We tried for 9 months to get this company to commit to inscribing my mother in laws gravestone with her date of death. We chose them because this is where the stone was purchased. After many, many phone calls to them and as many promises that they would get it done ASAP, we finally called another company. We heard so many excuses that it got ridiculous. The excuse of Covid exposure was probably the best. Exposure was sure to be minimal at a cemetery. The place we ended up using was even cheaper than what we had been quoted here and it was done within three weeks and we were finally able to tell the attorney that we could close the estate.
