The worst place to go in our local Shelton town ripped off my buddy $880.00 for a diagnosis of something we already knew the issue just wanted a second opinion. Total scammers rip off shop cant believe watsons is still in business in our local town. Beware Beware

Very friendly people and knowledgeable. Always willing to go the extra mile to help out their customers. I have had major work done to two different Ford F350 light trucks. The work has been timely and satisfactory in all respects.

No issues whatever in the 2 oil/fuel filter changes Ive had done there. At the last oil change their wonderful mechanic (Oscar) noticed my vibration dampener was getting bad. They quoted me a price I thought was reasonable. I wanted to go to a performance dampener and they had no problem in installing it. Also timed my valves. Im very picky about my dream truck. I have no problem recommending them at all. Very satisfied customer.

I was recently in charge of getting our diesel truck serviced after my husbands stroke. I was pleased to find Watson Diesel close to home. I was impressed that they paid attention to the details and problems with the truck, notified me before working on issues, and the cost was reasonable. The personal service was especially welcome. I will continue to have the truck serviced there.

I had a beautiful experience here. I was kept current with what was happening with my truck, at each step was updated. They saved me money, even. Honest service, nice folks. I would recommend it.

Took RV I just bought into shop to fix AC belt and because they said they would right an issue they had with the previous owner (simple lever cable). Took two weeks and several calls (each time they really couldnt tell me anything because the mechanic was out, hadnt left notes, or they flat out hadnt looked at it, etc etc); bottom line I paid $1200+ and once I got on the road come to find out the AC apparently wasnt charged because it wont blow cold air!! Im afraid to take it back because I cant afford to wait more weeks and possibly get charged for their mistake, I need to get on the road. Also they​ left grease all over my steps, carpet, and even the duvet (engine is under bed so they needed access). I complained and they still didnt clean it, so I asked for a can of cleaner to do it myself. I showed up 5 minutes before closing and everyone had vanished, so I had to arrange a second ride to come back the next day. All in all, one of the most unhappy and unprofessional experiences Ive had and I would never go back. But, if you love wasting time and money this is your place.

Watsons will charge you for things you dont need. Charged me 200.00 for exhaust stud spacers. I asked the lady for my old ones back and she brought them to me, there was nothing wrong with them so why replace them. Thats the kind of business they run so steer clear

Watson Diesel Repair is too busy for you! I waited 2 weeks to get an appointment, I was thinking I was getting real experts. I took my truck in and after 4 full business days of waiting… they were able to do about an hours’ worth of work (they hooked up a computer to get error codes) and they made minor checks. The rest of my time was waiting… while they worked on other customer’s stuff. Their mechanic recommended replacing all 8 fuel injectors and they quoted me $4,000 dollars (the parts only cost $1000 so they were charging me $3000 in labor?) Obviously, my Ford F350 diesel was NOT in professional hands. I was told twice over the 4-day period, “They just didn’t have time to get to it.” That is baloney, and its unprofessional! Don’t waste your time or money at Watson, take you vehicle over to Andy’s in Elma (like I did), you will be much happier with the work and customer service. Oh, and the funny part about Watson being so busy, when I showed up at 10am in the morning, to get my truck back there were 5 employees standing around.

Watson followed through with everything they said they would and saved me hundreds of dollars! Thank you! I would definitely work with this company again. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and Sam was happy to help me every time we spoke and answered a lot of my questions. She went out of her way to help me. Thanks again!

Well, without getting into all the boring details, let me just say that we have 3 diesel repair shops in town but I drive 35 miles out of town to keep my vehicles Road Worthy. Its a shame really, but thats the way it is. Reason being: Ive done business with all of them. Let my loss be your gain, unless you insist on paying for the lesson...

Very poor service. Asked for 3 main items to be repaired. When I went to pick the truck up it wouldnt start, brakes went to the floor, the dump bed was non-operational. They blew the motor while there, and it goes on and on. 12,000.00 later I picked up a truck that barely ran with bad brakes and a dump that didnt work. I was told this was ALL My Fault. Yes, I Agree, I took my truck to them.

I used to work for Watson Construction and the people of Watson Diesel were just as dedicated as we were, Bob Watson is one of thee best persons Ive ever met and his daughter Shelly does an amazing job of running the diesel side. I honestly couldnt believe the 1 star reveiws and I hope anyone that has any sence could read these 1 stars could see thru the BS theyre posting...I have not 1 bad word to say about Bob, Stephanie, Shelly or the crew at Watsons...They know what theyre doing and theyre down to earth HONEST people...this is just my 2 cents and will continue to help them out anyway I can and if your reading this please dont let these BS 1 star reveiws deter you away from professional service that these guys offer
