I personally trained with John for five years prior to him opening his own school. I, myself, have 12 years training in Israeli self defense. I can say from experience that John is one of the best instructors Ive come across and I highly recommend him.

Great classes, intense, great with teenagers, especially if they play sports. Great self defense classes for women.

If I could I would give him no stars. I redeemed my voucher by mistake early since it was my first time using groupon and this guy had a whole fit. I handed him my phone and when he thought I was trying to get over on him he threw the phone back at me because he thought I was lying. He was rude from the moment I stepped out of my car and walked into his classroom or whatever he thought it was( in his garage). I wouldnt recommend going to his class for whoever was considering, he barely even looks like he can defend his own self, but anyways dont waste your money.
