We called about bed bugs and made an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time, inspected and gave us a fair price and guarantee. Michael is very professional and reliable. I would recommend his company to all my friends.

I called Star Pest Control and spoke with Michael when I had yellow jackets in my wall and those beasts had made their way into my living room and stung me! Michael came the next day, in the rain and took care of the evil pests. I highly recommend!

It really puts us at ease knowing there are honest, realistic experts out there who can deal with all kinds of pests bugging us, without any contracts/commitments or charging astronomical prices!! Michael arrived on time Saturday to inspect inside our attic because there had been buzzing sounds (like a swarm of wasps/hornets). He advised there is no charge for the inspection. He wanted to find out exactly what we are dealing with & then he recommended plan of action which he gladly discussed with us. We opted to follow his recommendation, so he went back into the attic to fight the beasts. He took care of 3 wasp nests & also sprayed chemicals all over to try to combat them when they try to return home. He even sprayed around our entire house while he was at it & inside our garage. All of this for less than $130!! Great! 2 days later we hear tge buzzing again. Called Michael, he was very forthcoming & worked us into his schedule to inspect again the very next day. He told me up front that he would not charge anything for this extra visit and that he wanted to experiment with another form of treatment. He ended up drilling 3 holes into a drywall section (hidden from inside a closet) and injected a fog poison inside the wall!! (Because I could swear the swarming was coming from there, of course both times he was here, there was no buzzing so he just had to trust my story) He patched up the holes and all of us are happy to know that we have released as much poison into the wasp areas as possible!!Highly recommend Michaels pest control business. You will be kept informed, your issues will be taken care of, he stands behind his work & he will not cheat you financially!!

Star Pest control was absolutely wonderful! They came out the same day, did a very thorough inspection, and charged much less than their competitors would. The guys were very professional and kind to my children who were in their way a few times. I will definitely use them in the future for all of our pest control needs.
