The employee who worked the past 2 weeks (no down time) was called in on her day off! She took care of all my business, closing out one, renting a new shed. She was very helpful today!

Great safe place for your storage

Gated facility with onsite manager and YES she is very picky about the property and keeping it clean and follows the rules that are handed down to her. But I am glad she takes pride in her job. I feel very safe with my belongings here and would recommend this facility over any. They are and have made several upgrades and changes and I cant wait to see more. Thank you so much for all you and your staff do.

Its a good place to store boxes and some furniture

The manager was quite personable and gracious. Being so hot outside while we clean out our auctioned unit/s, she came around and asked us if we wanted water and asked us if we were doing ok.

This lady is rude! I cant express it loud enough. I didnt rent from them but helped someone move and watched her be rude to several customers there as well as myself. If she is the owner she needs to regroup! One business owner to another customers are who pays you...and the way she acted like she was above everyone else must blew me away. I would not do business there nor recommend this place to anybody!

I recently got a storage a few days ago and paid for 2 months. I asked for a refund since I wasn’t going to need it for February. Long story short they wouldn’t give me my refund back for February. Told me I might need it and I told her I didn’t. Won’t be doing service with them again.

I have rented a unit with Shelbyville Mini Storage (formally Shelbyville Self Storage) now for 3+ years. I have never had a problem with my unit or property that was in the unit. The new manager, Sarah has been so helpful and the new owners have been great to work with. I would definitely recommend Shelbyville Mini Storage especially now that it is under new ownership and management and I look forward to seeing what they do with the place in the future.

Staff went above and beyond to help me, they knew their stuff & were quick. Great, 5 stars!

The ladies were so helpful with my wife and myself. They were awfully nice and offered us some water since it was mighty hot outside.

This place is a joke... Everything gets ruined in the units and the new management and employees are rude .. They are not the cheapest in town and the rates are ridiculous, so I suggest that you run as far away and as fast as possible from this place. I actually give it zero stars but it will not let you post unless you at least put one star..

PROS: Secured Gate, Controlled Hours, Clean Property and Units, Onsite StaffCONS: Would be BETTER if there was 24/7 access to the storage units, Manager is picky about everything,

For the price of self storage now, if a person has any way possible I would definitely reccomend buying a building and paying 80 +/- a month for it and you will always have a place to store your stuff .

Always clean, and it is never a hassle.

They raise the rent (my storage was $55 and went up to $70),the helfa thats managing it now is rude and very out of line (she called me a bi*ch over the phone and hung up) and when i asked for the owners number,she said they were on a cruise and my $5500 bedroom suite and other furniture were covered in mildew and had been wet,i didnt wanna call and talk to that rude helfa about it but i dont recommend anybody to store anything here!! They should be shutdown if you ask me!!

I would not trust these people one bit anymore. They raise your rent without notification. This has happened to two other couples I know using these guys. BEWARE

Under new managment and very nice

DO NOT USE THIS PLACEAbsolutely the worst self stroage company I’ve ever used. All of my furniture was eaten on by rats and mice. My couch and multiple other items had to be thrown away due to the amount of rodent urine and feces on and in them.Lady at the front desk was zero helps. Literally said ‘I hate to hear that’.
