Clean, extensive weight resistance machines throughout the facility. Very affordable. Just a pleasant place to get a good workout in.

The gym itself is great, HOWEVER you need to be very careful when signing up. They must’ve given me two of the same forms and signed me up twice under my same name because I was charged DOUBLE for almost half a year. I didn’t catch this until I called and asked them about a double charge for what I thought was a tanning lotion purchase. They then informed me they had me signed up twice under the most expensive membership under my name for 5 months. When I asked how this happened the women stated the only way that was possible was if I had gone in and signed myself up twice… I know this wasn’t true unless they gave me double forms. After she told me this, I asked her how the person who helped me sign up didn’t even catch the obvious mistake, she said it was “very possible” for them not to pay any attention to that when signing someone up. She could only offer me 3 months of a refund which she said would take 4-6 weeks to be approved. When I asked her to speak to the manger or give me a contact number for them, she refused and said she couldn’t give it out. When I asked her for a cooperate number she said she didn’t have it. This is an unacceptable way to run a business. I suggest saving yourself the trouble and find a different, more honest home gym.

I had a question about the showers being open so I could freshen up after a workout and I received an answer very promptly—more so than any other company that I have contacted.

Out of town visitor . Clean facilities . I have to commend the young man AJ Braatz, who went above and beyond to give me extraordinary service . I had stupidly locked myself out of my vehicle in the parking lot . He came out and assisted me for over an hour finding creative method to finally open the vehicle and get me to where I needed to be . Whoever his superior is, please read this and commend him for being a kind human being and example for PF staff everywhere . Employee of the Year to me !

Been a black card member for years, occasional issues but the staff take care of me pretty well. Tried to go tanning tonight at 8:40pm and was told that the tanning beds get shut off at 8:30pm. I have been tanning here regularly since I was 18 so I know that’s not true ...called the Green Bay club and they said that’s definitely not true and they should’ve let me tan. Sad. :(

I really loved coming here and was a huge supporter. Happy to wear a mask and keep coming. It was my favorite place. I was pleased with the quality of the gym itself and cleanliness, but really sad about customer care. I had to cancel due to a high risk pregnancy situation that resulted in two emergency surgeries so far and not being able to risk COVID. There is a lot of reliance on confusing forms instead of what staff say, and I was under the impression it was cancelled but was for some reason given a freeze form. This resulted in fees that can’t be reversed and are a strain with COVID. The manager was very short with us and unwilling to discuss at all. It would be less sad with a little more professionalism and understanding that there was a mix up, even with me still paying the fees. I’m just so very devastated to have invested so much here and gone so often to be treated with such disdain when something went wrong during such a difficult time. I was really looking forward to starting a new membership after baby, but I’m so sad to no longer feel comfortable doing that for fear of something going wrong again and there being no corporate office to seek help from. I will never return to any Planet Fitness as a customer and will tell others to choose differently, too, though customer loss doesn’t seem to matter at all to local management. They couldn’t even take the time to ask why we were cancelling and put “no time” instead of my surgeries. UPDATE: if you contact the corporate email, they will at least be professional and hear out your poor customer care experience, but if you signed the wrong forms given to you, they will say you’re at the discretion of the same flippant manager for billing, which doesn’t make sense. Ultimately, the line is NOT going to help, and it wasn’t made right.

Clean, good environment, usually not too busy

Very Clean, members were wearing masks, keeping distance and wiping before and after equipment. Nice to see newer equipment compared to some other PF sites. I hope to visit again in the future.

The manager Adam was the most unprofessional “manager” I have ever dealt with ! Had nonstop billing issues when I was told my membership was supposedly cancelled... I understand it was a mistake from an employee.. BUT he should be working with his customer. Instead he wouldn’t work with me. Incredibly rude. Cut me off when I spoke. Quite frankly wouldn’t even listen to my issue.. just shoved a transaction history in front of me and said I can look at this.

The staff is awesome! Always so friendly and welcoming! Gym has tons of equipment, amenities and is always SUPER clean! Super thankful for each of the employees for making it so clean and dealing with wearing a mask everyday (which sucks) so guests feel safe and comfortable working out!

