After three attempts to call them and the phone not being answered after 2 or 3 minutes I gave up. I had the same problem Friday. Im talking about the Shelton office only. But because of this and other reasons Im canceling my policy and will not do business with Vern Fonk Insurance again.

Well if you dont expect one to one help with an actual person then this place is 4 you!Since Christine left they really prefer to not have people walk into the building.Nothing personal but I prefer to have a human that will HELP you file claims & deal with adjuster.You wont get that here. They wont even notify lean holders of coverage.Weirdness

Was with the place for a few years had to file sr22 & it came off a year later. Rates never went down with the sr22 coming off & I stayed with them. Finally gave up since I was paying more without a sr22 at 26 years old than 18 years old with a sr22 filed... asked them if there was any way I could lower my insurance rates and they said it would be higher if I redid my contract than staying with the contract that states I have the sr22 still. Also asked them if rates go down once you get older 18-26 they said its a myth. Finally just cancelled my insurance through them..
I called to get a quote for a bond insurance they said they would call me back and never did.

After calling multiple companies and spending a few weeks shopping, Tony at Vern Fonk was the only person to actually follow up. I forgot the quote and honestly who I had talked to but with a friendly call back and check up I was reacquainted with my quote:) thanks guys!
They insure my car
Got a E mail that said Our policy was canceled...said No payment was made for Two months.We pay cash every.( This was not True and we have the reciepts of proof).They took a payment off Our Card they had on file and Double charge us.We called and thr man was So rude..He said Well if u didnt make your Payment you get caneled..ughh. and we explain about our payments being on time..He told us..He couldnt do ANYTHIING... We would have to call the main Office Our Self...I thought this is what your local ageny was for..not just to just take Your Money..then dont explain There mistakes...Someone Has Our Money..
