Established company that has been around for a long time. Competitive rates. Very good (fast & thorough) response to issues when they arise. Employees are very cordial and customer focused.

They are always super nice. My service guy is Jacob and he always does such a good time. He is always right on time. I asked if he could come between 3-4 because that’s when I have my lunches. Jacob was knocking on my door the second it hit 3 o clock and that worked out so perfectly with me and my schedule. I always feel my house is in best care with Cooks, they do a great job

We had wet weather in the spring and was overwhelmed with mosquitoes. Within one hour of treating our property, the mosquitoes were gone and have remained mosquito free since. The technicians show up as expected and are courteous and professional.

Cooks Pest Control is an awesome company! I had the termite treatment, fire ant treatment, and ongoing pest control quarterly. My regular tech Ronnie does a wonderful job, he is knowledgeable and thorough!

Personnel was very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Products seem to be controlling pest inside and around perimeter. Happy with all service so far!

I like that any time I have an issue I can call & someone will be out very quickly to take care of it. I like that I can tell my service tech exactly what & where an issue is & theyll tell me how theyll treat it & then take care of it. If for some reason I dont like that idea then it will be discussed further until a resolution is found. Ive had some really good techs & some ok techs but never any bad techs. They were all nice & respectful to me & of my property. I have in house pets & serious allergies to smells/chemicals & they have made sure anything that is used in my house isnt harmful to my pets or myself. All of this is why I continue to stay with Cooks. Ive been a customer for at least 14yrs and they continue to keep the pest away. Without them, my house would be overtaken by ants. They are horrible in my area.

Worst communication I have ever experienced.(Service dates and times,)billing and finance charges send out when there is no balance.Wrong measurements taken........Left the monthly Pest controll after no changes for months.J.G

My brother was recently asked to come in for an interview for a job at this establishment. Considering we are currently in a pandemic and the birth of his second child, he was ecstatic about the offer. Upon arrival he was ridiculed for having long hair and a couple of tattoos. And ultimately was told that he would not get the job because he does not fit their Christian company. As a Christian I am quite offended by that statement. They then proceeded to rush him off lock the door and stare at him as he drove away. You don’t judge people based off of how they look. He is a wonderful man just trying to provide for his family during these hard times. There was no need to be as rude as they were in the situation. And I feel as if this was something that could’ve been completely avoided. After hearing how disrespectful they were I just could not leave a review.

Cooks is a great post control company. They are punctual and very thorough when performing services at my home. I have been using them for over 3 years and I am very pleased with them. Their mosquito control service is fantastic. My grandchildren were able to enjoy being in the yard all summer without having to be sprayed with chemicals. Been a customer since 1985 (Original account was in Huntsville Al) and love the fact that we don’t have bugs. Alabama/Tennessee are bug central. They used to spray inside and out but now only need out which I really like. Also they were great the year we had a flea infestation.

Have used Cooks services for many years and they always address any concerns that come up and are very polite. They refill mouse bait out in my storage shed and treat the carpenter bees that come to the shed in the summer, treat any ant problem around my flower beds, and of course they treat all around the house to keep spiders and any other bugs from coming inside. They always call the day before they come so I can say if I need anything extra done. We also use their termite service which is done twice a year and use the inground bait system. We have always been pleased.

I was very satisfied with the service this company provided today. My initial free inspection was spot on. They drew a graph and annotated exactly where they found spiders, ants, etc. Today they treated the entire perimeter of the house inside and out, under the house, even my attics. At first I used Orkin and they were horrible. They didn’t do a 3rd of what Cooks done. Highly recommend this company.
