the option of getting a brand new computer but not everyone can realistically or financially go with that option. CPR is my go-to for any repairs that I need. Had a phone issue and thought it might be battery related. Dropped my phone off and was told it would be an hour. Brandon called and gave me an honest assessment telling me it was more than the battery and not worth fixing. By the time I got back to CPR, he had got the phone into a mode to back up my data. Im away from home and of course I broke my phone screen. These guys went above and beyond to get my phone working. Ordered my screen had it overnighted and had my broken phone fixed in little over and hour. I called first and got a message the first few times because everyone was busy, but when I got through, Rhonda was very pleasant and answered all my questions about replacing the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S7.I dropped my phone off the next day with Larry who did all the paperwork quick and courteously. My phone was ready in about an hour! Other places I talked to said I had to leave my phone anywhere from 2.5 hours to overnight.When I picked up my phone my debit card was not reading on the card reader. No problem. So happy that I brought my sons phone here to have the screen fixed. Very professional operation.My son had cracked his iPhone 6 Plus screen. We stopped in and they knew exactly what it needed from looking at it. Glass screen only needed replacement. Cost was $95 plus tax for a total that was a little over $99. Cant beat that at all.They said it would an hour to repair and it did. They called me when it was ready. Looks beautiful. We found this place when my daughter’s phone broke. The repair was done quickly and the price was fair. I’d come back (but I hope I don’t have to!)

The screen repair was quick (appox. 1 hr).The only thing customers should be aware of if you are getting your screen repaired:1.) They break the water seal that comes with the most up to date iPhones, which means the water resistance of the phone goes down.2.) When you get your device back, you will notice a slight color difference in regards to the depth of certain hues (red and green in my case).

Went in for Zagg warranty replacement. They were very helpful, professional and did a wonderful job on installation. Would highly recommend.

Replaced my iPhone 8 screen with low quality 3rd party replacement screen. Immediately after receiving the device I noticed a slight yellow tint and 3D Touch not working correctly along with not the most responsive digitizer. The replacement screen also broke very easily after about 2 months. It is cheaper than Apple but it gives you lesser quality phone and voids your warranty so it’s not worth saving the $60. Go to Apple or authorized Apple service provider!

I was very impressed with the fact that no other repair store could fix my phone except CPR (and last minute on Christmas Eve too). Without the quick repair I would not have been able to log into the security tools for my job and thus CPR helped me a lot with the quick turn around.

I thought I was having screen problems but it turned out to be a much larger problem. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix the problem because my phone is an older model and the parts are very scarce. NO FAULT ON THEIR END! They did everything they could and I would go back to them for any issue in the future.

Called and asked if they did repairs on PS3 told them I had the flashing yellow light they said yes. So I took it in for repair and got it back in 2 days later. Tried it out and it worked for an hour and I got the same problem. They told me I had a warranty so I took it back talk to the same guy told him what it was doing and he said we can try the same procedure but it probably wont work to fix it we have to do and a different procedure but we dont have the equipment to do it but they were ok taking my money first. If you dont have the equipment to do a repair right dont take the job.

Brought my ipad in to the shop, and they told me they could fix it and took it in. They made an attempt, and found out it had some unforseen damage making the repair difficult, which I understand. But Larry the GM made sure I wasnt out the money when they couldnt repair the item after a few tries and they honored their warranty. Which was more than I was asking fo r. Very good experience and I was happy with the way they do business.

My phones earpiece stopped working, and I had to answer all my calls on speaker. My screen was cracked too. It was dropped off shortly after they opened and was fixed within the hour! Im glad they offer a warranty, but I havent had any issues since it was fixed!

Accidentally dropped my phone in (clean) toilet...ugh! Took it to CPR and they cleaned and replaced parts, as needed. In no time flat, I had my phone back and have had zero issues with it since then. Highly recommend this store!!

Based on good reviews, I decided to get my phone screen replaced the day I shattered the screen. It took about an hour and $140. An hour later, I noticed the screen wasnt always picking up when I was clicking on something and almost every single time I unlocked the phone it would freeze and Id have to use the manual restart method. Unfortunately, all they offered was a refund and left me with an internal issue with my phone that never occured until the screen was replaced and cannot be fixed. My only option is to invest in a new phone, which is what I was trying to avoid. So thanks for ruining my phone, I do not recommend their services. Go the the apple store if your an iphone user, it is cheaper anyway and atleast the glass isnt thick and can register correctly your touch.
