Very professional staff that does a thorough job and explains all inspection results. Wyatt was very helpful and explaining the differences between the different oil change options. I love being able to stay in my car while my oil gets changed. They accepted a 50% off coupon from the Valvoline website that made it very inexpensive.

Quick place to stop for an oil change. Only had to wait a few minutes for them to finish up the car ahead of me and 20 minutes later all fluids were checked and topped off as well as a full synthetic oil change. Everyone was kind and they answered the questions I had. Will return here for my next service.

Best place in town to get a car wash! Friendly folks. 15 for car wash and 5 for tip is what I do and I get the best scrubbed tires and prewash by a person. Great deal!

Tried to get a coolant flush. First day they were lined up out the parking lot. Second day I came and the person that does coolant flushes wasnt available and was told to come back in an hour. Finally got the flush and they dangerously overfilled and over pressurized the system. I had to remove about half a quart of coolant when I got home because it was leaking out of the degas bottle edges from being filled to the absolute brim.People were nice and they were helpful overall, but at the end of the day I wouldnt trust the service if I came back. Make sure you check that the levels are good before you drive away.

I had an oil change in Shelton, wa just before I moved to Idaho. When I arrived in Idaho, I discovered 2 oil leaks. Today I spoke with Kalah, the new manager for Shelton. She took charge and is getting me reimbursed for the cost of leak repair. Anybody can have problems, but how they are handled is the sign of a good manager

This place is awesome because its open 24 hours for you to clean out your vehicle at least otherwise the car wash is limited and only open till night time but its still an awesome place to check out

Service was so good I thought I was in a commercial for them. Pretty unreal how professional this place is. Kelly, the gentleman that assisted us was perfect and assisted us beyond what I thought they were capable of. He even gave us a free new oil plug screw because the preexisting one was stripped. Great place. I usually change my own oil but would go back to this place purely on principle. It wasnt even expensive. Very impressed and happy to know it is still possible to find excellent customer service.

I recently had my oil change done there and THEY DID NOT PUT MY DIPSTICK BACK IN ALL THE WAY!!! Was leaking oil and couldnt figure out where....WILL NOT GO BACK!!!

I would not have your car washed here unless you are planning on going home and washing it yourself anyway. Initially my car looked good but as it dried I could see that my car still needed washed. I could have given my kids or someone in need my $15 and gotten a much better job. Plus I can hear my paint being scratched as my car rolls through. Very disappointed and a waste of $ & time

Its about $10 more than Im used to paying at Jiffy Lube, but Valvoline has cameras that show you what the attendant is doing underneath. Also, they check your brake lights, wipers, and filters and top off your windshield fluid and other fluids.

Drove in for an oil change on my Toyota Prius. Quoted me $89!!! When I winced, he said I could have. 15% discount. So now 75. Drove to Walmart literally across street and got it for $39. This is at the Oilcan Henry’s which I believe is their name. $50 savings for me to drive 1/4’mile?

Car wash is ok. They never do the wheels good enough, but the rest of the car wash is pretty good.

My oil change was great. Service attendance was great. But I paid for supreme car wash and my car looks just as dirty as it did when I went in. The guy didnt even touch my rims of my tires. Lesson learned!

Worst deluxe car wash ever! Paid $15 for deluxe service. Once it was finished I got out to dry it off as their air dry did not work well.there were black sticky smudges all over the whole exterior of my car from the brushes. Fortunately with a bit of scrubbing with my drying cloth I was able to remove all of them. Afterwards I was going to vacuum only to find out they charge for that service even with a deluxe wash. Talked to employee that apologized and offered to do another wash at no charge which I declined after just scrubbing off all the black smudges and drying the car. Quite sure the smudges would have returned and would have had to dry again. Will never use there car wash again. Dont waste your money on a deluxe wash that wasnt any better than regular wash, hopefully minus black smudges, if you decide to even waste your money on this car wash. Not recommended!

