Good luck getting in touch with anyone to cancel an unlimited car wash membership, currently about $40 a month and a recurring charge. It took me just about five weeks and multiple charges to take care of mine. Eventually I had to show up in person after all else failed to actually confirm my membership cancellation.

The car wash itself is good, doesnt scratch if at all. Gets the job done. However the constant up-selling gets old really fast and needs to stop now. Dont get mad at the employees, theyre just doing their job. Management needs to stop pressuring them to up-sell non stop. We as customers just want our car wash and thats it. If we want to sign up for the monthly wash plan, well do it. Otherwise, stop getting greedy management.

$125 detail. When I got my car back I was told we did the best we could. I detailed cars for years in Texas and this was nowhere near even a hard detail job. They didnt wipe down my speedometer cluster and my seats were still wet. Look at photos too see how good of a detail job they did.

This place is awesome! Free drinks for customers and free vacuums. Quick service and great results. They clean your car extremely well and it’s not expensive at all. Only around 35$ for inside and out cleaning with wash dry and wax. Definitely recommend this place.

Love this car wash! I am a monthly member and it is well worth it. I am able to have my car washed an unlimited number of times per month, plus I can clean the interior myself with every tool, product, and all the clean towels I could possibly need. Super friendly service staff too!

This place is just way too much hype for a car wash. Afraid to look at my credit card statement to see how much they just charged me. Nobody tells you a price. Nothing clearly listed. Where I live on Albuquerque NM, I can get someone else to wipe down and vacuum my car for the same price. Good wash, but I couldnt wipe down the car, physical disability.

I love this place!! If you have kids or a car that gets dirty often I suggest you get the membership. You will not be sorry. I have three tots and my car is always a mess. Im there at least twice a week just to vacum and get it cleaned. Totally worth it. And its spacious very conveniently located. Great customer service!!

Didnt wash car all that good when you pull up to the washing bay there supposed to pre wash the front and the back of 🚗 🚘 so all they did was one quick blast and that was it .

We’ve had the interior of our car cleaned here twice and each time it shined like the day we bought it. Amazing attention to detail, kind and professional employees, and the waiting room has an awesome massage chair. No signs of ice cream spills or toddler crumbs in our car anymore!

I took my 2007 Honda Civic for an oil change. The First time I didnt take it to the Honda dealership for my oil change. I picked a package that was around $44 with the car wash. And I knew sitting in the waiting area that someone would come get me and bring me to my car and tell me how I need other work done and that they could do it. They said that I needed to flush the power steering, radiator, coolant and the transmission fluid and it would only cost $275 plus tax. I have a Mechanic and he could do it for around $125.00 he told me. Point is that they try and sell you all kinds of extras instead of just doing the oil change. I DO NOT recommend getting your oil changed here. However, as far as the car wash and detailing services that they offer as well they are very good for doing that. Just dont let a car wash charge your oil or even look under your hood. If they recommend wiper blade replacements, just tell them you will get your own. They charge a lot for the wipers and they rot out in 8 months.

The staff are always friendly and yes they try to get you to be a continuous customer by asking if youd like to be part of the program, its called marketing and they where never pushy . I did join the once a month and glad I did.Today for instance the staff helped me out with something that could have been a disaster, they didnt have to, but they did.Im grateful they show not just interest in getting new customers, but they are helpful to the regulars too.

Worst place to go for a car wash. They try their best to rip you off by offering their so called monthly membership. If you say no they try their best to convince you. They don’t have any price list. Nobody knows what’s going on. First of all the employees should know how to speak English in order to avoid confusion. They charged me 25$ just for external car wash and i was told that it’s full service. This place is a no go. Stay away people and save your money!!!If any person from the management is reading this review i would suggest you to fire all of your employees to save your drowning business.

The car wash and oil changes are fast, and the waiting room is nice. Plus the mechanics know their stuff. They werent shy to bring me inside and show me exactly what my car needed.