Dear Manager: SheboyganUPDATE....the person I talked to was the Manager...and his response is quoted in my comments below.....since March of 2020 several of the recumbent bikes do not have pedal straps....and one recumbent bike the TV does not work...I have mentioned this to the front desk at least 4 times since March...I did again today in regards to getting the TV fixed etc..the response I got from the staff today was....and i quote.... I have no idea..with the verbal impression as if to say..dont ask me again.......to be honest I find this to be VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!...please advise

Its a great place to workout any time of day. The price is significantly less than other gyms. Havent taken any of the classes but see them going on each time I am there. They seem to benefit many people. There are people of all ages and condition level at this gym. There is something for everyone.

Very Clean! I used to go to Anytime which is probably 20% of the users at Planet. Planet is WAY cleaner!!! Staff is great, machines are fabulous and other members are totally respectful. ♥️

Awesome service

I cancelled my membership BEFORE my monthly billing date. They still charged my card 2 days after the usual billing date. The manager Adam says they require written cancellation by the 10th of the month. The website says you can cancel anytime. I told him I wanted my money back and he just said that I have access to the club until the 17th of the next month. I didnt want a membership I wanted my money. Beware giving them your bank information!!

Nice facility and amenities for a super reasonable price

My husband and I recently cancelled our membership ship today due to the ridiculous policy on demanding members to wear a mask. I get email shortly afterwards and they put my reason that I didn’t have time, which I clearly told them it was because their mask policy! I called and they did not have a manager available to speak to and he hung up on me. I did not appreciate the lie they put on the document!

Rude staff, Managers Updating false comments against customers in their system.Although I have been charged on my credit card every month, I have been asked by an employee to update the card or leave, according to the comments in my account it says 4 employees have talked to me including manager and I am ignoring their request (which is not right).If my card is expired then stop deducting amount every month from my credit card .why are you deducting money from my account ?Just be honest ..don’t steal customer’s money.Employees said my account is paid fully and still they want me to leave, because they are following manager’s instructions.Not a right way of treating customers whose account is in good shape and you deduct monthly fee from their credit card .

Usually very clean and majority of staff are friendly. I miss it being open 24/7 because Im a night owl, totally not PFs fault but hoping they can start those hours up again in 2021!🤞

Only been here twice, so far Im impressed. Floors are kept clean and garbages are empty. The variety of equipment is awesome! It really feels like a No judgement zone! I will return!

Great value, but be prepared to be uncomfortably crowded in the locker room.Also, the parking situation is bad. Be prepared to walk a minimum of 300 feet to the door. This would normally be fine but being sweaty after a workout in the cold of mid-winter Wisconsin is a recipe for illness.

Love this gym, staff is great and very on top of things, I love all that they have available there. Very clean, comfortable and enjoyable place to be and I love how I can continue my fitness journey here and with everything going on they are doin great with social fitnessing and cleanliness, I appreciate greatly that you do not have to wear a mask if you do not wish, It is hard to breath with them much less workout so I personally thankyou for making it optional, for all those wondering the staff wears mask they are required at this time so no worries there is enough space between you and others and its not crowded at all . any of the times I go its always perfect, thankyou planet fitness sheboygan !😊

I went to cancel my membership and they charged me $170 even though Ive been paying on time for over a year. And on top of that they charged me for the following month AFTER I CANCELLED. I wish I could give zero stars.

Called to cancel a membership back in July and the person on the other end said it would be taken care of. It was never taken care of and here they have been pulling it out of my account still! When I called today they told me I was suppose to come in and sign something. I was never notified of that but they were able to cancel it over the phone today which I didnt understand! Im very upset with this company and the way they handled my situation and also never being advisedtf I was suppose to come in to cancel it! If I would have known this, I would have stopped in along time ago!

Great place to workout to do your own thing. Sometimes it gets fairly hot around the 5pm hour when the after work people show up and it can get pretty crowded. No judgement zone, stay for 30 min or 3 hours.

A friendly & clean gym. There was lots of space between equipment so I never felt crowded.

The gym and equipment is nice and clean but I would use their showers to waterboard my enemies. The showers are just nasty.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. I like the equipment. Even when I go during busy hours I can get my workout in by jumping to different machines. The womens shower room is very cold in evening and uncomfortable to take a shower. Id prefer an additional hook inside the shower too. I met with a staff member for a personalized fitness program. I was looking for instruction to appropriately set up the equipment for my height/body type and to create a fitness plan. I ended up getting just a walk around the facility. Ill try asking again. Overall, Id recommend being a member.

