If I could post negative stars I would. I had two packages that said “delivered “ two days in a row, and nothing was in the box. I checked the cameras because I thought someone might have stolen it after the mail man left, but no, the mailman didn’t even drop off my packages, and he scanned them as delivered. Those packages were precious to me, and I have another one that’s supposed to be delivered today. Needless to say, I will be LIVID if this package is lost or kept too. This is theft, and I will be reporting this.

I sent in change of address envelopes b/c we moved to Alexander, AR. We were receiving mail at our new address, but now we are no longer receiving our mail. I have tried and tried to call the office here directly and the 888 or, 800 number and the local office no one will answer. What kind of office doesnt answer the phone? I mean really? If u have a phone answer the damn thing. It isnt hard to do. I need help. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This post office is known for losing packages especially if you sit them down and wait for someone to take initiative to scan them. if you want to ensure that they will not be lost, make them scan everyone of them and give you a receipt. If you have a receipt and they are lost, they are responsible. I used to just drop off my packages, but after having 3 lost in a week, I gave up. They will tell you that you can just drop them off over there.... NOT IN THIS LIFETIME BUDDY! Scan everyone and I dont care how much of an attitude they get. At least one of them with a bad attitude retired recently.

Typical post office: overworked employees with no job satisfaction. They seemed nice at first, and then frustrated that I asked questions. I got the run around about completing an address change... do it online (not available for this zip code). I ended up with a change of address form in a different language from another employee who overheard my customer service rep tell me they were out of forms and to come back later. At least they didnt make me wait in line to turn it back in once i figured it out.

If I could give a negative star review I absolutely would. I have used this post office on a daily basis for a year and my experiences have just gotten worse over time. I dropped off 35 packages 4 days ago and about half were not scanned in. I went in today to inquire about when they would get moving and was met with an I don’t care attitude and “they aren’t here.” I hand delivered these packages myself so I know that they are around there somewhere. I got home and about 2 hours later they are magically “accepted” even though they were no where to be found while I was standing in the lobby hours before. As a small business owner, I use USPS to ship orders and this post office continually makes me look like I have bad business practices because my orders are never scanned in on the day I drop off. I have lost dollar after dollar reshipping things that were “lost” and sending refunds because customers feel as though I never actually dropped anything off. If you run a business please avoid using this office at all costs.

2 packages lost on same day. 1 showing to be delivered. 1 showing held at post office on one device and another device says delivery attempted, while ebays tracking says there was a notification left on my door. There was nothing at my door or in my mailbox at all. Went into the office to see if they had it : they said that a supervisor would call me after he talked to the courier. This is all on a Friday of course. Nothing from them by 3 o clock in the afternoon. I have used USPS in Jonesboro and had absolutely no issues they were great. Will just have it shipped to my work if theyre gonna be that careless in Sherwood, I guess.

Have had to ship several packages internationally and had no issues. Prices are reasonable and employees Ive dealt with are courteous and helpful especially with having to fill out the customs forms for overseas shipping

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN SHERWOOD FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR NOW. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE. THE MOST RECENT BEING I HAVE A PACKAGE IM TRYING TO ASK ABOUT AND THE PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS UNTIL FINALLY SOMEBODY PICKS IT UP AND HANGS IT UP. IF YOU TRY TO CALL BACK ALL YOU GET IS A BUSY SIGNAL. (POSSIBLY TAKING ALL THEIR PHONES OF THE HOOK?). I GO NUMEROUS DAYS WITHOUT MAIL BUT MY NEIGHBORS GET ADS AND WHAT NOT. I ORDERED A COMPUTER ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND THEY LEFT THIS BOX MARKED AS ELECTRONICS SITTING ON THE BALCONY BY MY DOOR AT THE APT COMPLEX, BUT WHEN I ORDER A 20 DOLLAR CHRISTMAS GIFT THAT WOULD HAVE FIT IN MY MAIL BOX THEY LEAVE A NOTE THAT THERE WAS NO ONE TO SIGN (ALTHOUGH MY APT MANAGER WAS THERE, AND I DID NOT REQUEST A SIGNATURE) AND TOOK IT BACK TO THE POST OFFICE ON A FRIDAY AND I WAS UNABLE TO PICK IT UP TILL THE NEXT MONDAY. OH BY THE WAY THEY HAVE HAD MY MANAGER SIGN FOR STUFF BEFORE. ALTHOUGH THEY DONT PUT STUFF IN THE BOX THAT WILL FIT I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PACKAGES MARKED FRAGILE ELECTRONICS COMPLETELY CRUSHED TO FIT IT INSIDE MY BOX (EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE PARCEL BOXES FOR LARGE PACKAGES). I AM ALSO RECEIVING MAIL FOR THE TRAILER PARK ACROSS THE ST FROM MY APT ALL THE TIME EVEN PACKAGES. I HAVE A LAZY POSTMAN WHO DONT GIVE A CRAP, AND THE LOCAL POST OFFICE ON WILDWOOD FRANKLY DONT GIVE A CRAP EITHER. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES AND WHEN YOU GO IN THEY ARE RUDE AND SNOBBISH EVEN IF THE CUSTOMERS ARE BEING OVERLY POLITE.

Horrible horrible horrible. I dropped off a card at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 20 inside the post office and the card was just delivered today, October 30. 10 days to travel 10 miles. Crazy. And of course, I could not get anyone to pick up the phone when trying to call to check on it since my son had not received the card in a timely manner. No wonder USPS always has issues, their carriers in the news stories of stealing, peeing on side walks, pooping outside their cars in broad daylight in a residential culdesac and etc. Sad they cannot get qualified workers.

TERRIBLE! Having issues with carrier not coming to my mother in laws or our house! I have called on this issue before, and was told...if there was no mail for us, they dont come up our way! We are the last houses on the route.....that shouldnt matter! Even if we dont have mail to be deliverd, we may have mail to go out! We live in the country, and we dont go to town every day!So, trying to call this morning to complain (nicely), but NO ANSWER on their phone. Have tried 4 times, it will ring, then click...nothing! Even tried calling the 800 number...after 10 minutes on hold, I hung up!

Called multiple times for them to hold my package, due to an invalid address. They said they would hold it, but when I called to confirm it was there they had already sent it back to the seller. I try to avoid using USPS as much as possible.
