This will be my last time coming to this car wash. I have said before there is no reason for anyone to be at car wash selection screen. Its not hard to pick between 4 selections. Its covid out here nobody wants anyone standing at their window for no reason

Overpriced compared to competitors that provide similar services. Can only go through once a day if you have membership. Wash doesnt clean any better than a gas station car wash. They actually want you to prep your car before wash, bug prep etc. Ludicrous!!. Thomas car wash in Louisville is cheaper and does a fantastic job go there its worth the drive. I just moved here and was hoping to find a good local car wash. Guess I was wrong. Anyone that has given this place a 5 star review has either never had a quality wash or settles because there really isnt any other options in Shelbyville. And no need to respond or explain (patronize) what your car wash does. I know quality, and value, and fast Freddys is not it.

Not bad, but not great. Easy to use location and quick in and out. Nice shine but will not remove bird droppings. Like the tire scrub service. I prefer Wash n Shine ($8) when their equipment is actually working.

I love the fact the vacuum is free for all car washes. This saves money and time.They add an extra with the brush in the bucket to remove bugs from windows and headlights. The car wash is fast and easy.Thank you Fast Freddys

Got 11$ car wash today and not happy with it. Had blue soap all over my car afterwards and my car was only clean on the top not the bottom. Will never go again!

Great vacuums & friendly staff

11$ to drive through and get water on your vehicle.I pulled around to the vacuums where the suction was not great and could barely pick up dog hair. After vacuuming I walked around my vehicle to see the wash job and none of the bugs came off my vehicle, The little dirty smudges were still there, and it looked as if I hadn’t just went through a car wash. Pitiful.You’re better off waiting for a little rain.

Fast Freddys Car Wash was just that fast it aint quite do the job for $15 for $15 where I live at he gets the job done and people come out and spray my car for me before I go to the wash I will never come back to that car wash again.

Overall good clean but there were smudges left along the edges of my vehicle. Around the door edges and windows. Could be wiped away with my fingers, but that would be my hold up

I would give 5 stars for the vacuum. The staff outside it helpful and friendly. I was not impressed with the car wash itself. I’m pretty sure it scuffed up/scratched my car but i am certain it didn’t do a good job cleaning the exterior. It may have gotten some light dust off but that’s it. The front bumper, mirrors, windshield and hood still have bugs all over it. I’m really bummed.

Although my car turned out clean, the automatic wash damaged one of my brand new brushed bronze F1R wheels. They have signage posted to let people know they arent responsible for damage, so Im screwed. It might be okay for people with factory wheels but if you love your car like me, maybe reconsider and just do a hand wash.

I have to say that I have been very satisfied with Fast Freddy’s Car Wash since it opened here in Shelbyville Ky. I am one who always wants my car as clean as possible and therefore I go at least once per week sometimes more. If I had any concerns at all, it is with the front door windows not always getting clean closest to the windshield, but even that doesn’t happen all the time. The price of $18 is a bit much but all in all, I’m happy with this establishment. :)

Paid 18.00 and the rims and tires were still dirty and no tire shine...They used some lame excuse that the Tire Shine doesnt work well on mini SUVs...

You pay for unlimited washes, but they close up shop every time a cloud appears in the sky. When you call their office, no one answers the phone. I have left a couple of messages in the past, I have never got a return phone call. I called today and now their voicemail is not set up. I guess too many people were calling to complain?

You can get a basic wash and dry for $8.00. They have free use of vacuums! Plus every vacuum bay has an area to pin up your floor mats and clean them.This is a top notch car wash - if you dont mind cleaning out your own messy car!

Highly don’t recommend a car wash went to go cop get my car washed spent $15 and the guy told me that the vacuums were working and they obviously weren’t working and so I asked for a refund and they would not give me a refund very rude

Very very disappointed. I have used this car wash 4 times in two months. These 4 times i was somewhat happy with the service, although about 5 dollars too high for the $15 wash to also get tires clean. This 5th time, the employee asked to remove my hitch to clean better. Well the prior 4 times it cleaned fine. This time apparently a change has been made and it completely missed the tailgate of the truck. It also missed parts on the sides. And lastly the employee handed me a magnet I keep in the tailgate saying it would come off. Well it hasn’t ever come off here till they guy pulled it off. THEN after I get home, I find he has written in the dirt on the tailgate which didn’t get cleaned. I will no longer use this car wash and suggest others watch their tailgate!

My car never really gets clean. If you arent worried about it, this is the place for you. The staff is always friendly, but I miss having a full service car wash in town.

I LOVE the vacuum. Car wash was decent but didn’t get my backside clean. The rest was good. I was mostly worried about getting the brine off the undercarriage anyway.

Shelbyville location is rarely open when I go and need it. They close when it’s cloudy or rainy at all, even if sunny soon after. Frankfort location is much more reliable.

Great vacuums... terrible wash.I subscribe monthly, well I did. I pay for the best wash they offer. This wash never even gets the bugs off the windshield. Today was no execption. I went around used the hand brush in all the dirty spots windshield, front bumper, mirrors, running boards, wheel wells. Pulled back around and they tell me they can only run it throw as a basic wash. I went round and round because thats not what I pay for.Dont expect a clean car without washing the entire thing by hand before running it through. And definitely dont expect customer service!

Took my car there to get it detailed. Even though it has 165,000 miles on it they made it look BRAND NEW! Great prices and GREAT SERVICE! Will definitely be going back!

My in laws use this car wash frequently and have a membership. I love it when they let me get my car washed there, it always comes out amazing.

Love the free vacuums and excellent drive thru wash.

Good place to go. Free vacuums which is nice. Also they have a good tire prep and bug prep that is available before the car wash that seems to work well. They have a subscription model available from $18ish to $30ish a month. One thing is I wish it were 24 hour.

I like the free vacuum but I run my car through daily a 2018 Malibu and for some reason it leaves soap all over my drivers side fender and part of door every time maybe its due to shape of facia

I was on the monthly plan and had problems with unauthorized charges. Called to cancel my monthly plan and they told me I had to physically come in. I came in and they cancelled plan. Now a month later Im getting charged the monthly plan again. They told me the manager would call me and I have yet to hear from him. How do I get them to stop charging my credit card? Either they are incompetent or they are purposely trying to get more money even after you have cancelled your account.

I use to love this car wash, but today I paid $25 plus tip and my 7 year old grand daughter could do a better job. Bug juice still on the windshield bad. My center console wasnt even touched, plus the inside doors were not wiped. I have pictures! Probably will wait till I go to Louisville to get the next wash. This is a new car only two months old. Not happy at all!!!:(

Best vaccums in town and fast

Wheel wells still dirty, rocker panels dirty, rear of CRV still very dirty, whatever is spayed on it toward the end leaves a nasty residue on the glass. Front dry, sort of, rear, bleh. Used several times. Same results. Not impressed. Too high for a few minutes of nothing.
