I wish I could give negative stars!!My gf and I had an appointment early as to she is unable to wear a mask so they were kind enough to get us in.She REALLY needed a girl day to be pampered.Let me tell you, the treatment the gentleman gave my gf was atrocious!! Told her over and over again how horrible her nails and hands were and that she needs to take care of them better.Excuse me!?!! How dare he even suggest or say anything to her! That is NONE OF HIS BUSINESS!If thats how he conducts business he shouldnt be!Trust me I let him and everyone else that was there know that was NOT OK!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!And will spread the word!

I am very empressed with the quality of my service. I had acrylic nails put on and the technician was very mindful to corrct some issues with my nails that had been damaged from a different nail salon. I love how they look and will be heading back as soon as I need service.

This place is my absolute favorite. The owners do such a great job with attention to detail. I recommend making an appointment and becoming a regular customer since there is only two employees.

Called the salon at 10 am to make an apt. they told me to come at 1230. showed up, waited in lobby. finally asked if they were running behind. Olivia said yes by at least an hour! maybe a phone call before I drove 45 min. to come for my apt. NEVER WILL RETURN

Christine gave me a wonderful pedicure. She is delightful. The facility is clean and very nice and the prices very reasonable. I have found my favorite place to have my nails done.

Came into get my nails done before my best friends wedding and they cut my nails so short I started bleeding and I had long beautiful nails before and just wanted a simple manicure and French tip, when I starting crying because I had never had nails looking so awful they said it was my fault and I should find a different place to get my nails done

Not pleased with thier services at all. I have been getting acrylics for a long time and I have tried this place on three different occasions. It had been years since I had been here (same owners) but I believe in second chances. Upon walking in I instantly remembered why I dont go there as we had made appointments for two pedicures and a full set they said they couldnt do both pedicures which he could have said over the phone. I said Id wait until he was done with my nails. Upon starting my nails he ARGUED with me on what I wanted! (Not friendly) I even said I would pay extra. He took an hour and a half to do my nails and I left with a few crooked nails, shorter than I asked, and it looks like I already need a fill. I was not able to get my toes done because they took another client and they were closing. I do not write poor reviews usually because I know the effect it can have on a business but like I said Ive gone here multiple times. I will be steering all friends away from here.

Fantastic service

Was a good atmosphere and service was quick only chose them because another place gave me a 2 hour wait time. I am not happy with my visit because they are not true to their pricing list. They over charged me for gel polish and a basic mani. The lady that helped me was rude and seemed to be rushing me out the door as well as ripping me off. Will not be returning.

Got a fill and pedi... everything smudged!!!My pedicure was first.. I did not touch anything with my toes I didn’t even have shoes on for well over 40 minutes after my pedi and the shoes I did have with me were flip flops... so explain that one. I have never had a pedicure smudge!The nail fill itself was fine but once again my polish smudged! All of it! I waited 20 minutes after for extra drying too. I had matching polish on toes and nails, the polish must of been no good or they put way to much on. I will not be returning. Guess I should of just drove into Olympia, so much for saving time now I have to go somewhere else and get a color change.

Great place for nails great service great prices

Weve been waiting an hour just for acrylic removal. Either they are short staffed or they take an incredibly long time with each customer. There are 3 techs and 4 customers here. Not impressed and I will not be back.

Still very satisfied! It is a friendly, clean shop. Gel nails that stay on!! I recommend visiting there for pampering.

Place was not very professional. Was asked why I wanted the slip on sandals instead of putting my shoes on while I got my full set put on, not sure how clean the floors are & putting your shoes on while still moist is a breeding ground for bacteria in its own.Didnt even get around to doing my acrylics as I had mentioned one was crooked. He said it wouldnt matter once they were cut, than he cut them a little to short. I had seemed a little displeased & he asked if I was picky. I said a little because Ive had some bad nails done before, he decided he wasnt going to do my nails & soak them to get them off.WOULD NOT of come here had I of known I was going to have my time wasted. I get my nails done often & tip pretty decently if the job is done right! If you want a relaxing professional experience, do NOT go here.

The workers seemed somewhat friendly... But they did a horrible job on my acrylic nails, they were all different sizes in length, and were so thin .