For the last three months i have been going there under the unlimited wash pass. For those three months Ive been paying cash. I hate the thought of a recurring payment being taken from my card. I pull up to the Shelton,CT location this morning and was told they arent taking cash for that service anymore. WTH? Why not? So i can pay cash for a car wash all day every day but not for the unlimited pass? Ive honestly never been to a business that turns down money. You guys lost 42 dollars a month just from me because of this. Id imagine Im not the only customer who prefers paying cash for services. Its a shame too because the car wash at the Shelton location is fantastic. The Milford location, not so much. Its VERY old and damages a LOT of cars. Check out the reviews. I live 5 minutes from it, and i wont go there.

The review is for the car wash. They are much better than Splash Car wash who did not bother to clean my cars tires despite taking their premium car wash package and people present to towel dry the car who could visually check my car. With Russels, I have had the basic unlimited membership for 6+ months now and they have been very good and there have been 0 problems ! Extra dirty ? Wash your car again, that’s kinda the point of the the unlimited. Their radio tag doesn’t work on my windshield so the express Lane is not so express for me but there’s always someone to come and scan your tag manually and lift up that heavy gate be it -16C outside or 32C !. All in all, a great place to wash your car. Quick in and out, tires always come out looking clean. Vacuum spots are plenty and they have free wipes to wipe off car dry if you really need to (although the air dry does justice) plus some other goodies. Unlimited is the way to go. Or you take the basic 7 dollar wash and even that is decent.

I understand every business needs to Up sell and make money but I don’t appreciate when they try to scam me. My girlfriend came in and they tried to sell her a new battery, a new battery should be charged at 12.7 volts anything under 11 is a dead battery, my girlfriend’s battery was 12.5And for me they tried selling me all kinds of flushes. I won’t be returning

This is my favorite car wash and the best is getting the monthly pass because you save and its great for the winter when your car is filled with salt, in the spring when its filled with pollen, in the summer when your car is dirty. Just so worth it, I love it, and you really only need the cheapest unlimited. They also do oil changes.

It works nothing special

I went here with my friend for an oil change, after the change they began to say a list of problems to my friends car. Such as he had leaking parts, he needed a full transmission flush, something was wrong with the steer etc. the guy was asking for over 100 dollars to try to fix these “problems”. when we went to pay, one of the employees were reading out the list of problems of the car while laughing at us. My friend got his car checked out by someone else and he said “there was nothing wrong with the car they tried to scam you.” If they think you know nothing about cars they will try to scam you, I recommend going elsewhere.

My favorite spot to go to besides the grandkids get candy and a car wash show the employees are great, LEO especially is very Professional and courteous. Always kind and helpful. If we can just all be like leo the world would be a better place

Its a really good place they ha e some great people working there, everyone is always very kind, they have amazing customer service. They dont dry your windows and stuff after bit its a great car wash for the price and they have a line for monthly members its the green painted one and it gets you past the people paying for a one time wash. Its fast and convenient also if its still going on the clean the inside the first time you get the service membership of cleaning once a month. I think its well worth it and I recommend.

Scratch on my new car, going to see the manager Julio, tomorrow. Washed the car Weds afternoon, noticed scratch today, Friday morning. Upon seeing the manager we did receive help to repair the scratch. We presented a receipt for the paint and he reimbursed us. Original post was from fall of 2019.

Tire shine makes a huge mess down the side of my vehicle after i leave the wash. For some reason when asked for no tire shine i still get it on the passenger side. Otherwise a great wash.

Took my wifes car in for an interior detailing. The cream colored cloth seats were covered with black dog hair. After the detailing job, you cant even guess that we own a dog. Phenomenal job. Thanks again!

Went in for an oil change as I have done before for a regular priced oil change, asked if they could change my oil with my own specific oil, Rotella T6 synthetic.The Manager a tall dark man(dont know the name), told me that they would have to charge the synthetic price... I asked why, when I have my own oil, which you do not carry.This man tried to validate this price by saying if something were to happen to your oil pan... No...just No. Are you kidding me?? I have my own oil I will not pay for your oil, and a oil change. After saying no thanks to these people, this man continued arguing his point after I said no. He was very rude and unprofessional. Will never use this place again for anything.

