Helpful, informative, and knowledgeable coaching. The gym has a positive culture for learning and development. A fun hobby to challenge yourself and grow as a person, or possibly use as self-defense as a last resort.

Great place. Coming in with zero knowledge, Ive been greeted and coached by everyone I met. Each person has been extremely helpful and wants to see you both enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and succeed.

Love it!! The head instructor, Jeff Sass, is excellent at explaining things, especially when you dont get it!! Along with the assistant coaches, everyone seems to be there to help you learn as well as practice themselves!! The kids classes look fun for the kids and is really neat to see them do the same moves as adults!! If I had kids, I would sign them up for the kids classes as well!!

I wrestled in highschool and a bit in college and I was looking for a way to continue my training.I could not have picked a better, more respectful place. I was part of the family immediately and no questions I had went unanswered.Any skill level can come here, learn, and be welcome. New people can walk into a class, borrow a Gi, and start learning. I thought wrestling would help me more but I had to learn from scratch like everyone else.I find myself going there for the people as much as for the training.

Whether your new to martial arts or a seasoned veteran, this place is an awesome place to train. The instructors are freindly and knowledgeable, and the class has an awsome variety of people to roll with.

Neutral Ground Sheboygan is a phenomenal place! Instruction in the art of Brazilian jiu jitsu is presented in a technical/calm manner that allows anyone to come in and train regardless of age, experience, etc.The team vibe is excellent from kids class through adult class. Everyone respects each other and builds one another up on and off the mats. Great place and great people. If you are looking to change your life you must try jiu jitsu and there isnt a better place around then here!
