My Ford 150 had faulty manifolds necessitating replacement, along with all lines and serpentine belt. Throw in normal oil change, fluids, filter, and tire rotation and I was expecting a costly labor intensive bill. My other option was like everyone: trade and buy. I chose to avoid truck payments. The result is that my old truck is again running like new safely down the highway. Thanks again Beers! I remain a long time loyal customer. You run a quality business.

Right off the bat, I have to say that their customer service is top notch. Jeff contacted me within a couple hours of me submitting an appointment request online, allowed me to explain what my needs were, and suggested to do a full diagnostic on my car so we all knew what the issues were since I am not anywhere near educated on cars and maintenance of them. He explained to me after my car was looked at what the issues were, provided me with a list of those issues with the estimated costs, and respected my decision to not decide in the moment on what to have done after the oil was changed and the car was inspected. The employees at Beer’s were welcoming, friendly, and confident in their knowledge of my repair. I was treated with kindness and respect. They adjusted and worked until the alignment was perfect not acceptable. He had to make adjustments more than once. I appreciate the integrity and pride they show in their work! We needed two new tires, our specific set of tires have been discontinued. They worked hard to locate the only two in our size in the country and got them ordered!! We are beyond impressed and are now loyal returning customers! Highly recommend!!

So as I was driving around a curve, my wheel started to shake, I freaked out and it happen as soon as I pulled into town, with my small child, I was nervous something was terribly wrong with my car! I pulled up to the closet repair shop (beers) and I am so glad I did! When they looked at my car they automatically said I was not going to drive my car because something with the steering was about to break off an I could crash my car!!! So they made me right at home, an squeezed me in to fix my car! Same day! Just 3 hours before they closed. They worked hard called people to get my part they needed, and fixed and called me to come get it at 5 pm! If it was not for them, I could of crashed my car with my 3 year old child and myself. And who knows what would of happened! Beers is GREAT! thank you so much for making it where I can get my baby home safe ♡♡♡ I will forever go to them for repairs!!!!

I took my car to Beers after having a bad experience at a local dealer. Not only were they kind and courteous, but they also completed the work in a very timely matter. They also take pictures of different areas of the car during their inspection, which they can send to you if they feel it needs work.I would definitely recommend Beers Automotive, and I plan on coming back the next time I have a problem with my car.

First time using these guys and called them on a Thursday in a pinch, they got me in the next morning first thing. They guys there were friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean and organized, not your typical repair shop. I would definitely recommend them.

The service is good and thorough. Everything is checked for safety and good working order, sometimes extra issues are found that need to be address. They let know the priority of the issues and if some can be put off till next time. They will keep an eye on possible issues and let you know how soon to repair.

Took my vehicle in for an alignment come to find they couldn’t due to some parts needing to be fixed before they could align it. My car is under bumper to bumper warranty so I took to dealership an they called me to tell me nothing was wrong with my car long story short I have to thank Kyle whom works at beers to go show them what was wrong w it cause they couldn’t see it... but yes I give this place 5 stars they know their work they are great people friendly, honest an very understanding thank you again so much

I take my van to Beers because I feel that they are honest and complete the job in a timely manner! The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because I had spent over $1,000 for repairs then a few days later had to return my vehicle for more repairs that cost another $128. I feel I shouldnt have had to pay that much the second time around but I know they have to make money as well. Theyre one of the only shops in town I will take my vehicle to!!

Took my car in for a four wheel alignment and tie rod end replacement, and they said they could only align the front end yet they still charged me for a four wheel alignment. Im extremely disappointed in the customer service this is the second time they have gave me the run around on getting an alignment.. I try to support local business. I will not be returning for any service again.

Thank you Beer Automotive!! We left our 1999 SUV in the Beer parking lot to have a slow leak in the right rear tire repaired. It turned out to be a bad valve stem -a $20 repair. While in the lot, a person in another car banged her door into the rear fender of the SUV causing a significant ding. I know this because Tim Beer took time to view security tapes of the lot. The driver of the car had no insurance so Beer Automotve had the ding repaired at their cost. Thanks again!

Im not so sure what to think. This seems like a nice place, but they charged me $80 for a diagnostic on my 4wd noise and never figured it out. Ended up being a driveshaft per another mechanic, and was quick fix.They did recommend doing the driveshaft but couldnt guarantee that it was the problem. I guess you have to give them credit for their honesty, you dont see that too often. Im glad they didnt just start blindly repairing things, but this should have been an easy thing for a professional to figure outI just wish that if they cant diagnose something for sure you could get a discount on the diagnostic fee..

I have had my cars repaired at Beers Repair Services for 30 years. They have always been top notch. They have solved suspension problems that no one else in town could handle. I have had timing belts replaced as well as computer failures. They always repaired the problem. I have my oil changed and they inspect the car for its well being and my safety on a regular basis.

Unfortunately I recieved bad news about my front suspension it was unfortunate but at least when I left there I had a clear understanding of exactly what was wrong and which parts were going to need replaced in order for an alignment to be effective and thats an important part of getting the problem solved.
