Just go to the do it yourself car washes and get a way better wash for a lot less money. Plus your mirror wont be folded forwards when it started out folded towards the window.

When you can screw up an automatic car wash, youre a special kind of stupid. First of all, its $8 for a regular Bronze wash. I just moved from Arizona and its about $5 for a basic wash there with water shortages and a wash twice as long. Second, they have two idiots whose entire job is to point a finger and yell neutral, yet cant give proper finger pointing commands where the customer curb checks the pull track, to then be given another finger point as if it werent already obvious. I dont know what job is below automatic car wash finger pointer but these two are fit for it. Lastly, the wash is tiny. The place isnt long enough to get a proper wash which left my car about half as dirty as it was before the cycle and no better than spraying it with a common garden hose. Kudos to the owner though who has turned a joke of a business into a gold mine on the financial backs of the residents of Shelbyville.

Shelbyville needs a good car wash that gets your car clean AND dry.I asked the attendant to lift my wipers to get underneath them. he said We dont do that After going through this great car wash I used a white towel to wipe up the water......it was covered with dirt. If I win the lottery I will build a car wash that works. Like others I go to Murfreesboro to get a decent car wash.

This is my second enrollment with them. It always starts out good and then slowly decreases and service. The people that do the windshield of bumper and the rear end of the car suck. Theyre more interested in whats going around them and their job

Been using my monthly pass since around January and am pleased thus far, but a couple of gripes!As I am in there sometimes 3xs per week unless there are 2 ppl manning the tunnel (which is rare) my passenger side never gets as clean as the driver side! As a former detailer and detail shop Mgr I know clearly how to do everything on this tunnel to cleaning pads, tips, pit and so on! So this is not a random guy complaining, just be sure to have attendant hit both sides of vehicle since we as customers drive both sides and also spray out fenderwells also! I have to do that at home with my pressure washer and by the time I do that I might as well wash my truck myself! Other than, its a pleasurable experience and will continue going and have no problem referring people to you! Have a blessed day and will see you guys soon!

Guy who does the prescrub before you enter, literally wiped across the front window and walked off, Tullahoma and Murfreesboro actually run the brush across the bumpers, wheels and places the auto rollers cant get.

The most expensive wash still leaves behind a considerable amount of dirt. Plus, Id drive to Murfreesboro to get a car wash rather than listening to a tired, pressuring sales pitch.

Canceled our subscription on the 18th and then charged us 31.95 for a whole month. Called to get a refund and they wouldnt refund and was absolutely rude dont do business with this car wash they are crooks.

The quality of cleaning the vehicles somewhat okay but the tires and wheels was not I had white letter tires when I came out come home I had to get on my knees and clean it they were black do not recommend this

The one in Tullahoma does a far superior job in cleaning and drying your vehicle. The speed of the line needs to be slower.

I am loving it so far. I have a 30 day Platinum Plus package that works quite well.

Unfortunately my car was not much cleaner than before I had taken through the platinum wash. The wash failed to remove bird droppings and other dirt that easily wiped off with the hand. Not to mention water spots are horrible after this wash. I do not recommend this wash. Especially considering the price compared to the quality!

They did not take my antenna off before I entered the bay and it broke off. Hopefully they will replace it.

Top tier car wash with all the add ons didnt removed fresh cut grass from front of van.You feel like your getting the personal touch from the guy with a soapy brush at start.. ut at that he only touches one side of your vehicle. No k e on passenger side.The pictures i added actually represent my entire van... streak marks everwhere the whole way around.I did not use vacuum so cant speak for that.

I normally dont have an issue but just recently they had a new guy and couldnt direct me on the track currently. I backed up and tried again and wasnt on them. I rolled my window down an asked for someone else to come out so we can get on an not mess my car up. The guy proceeds to tell me i dont know what im doing and im not listening. Im annoyed with the service on that day. Thankfully havent seen him since.

Do not use!!! Scratches your car. I made an incident report two months ago and still have not received a call back. When you call they do not answer. This place is a joke. The lady that works there is useless. She laughs in your face. 14 or 15 cars damaged in one day that they could have prevented and she thought it was funny!! They kept letting people go through when they should have shut it down. I was told I would hear something within a week and still two months later I’ve heard nothing. Same your money and go else where. Didn’t even clean my car at all!!

Basically argued with the attendant because I didn’t want to pay 20$ for a car wash. Got the 7$ car wash and it streaked my car up and left soap spots all over it. Why even offer a 7$ wash if your going to half way wash the car, I shouldn’t have to pay 20$ to get my car clean. But that’s the gimmick

If this is the same owners as the Tullaoma one dont use them! They are literally thieves, and will steal your money. I signed up for an introductory offer at a great deal with the understanding that I would cancel by a certain date to avoid an auto renew policy of $30 a month. Well I canceled on the last day, they didnt even give me the full last day before they charged my account. I went on there and canceled it and called them and told them I wanted my money back that I was laid off of work. Even though technically it was the last day of the. They would not refund my money. Considering the present circumstances and the pandemic and being out of a job they still did me that way very unethical and shady. Im going to file a complaint with the better business bureau as well as contact the local newspaper and media about their business practices

Signed up for their unlimited plan. Tried to cancel online and thought I had. my credit card blocked the charge at first then let it go through a week later. called the corporate office which is someone named Conner on his cell phone. He argued that I did not have a confirmation number and was not going to give me a refund. I then asked for owner to which he said we have a lot of owners and they tell me to handle everything. do not do business with this joke business

Paid $16 for Platinum wash and only got $8 Bronze wash. Since this business was taken over by Wash n Roll, the quality of the wash has bottomed out and the cost has skyrocketed.

