Very far OVERPRICED, I went to this shop twice and left both times with more problems than I came in with. And this is the second time this place has done me dirty and overcharged me to do it. Will never come back here, although Bob does give decent customer service it just is not worth the trouble he will put you through. Was also charged a “$10.16 shop supplies fee” that was not included in the receipt for parts or labor

I needed specialized work on my car. They were able to get my car in, and then when completed worked with me to pick it up. I would recommend this company with confidence.

I got my car in and the guys at Shelby Automotive got my car right into the garage. Bob informed me of the problem and cost to repair my car then installed a new car battery quickly. Best automotive shop in town! Bob and team have done a great job taking care of two vehicles for me. They do a great job, and charge a fair price. I had asked them to flush & refill my radiator, and Bob was kind enough to call and tell me they checked the fluid and they didnt recommend this service. Great place to take the Mini for maintenance, service, or repair. I’d say I value quality of work over low prices generally, but Shelby Automotive (formerly J & E Sales) has it all. I’ve never had an issue with the quality, and they consistently beat competitors prices. It’s so nice to have them so close to home (here in Shelby, NC). Very friendly atmosphere, and I’ve always felt welcome and appreciated.

Ive been doing business with J&E for over 20 years. Recently took my car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed my car within an hour and ordered the parts for the next day. Brought it back the next day and they even gave me a car to drive while they fixed it. Very fair price and great service. I stopped by this morning with my wife. We wanted to look at an Airstream camper. I walked into the office and a man walked out of a room and spoke to me. I asked him if I could look at one of his Airstream trailers. He sighed, and looked like I was causing him some discomfort. He than asked me bluntly are you a buyer. At this point I already knew I was not going to purchase a camper from this man, but I still wanted to look at the camper. He told me as he grumbled that he waste hours on people just wanted to look at them. I am going to purchase an Airstream in the next few years, it will just not be at this location. Bob Still seems to think his customers are STUPID took my car for a computer diag. couldnt find the problem. A more indept look, cost 1600.00 what a joke and rip off the part form BMW only cost me 25.00