Their sales tactics are very dishonest. They insisted my Subaru needed a transmission flush, both differentials fluid changed and the transfer case fluid changed. They claim Subaru requires this every 15k miles and these numbers are coming straight from Subaru. My Subaru doesnt even have a transfer case. Subaru calls for the other fluids to be inspected every 30k miles and replacement is usually needed near 75k miles. When I confronted them on it they stuck to their guns and stated the numbers are from extreme use. This is not true at all and even if it was, the average customer is not extreme use. Luckily I know better but theyre praying on those that dont. Dont be their victim.

Overall good, quick 15 minute experience. The three guys who worked on my vehicle were great however the manager who took my money was very condescending to both the employees and myself. Car wash was a little lacking but ended up being free so I cant complain much.

I would like to post that the manager of the Shelton store assured me this is NOT company policy and will find out who the employee is and reprimand him. The manager made it right with me and assured me it will never happen again...... Thank you Ray and Valvoline for perusing and correcting my complaint.......I live about a half hour from the Shelton location where I have taken my vehicles for many years. A few Sundays ago I was prepping my truck and travel trailer for vacation. Checked my my oil, I saw I was about a quart low. Having never used the service of topping off my oil, I figured I would swing Valvoline on my way out of town and have my oil level topped off. I swung around the rear of the building and went to ask attendent about checking oil level and topping it off. He proceeded to tell me that I had to go drop off my travel trailer somewhere and then drive through. He wouldnt get some oil and come and top me off. Last time I went with full synthetic...$100, and he cant walk 30 to top off my oil? I am done with this incompetent service. Good bye guys, you blew it and I will/ have been telling everyone I know....

Had the oil changed here in my GMC 3/4 ton truck. Told them I was preparing to go on a long trip towing a heavy boat and that I wanted to make sure everything was in top shape. I made the trip and just noticed some oil drips on my driveway under my truck. I checked the oil level and there was no oil registering on the dipstick! Totally empty! I crawled under the truck and found that my oil filter was totally loose...not tightened down at all and was oil covered with drips on the bottom. Im not sure if an engine damage has occurred in my truck but this is absolutely outrageous. You dont need to be a rocket scientist to know that you need to screw the oil filter on until its snug!

Another car pulled in and took my place in line since the staff wasnt queing bays at all so I left. Might as well make an appt at Wal-mart since Valvoline apparently is too busy for drive-ins.

Would not recommend this for a car wash. There machine scratched the paint from my car. Also still dirty. I had to pay 7.00 for this car wash. And its the 2nd time this place has left my car dirty. Spoke with the .manager Allen informed him of the problem. His response to this was that I needed to come back so he can see the car. No apology for the damage done or the dirty car. Allen said he has never had a problem with anyones car before. Heres the proof

I stopped here on Sunday to get my truck washed and the attendant was extremely rude. I paid for the least expensive wash and afterwards had to ask for towels to dry the truck because the blower didnt work. He handed me two paper towels.... needless to say I wont be going back to this place.

Broke the bolts on the skid plate and never said a word! Then they thought it was a good idea to fix it with zip ties on a 2017 car! Still never said anything except it was fixed. Then, after I was left on the side of the road for an hour and a half with a two year old waiting for a tow truck when the zip ties broke, they refused to pay for the repair and a rental car. Cost me a client when they made me a half hour late to show a house! Worst decision I have made in a long time going to them!!As for the customer care team I spoke to them also and the only thing I got from them was the same as the response from the manager...a refusal to make things right, forcing me to sue for damages!As if that wasnt bad enough, the manager threatened my son when he served him and I have a video of my son being forced to tell the guy that he would call the police if he threatened again!! What kin of people do they hire for goodness sake?!?!?

Oil capacity is 5 qt. They said they needed to put in 5.5 quarts and they charged $4.50 for extra half quart of oil. Tried to sell me a rear differential service for a front wheel drive car.

Their car wash is terrible. Took 2 vehicles through and was very disappointed. My vehicles didnt get clean paying. Employees spent a lot of time pre washing a blue toyota 4x4 truck before going thru tunnel than they did for anyone elses vehicles. Very disappointed and wont be going back. The 2 guys working carwash that day cared more about the Toyota truck being extra clean verse other customer cars. They were given a $6 tip also and it wasnt worth giving. Better off washing my vehicles myself. Car wash isnt worth the money you pay
