VERY VERY VERY!!! Highly recommend Bradley. My girlfriend and I called on short notice and the next day they were here they got us in quick with an appointment they came looked at our AC unit quickly found and pinpointed our problem. They were really respectful willing to go over and above your typical customer service. Very flexible and understanding with payments. A very helping thy neighbor kind of service and company. They came back the next day got us all settled in fixed our AC system so my family and I would be nice and cool in this heat weve been having. Our ac pump went out in the middle of a heat wave, we have 3 big dogs that rely on the ac during hot days. Bradley air had an extremely quick response. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. The ac was back working within a few hours of the initial call. They have earned my business moving forward. I will recomend Bradley air to all of my friends and family.

Duane and Bill came out to give me an estimate on replacing components in my system which another company had convinced me were beyond repair. When they arrived they diagnosed the issues and solved them quickly at a small fraction of what it will cost to replace the system. Someday I will replace and update, and when I do I expect that these folks will get my call. All of the people I worked with were extremely friendly and professional. I dont leave reviews often, but this excellent experience deserved a five star review.

Very professional did work informed me of problem

We used Bradley to charge a mini-split in a new addition that we built, and he did an excellent job! While other companies wanted to charge upwards of $600 for this service, he was about half the cost. We appreciated his responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge and will definitely use him again.