Worst .and most expensive place to get a synthetic oil change$85 being the cheapest. Literally took 2 guys under 5 minutes to do a full exam on the car. Everything they said that i needed or they did, I had just done. New cabin air filter recommended, i put one in a month ago. Cleaned battery ports. The corrosion wasnt touched, and before i even knew they were supposed to clean it I said wow I just got that battery too and look at the corrosion. Filled my washer fluid(which i just had done) But when they said my brake fluid was low, they couldnt put any of that in. WORST PLACE EVER

Ill be honest, Ive gotten lazy with serious detailing and finally opted to visit this automatic car wash--we average 8 hours per vehicle when detailing. Ive learned quickly why weve denounced facilitating these establishments--the micro marring becomes apparent after just a few visits. If youre not adamant about your vehicles finish and need a quick 2 minute wash (that can prove satisfactory), Russells could very much be the ideal match for your needs.Lets get to one thing, the kids LOVE the animated car wash guy and police officer 😂, which in turn makes me happy since it takes their minds off Happy Meals and all the sugary goodness they somehow go insane for. So there is one of my upsides to a visit. Another is, GET the monthly subscription for unlimited washes. The ONLY reasons I suggest this is, simply COST EFFECTIVE, and you jump the line via the Express Lane--yea, quick therapy for the kids too. The vacuums are potent at pulling just about any loose debris from everywhere. Kodos indeed here.The staff, well...cant say much since weve subscribed and no longer interact with them directly. And speaking of directly, there is no staff to hand dry your vehicle--thank GOD!! Other car wash facilities offer this service as some sort of convenience. In reality, its a nightmare waiting for you to dose and ruin your dream sessions. They do more harm than good to your vehicles finish (due to their inexperience of drying technique and materials used) Recommendation, do it yourself.Russells operates at a few locations, but this location is by far much preferred--Norwalk is good...Stamford is atrocious. Give this Shelton location a try, and make your own determination.

This place is a total rip off and con artists work there. They lied to me about the car wash package. I was told only 20 bucks monthly fee. After the first month I was charged close to 40 dollars. Called for a manager with no luck!!! Finally I get one and went down there so they can stop charging my credit card, and still this place is charging my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Such a rip off and they will take advantage of anyone who goes there.

Sold me a gift card for a specific wash that included vacuuming, dash, mats and outside wash. However 3 weeks after, my husband went to use his giftcard and they said the business was bought out by another company and they will no longer offer that wash.They NO LONGER do interior cleaning so....we sat in the car and went thru the wash for 20$ and nothing else... money left on the card that will never get used now...what a waste! So many other places offer wayyy more! No manager on site.

Horrible service. I will never go there again. I paid almost $80.00 for an oil change & car wash and they did not clean the car. the tires were not cleaned, they did not wipe any of the interior down and the vacuum job was ridiculous. My husband had to vacuum and clean the car again himself right after we left. When we told the guy that we were unhappy with the service for the price we paid, his response was Im sorry that you feel that way. Such a shame.

Was there today. I thought the outside looked beautiful as well as all the seats, floors, and windows. However I forgot to look at the drivers side to see if the silly putty sprayed on there had been removed. It had not! Very disappointing as I paid full service and left a nice tip. I would have come back but my husband took time to compound it off.

Was at this location today. The attendant misguided my vehicle onto the conveyor belt. Immedietly there was a loud popping noise and the vehicle was torked onto the belt and I felt there was a grinding and dragging of the front passenger tire. I told the attendant something was wrong and he kept guiding me into the car wash.. Halfway through my car wouldnt move and was unable to drive... I beeped my horn to alert someone that I was stuck. The manager Ariel was told there was a problem and he wasnt interested in the accident at all. I called the police to file a report. I was also asked to fill out an incident report. When the report was given to the assistant manager, he changed the details of what happened and refused to give me my original report.The car had to be towed out of the car wash i asked if i would get my money back the manager asked if i was going to pay for the business he lost???, now im having to pay 500 dollars to repair what they tore up,and 400.00 for a rental,and the manager didnt want to refund me 19 dollars since my car was never washed!!!

