They got to me on short notice to pump our septic tank and diagnose an issue with the pump. I had no previous experience with septic tanks and service so they taught me a lot about the system. Will definitely use them in the future.

Shelby Septic service needs to research local noise ordinances before pumping a business next to an apartment complex before 7am.

Received an incredibly well-written inspection report that was surprisingly entertaining to read.lagoon lacks any appearance of a skilled excavator or competent installer.Fence surrounding lagoon is makeshift at bestClearly written by someone who both knows and gives a s*** about what they are doing!

I was very satisfied with my experience with Shelby septic. They came out in a timely manner and were very reasonable. Our technician David is wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Everyone I had dealt with at Shelby septic was very nice. I had tried another company before and was very disappointed Im glad to have found Shelby septic.

They came to our house twice. First time they couldnt find the tank. That is understandable as we have almost 10 acres. The second time we had a drawing of where the tank was located. He still couldnt find the tank. Of course they didnt mind charging me for doing absolutely nothing! It is bad enough they dont answer their phones or give us a window of time for the guy to come by. Now we have to dig up our front yard (ourselves) in order to locate the pump, which they were supposed to do.Edit: Although I was quite frustrated at first, Shelby Septic made it right. They pumped our tank and they are scheduled to put in a lid and riser tomorrow. The gentleman I spoke to tonight called me after hours from home to make sure I was taken care of. Seeing how we were treated (after them knowing I wrote a bad review) they still treated me with respect and made sure I was happy. I felt the need to edit this review because they deserve the same respect they showed me. I would recommend them in the future because I now know they care about their customers.

I called Shelby Septic when our septic tank started backing up. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. They got us taken care of fast and without charging an arm and a leg. Will call them the next time we need septic service.

They did a great job on my septic. I thought I had to have mine pumped but come to find out that my filter was causing my problem and needed to be clean. Very grateful for the expertise of my technician and the education I received in maintaining my septic tank.

I wish all service companies were this courteous. They communicated well and arrived when expected. They were concerned about harming my asphalt driveway with their large truck, so returned with a smaller truck and got the job done.

So easy!!, from scheduling, to being on time, calling before they came. They did it all. Overall great job. took payment over the phone. And they were reasonably priced.

I called Shelby Septic, of a recommendation from a friend & owner of another company. We are in the process of demoing a house & needed to locate the Septic system. The woman in the office was one of the most rude people I have ever spoken to. I will never recommend them to anyone.