I was upset about the new TVs they put in most of the machines but very happy to hear they removed some for those who do not like them. Generally happy people who work there and everything is always very clean with a good price. And I absolutely love the 24 hours its open because other gyms hours almost never work out for me.

Overall, the place is good. There are some areas Id like to see improved.I frequently see full or over flowing trash cans, paper towels and dirt piles on the floor when I see three employees at the front desk talking. (the equipment and the locker rooms are clean).There are some of the attachments for the cable machines that the grips are torn our missing or there is not enough of them.Speaking of not enough, they need another cable fly machine. Im frequently standing in line for it and Im there during the slowest times.These may seem nitpicky but they asked for my opinion. I still give the place 4 stars because of the value. $10-$15 a month is a good deal for the equipment you get to use.

Update, Did a dispute with my credit card, since the place isnt open past 9pm. Got the money back. Then they create 3 new fraudulent transactions saying I paid in person! Run from this unethical facility!Is it typical for planet fitness to ignore its members when location cant replace light bulbs, place smells like mildew, and piss???

Cons: The only reasons Im not going for 5 stars is they lack squat racks, they have Smith machines but those are terrible in my opinion for developing real strength and slowing your body to get into good form with two essential compound lifts. Also the dumbbells dont go heavier then 75 pounds, which I get with planet fitness. But I dont think up to 95 or 100 would be pushing it. I can live with the dumbbells, but for the love of the squat and chest press get a real squat rack.Pros:The staff at this gym are very professional and I assume have some pride with their place of work. I say this because the gym is kept especially clean when compared to other gyms that lack the work ethic. The bathrooms are kept pristine, and the amenities within ate awesome. They have beauty lights around the mirrors, a hairdryer, and rainfall shower head with one that shoots out from the wall hitting you from above and the front. By the bathrooms are a changing room for those who prefer. Kettle bells, battle ropes, trx bands, and the standard weights and pull machines. More cardio machines then most, along with stair masters. A 30 minute workout room to hit all body parts, which is great for beginners to really push themselves. And a few stretch stations. All in all a good gym for the price, cleanliness, and atmosphere.

The management staff is beyond rude just because they donated a 1year membership to the company where I work at they think they can be rude to the customer. Sorry didnt mean the staff but if the managers are rude I dont even want to talk to staff.

I cant say enough about Planet Fitness Sheboygan! The environment is always clean, the staff are super friendly, and the equipment/services are amazing!

I love the Planet Fitness in Sheboygan. The staff is fantastic. And their trainer Ginny is absolutely awesome! I am so glad to be a member of this gym!

Planet fitness is similar everywhere. This isnt as nice as some but bigger than many. They dont seem to stick to their schedule of classes.

The classes they offer are nice if you need someone to hold you accountable or if you want to change up your routine.

I went in the other night to get a membership after work. i walked in and the guys gave me a look like why am i here and i told him i would like a new membership. he says so your familiar with the place. its been 5 years sense ive been to pf. he said i cant use a debit card.. why is that? i said all i have in my debit card.he rudely said well i cant help you then and turned away .last time i had a membership all emplyees cared about their job and the people that came in. this guy was rude and disrespectful. i will not become a member again. it was hard enough for me to just walk in and then i experience that rude employee.

I just tried to pay a 20 dollar bill from out if state. According to both the person that answered the phine and tge manager there is no way for me to do this. I signed up with them because they are a national chain. I have never had anybody refuse to let me pay a bill. I was told the only way i can pay a 20 dollar bill was to fly in to cheboygan and pay in person. I pointed out that this would cost 600 dollars and was NOT going to happen. Ridiculous.

The best one I have been to so far. Would love to see a pf go up in grafton, wi. Would be convenient for me to stop on my way home since I live in Brown Deer and work in Sheboygan.

Love this gym, its a great price and the employees are friendly. Not 100% sure on the judgement free thing because there are some very athletic groups that go to this gym, and the equipment is kind of outdated. The location in Manitowoc has their tvs connected to the cardio machines and I wish they had that at this location. Over all its pretty good though.