When i work i dont just do it to make money of course that what we all do but when i work i see myself helping and serving and doing what i can to make the community and area around us, our country a better place. I dont hide in a filthy office with a black curtains covering entire glass wall to cover the shame along with costco pizza burger king McDonalds, jimmy johns jimmy johns garbage stuffing my mouth away like paul ford and have vending machines covering up the second window as well. And i dont hide behind lawyers either and dont use them to lie for me either. What a fat cowadly poor excuse of of being a man. Oh no did someone just say a mean things about paul? Call the FBI bring in the troops. Call the homeland security the whole might come to an end. someone said mean things about paul. A true hard working human being of an honest business would wonder and try to find out why hes being caused at and why someone has lost respect for him and try to find a way to resolve it rather then be a fat pig eating multi of meals in 1 shift and lie and have a lawyer pamper him. Brought in a new car today for oil change. Tech updated my information on computer.The service invoice had the correct car, wrong milage listed it as .26091? My new car 2019 .only has 5685 miles. Also the vin number is wrong .They have it all listed as my old vehicle. They were also to include a car wash? The car sat outside the bay for 15 mins and was never washed . Very diddapointef in the service as well as price! They charged $82.33For oil change with filter and car wash! The dealer only charged $58.00 and also washed the car! I had my car detailed, $130. After they had my car for 10 hours my leather seats were not touched, it looked like a typical full car wash. I had to return the next day for them to finish. The manager, who cleaned my car, stated, yeah I wasnt happy with the results, but I was afraid to clean the seats....

Around 12:45-50pm, Fri Feb 3, 2017, I decided to get my car wash. This was my first time going there and i dont live in shelton and at guys outside were helpful in telling me where to go. I admit that was fast car wash in 3 min and cute setup w/ mannequins or robotic mannequins doing some of work lol.When that was done, I went around to different to go to different lane for interior and vaccuum. The dark skinned guy I dnt knw but it looked he didnt want to be there or hes bored or what but his personality was just blah. I told him its my first time and he was helpful a bit to showing me where waiting room was. I waited 10 min and i saw the monitor they just pulled my car up to vaccum and all. From 1:05 or 1:08 till 1:20 I asked dark skinned guy how much longer and he said 7 more min. I was like what ?? I wait few more min and told him I have to go. They are going sooooo slow!!!!! So he pulled my car out and I followed him and honked my horn to let owner knw hes done. When he saw me NXT to the car ..He was like oh this is your car???? He said I thought your car was other one.Really??!!??1:30 I left !!! And they didnt do good job ..Mycup holder, back of steering wheel was dirty and dusty and hair on my chair and plastic part of my car behind driver and passenger near rear tire on both sides there have white spots. I didnt go back coz I really had to go. I had an appt at 1:30!!!! So I recommend if you want fast car wash wash go there but dont go for interior and all.I called later that day to talk the mgr and i left message to one of the guys and I asked u sure mgr will call? He said yes. I gave my cell and reason why Im calling. After 30min I called and phone line was busy for maybe an hr or two. Maybe they blocked me or what. But no ring at all. Finally I called 6 pm, lady answered and I asked for mgr, she said mgr left for day!!!! I was sooo pissed!!!!! I explained everything and its bad impression my first time there and thats how I was treated?? She said she wrote everyrhing down and will make sure mgr will get it.Yea ok whatever.Funny part...She said this wasnt the first complaint and mgr is working on it. Omg!!! So Im not the only one that filed the complaint about the service. And she was trying to make it up to me by saying if you come back we will give free car wash or something. I said I dnt knw, from the service I got, mgr not calling me back and mgr gone for the day...I dnt knw. I told her I dnt live there and service I get where I live is cheaper than $22 somewhat bucks and they are fast and efficient and do good job. So I dnt knw.

Avoid this car wash. My daughter took her car there and than finds two scratches, one on the hood and one on the roof created by their equipment. I uploaded a picture of the scratch on the hood but apparently they censor submitted pictures.