I paid for a month and t hff ey saved my debit card and charged card for 43.00 dollars and some change. When bbn I didnt authorize them to do so. I wouldnt recommend anyone.

Been here several times. Not the best wash, but it will keep a clean car looking decent. I received a mailer for a free Platinum Plus wash. I went to redeem it and the attendant informed me that the company had sent a group message that they would not honor the coupons because they had made a mistake. I agree... Not honoring YOUR coupon is a mistake. I was spending $30-40/month here. I was taught that you keep your word, even if it cost you money. I wont be back... Ill keep my word and it will save me money this time.

Always has someone trying to sell you the monthly plan. I liked it better prior to it being Wash n Roll. They dont have the air freshener or the kiosk to buy supplies any longer. Also took away the bug and tire brushes to use before you go through the wash.

They told me I was getting a months worth of car washes for the price of 1 wash They got my credit card information and charged me $43 I called and complained, they said theyd have someone call me back. They charged me $43 the next month also. I paid $84 for 2 car washes!! Checked the better buisness bureau, this is what they do. They do t tell you if you dont cancel the membership that you dont know you have they can charge you full price, and keep charging you

This company is just plain sorry, my truck got hit by there gate.It came down on my hood and to this day I have not heard from them . They took an accident report when it happen and told me they would contact me in a few days, NO CALL YET, This not professional, note is it happens to you call the police and have them do a report you will probably have better results. Wash and Roll this is not acceptable .

I had a terrible experience with the company that owned it previously, and swore Id never go again! I was told about the new management and decided to give it a try! I normally wash myself but was feeling lazy! Oh, Boy, & WOW! Had a great wash, super friendly staff made me feel at home and a good wash all around! The vacuums there are amazing! I definitely will go back!

I used the free wash that I got in the mail valued at $20.00 I thought it did a good job and free vacuum worked really good great suction. Although I think it did a great job I would not spend that much when I can do at home so much cheaper but thanks for the free wash.

Charged me 18.95 twice. I have called. messaged, and spoken to an attendant that took my info. They still to this day have not refunded my account. This took place 2/25/19 and it is now 3/8/19. Looks like I am going to have to contact my bank to charge back.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!!One of the worst car washes around. The rollers bent my front license plate and actually broke the cover that was supposed to protect it. The brushes have scratched my car in several places. Plus, it’s definitely not worth the money when it barely cleans the car. I will have to wash myself or have a dirty car. Not going back!!!

What a company, its funny how almost everyone had the same problem with them, they did it to me too, I canceled my promotion 10 days before it ends, still got charged and was told it got canceled the day before and it takes 72 hours to process, where I clearely showed them on thier system when was the last time I used the promo and canceled that same day!Good thing I can call and my credit card and stop the payment, but I wanted others to see what type of business this is!

So disappointed in this car wash. This car wash was excellent under the last ownership. I never had a complaint. I have given this car wash two chances and both times my car has had soap on it and the sides of my car are as dirty as when I drove in. It is very obvious this car wash is not efficient when an attendant is going around looking at cars to see if they need to “go back through”. In my job, if something isn’t working you look to see what the problem is and fix it! Not only is it a poor wash job, the prices went up under new ownership. The $5 Wednesday special was 100% more efficient than the $7 standard wash now. I will not be back and I recommend that my friends not go either. I don’t usually do reviews but this is so frustrating!

Paid for the $20 wash. My car wasn’t dried off and there was soap on the back. I told the guy working there, he said bring it back through. It was still not dry and there was still soap on the back 😡 will not be back, the other one was way better even the $5 wash!

Paid for the $11 wash and the hood is still dirty along with a lousy job on the wheels. The wash section of the car wash is a lot shorter than the old one. They also want $3 to prep the front and back. That was free before. If you liked the old place you will hate the new place. Theyre like a ala carte restaurant, everything cost extra and itsitnot worth it.

Attendant stated that if we got the $20car wash we could have unlimited car washes for the month. Not until AFTER he swiped our debit card did he inform us that it is a monthly membership that would be 40 something a month after this that we would need to cancel membership afterwards.Then after car was washed and we were vacuuming the car out and I noticed scratches on each side of my back quarter panels. The car still needs to be washed again. It is still dirty on the front, backend, at door joints, and around door handles.When speaking to the attendant about it I noticed a strong smell of alcohol on his breath (I was not standing that close to him either)Manager did come over and take my information to take care of the scratches on my vehicle he did go address the attendant that obviously had been drinking as well.Best part of the visit is the manager was very nice and concerned about my complaints.

I like the staff very much but I think the prices are WAY too high! Also, they really dont do any real scrubbing before your vehicle enters the wash which is actually my greatest complaint. There is always bird poop on my truck and they NEVER get it off despite my asking them to hit it with their brush over and over and over again! They unfortunately are the best in town but the pricing and lack of care are real buzz killers for me.
