Very unprofessional, it took less than ten minutes to butcher my hair and it took more time to wash my hair. I regret going there for the second time, wouldnt recommend to anyone, complete waste of my money.

Jackie Morton cuts my 2 boys and my hair. She does an amazing job, makes the boys very comfortable for being 10 and 6. She has been cutting our hair for over a year now. After I retired from the Marine Corps I looked for a person who could cut military regulation haircuts and she was the girl. She treats us very well and we have never had any issues. The offer a fantastic haircut at a good price. The only reason Im not breathing at 5 stars is because sometimes its difficult to get in the same day. You can literally call when they open and they will be booked up until afternoon already. That is my only complaint. The staff and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. If you are impatient like I am then sometimes the wait can be frustrating

Professional friendly staff. Great value for the cost. Every haircut comes with a shampoo, hot face towel, facial hair trim, and a shoulder massage. You can even come back between regular cuts for a free neck trim/touch up. The waiting area has a large selection of current magazines, TVs, and free peanuts, coffee, and cold water.

Much better than your average place. I like the focus on comfort and the hair washing. I my downside is having to wait outside before appointments

Myself and my boys have used Jackie and Ashley M and they are both great at what they do. I either tell them or show a picture of what we want and the cut always looks great.

Understaffed, not always that friendly when trying to call to make an appt. They dont have a dedicated receptionist, which makes the stylists have to answer phones during cuts. I will still go when I can, experience could be much better

Made an appointment online. I live a little ways away about 25 mins. Show up to a woman that said my appointment was a mistake and there where no openings. Not coming back.

I am black. I went in to get a fade and a line up. I had showed my barber(they are actually cosmetologists) a picture of what I roughly wanted for a reference. When giving me a fade, one side was higher than the other and crooked, meaning the when one side looked like a seismograph line of unblended hair, while the otherside was cut to the top of my head. Then the barber started to line me up and cut my hair 1/4 of an inch back from where it naturally grows so it looked like my hair line was receding very badly. I spoke up and my barber proceeded to blame me and my curly hair for why it looked so bad, I stopped the hair cut and asked for my money back they then got there managers who where actually barbers so they could try and FIX IT but you cannot fix a hair line clipped to the skin, because you cant put the hair back on. What was supposed to be 1/2 hours turned to 2 and 1/2 hours of them telling me they dont do refunds. Then they had the never to offer me a 1 free haircut coupon as compensation. I cut them off at that point and walked out called there corporate and the corporate said that they have no control over what goes on. SO MORAL IS DONT GO IN OF YOU DONT HAVE STRAIT HAIR BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THEY CAN CUT YOUR HAIR, BUT THEY CANT ESPECIALLY IF YOUR BLACK

Terrible, make an appointment with the stylist you want and you get there only for them to tell you your on a No Show list for that stylist. I missed like one appointment due to work. Definitely better salons around town, wouldnt recommend

Awesome place for a haircut. They wash your hair and plus they give you a back massage with a electric massager.

They were very nice, but haircut I received.... Luckily hair grows back. Also the site led me to believe I would recieve a straight edge shave (which is why I chose to give them a try) which I did not receive. It also states warm towel on face, I was given just a towel over the face. I was happy they got me in quick, but not exactly what I was expecting based on reviews and websites advertisement. Great customer service, but not what I expected.

Ive been going here for years and never looked back. A great barbershop for men where you get more than just a haircut for your money. Typical regular haircut includes cut, style, shampoo and condition while a hot towel lies on your face, and a upper back/shoulder massage. TVs are located in every station so you can watch while they do their thing. They use high quality products for your hair. The service is great and friendly. You really cant go wrong choosing this barbershop. You get all this for just $15.00 if paid with cash. Id just recommend tipping well because the stylists are doing a lot for you. 5+ ☆s.

Honestly I am disappointed. I brought my friend in for his first hair cut ever. Since he was tired of going bald. And instead of him being satisfied. We went home disappointed. The lady was such in a rush and didnt even give him a proper cut. Still had uneven hair and it was overall horrible. Its best to do appointment and dont be late. Their walk in rule is just for show. You really cant walk in and expect a hair cut. Ive been here a few times and was always please but I thank you for your past service and I hope you guys treat you customers better.

This place is such a good deal! You get to eat peanuts while you wait, watch your own TV while you get your haircut. Then, they wash your hair and give you a neck massage! This should cost $50 but instead its only about $15! If you ever go to this place ask for Jess, as she does a PERFECT job... you can tell she loves her job and loves working there.

Good place to get a haircut, but they are almost always booked and if you are late by ANY amount of time they will cancel your appointment and you will have to schedule again (which could take days).Edit 2020: The cost has gone up $5 since last year. The last stylist to cut my hair took only 15 minutes to do it and seemed in a rush. The lobby also isnt open, so Ive had to wait outside. The haircuts are still decent though.Edit 2021: The cost is up again to $20. The person forgot to cut/trim my sideburns

The staff at the Barbershop is great! Kelly is an amazing stylist. She listens to what you want and isnt afraid to offer her expert opinion on it. She takes time and is confident in what she is doing so it reassures me that she knows her stuff. Plus her bright, bubbly personality just makes my day! She is the only person I trust with my hair. Whenever I go to the Barbershop, I always make sure to have Michelle Laboy cut my hair. I live in Brown Deer and I drive 40 minutes just to get my haircut. Some would say thats crazy, but I do it because it is such an awesome experience and she does a fantastic job. The best thing on top of everything is that it is at such an affordable price. If you have been looking for someone to cut your hair reliably for the long term future, she is definitely the person for you! Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed.

She does whatever it takes to get a good haircut, even if it means giving him all her combs and her spray bottle. They give you a certificate for the baby book for the first haircut as well! Well, I decided to give this here barbershop a go. Mrs Laura McDermott was my stylist. If I had to rate my experience on a scale from 1-10 I would say it was the absolute best haircut I’ve ever received maybe? I will undoubtedly be going back to have Laura cut my hair from now on. Strongly recommend this young lady. Very friendly and extremely talented.

I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my hair cut. For less than the price of most barber shops in town like great cuts you can get your hair cut, washed, conditioned, and styled. If you pay cash its a buck cheaper. There are free peanuts in the waiting area and you can choose what to watch on TV when you are getting your cut. Customer service is excellent, prices are great, service is exceptional. Cannot recommend enough.

Honestly I have been going here for many years! I have always loved it and they treat you really well! This year i was given Tristan and she did a great job handling my haircut and beard the way I wanted. Usually I let her do what she thinks is best. I highly recommend her if you ever need your haircut! reasonable price for what they all offer with it!

The barber did a great job of blending my sons hair after he decided to cut it himself. You could not even tell that he cut his hair.

Been coming here for years, I have my favorite stylist (tattooed Kelly) but theyre all great there. Cut, hot towel, shampoo & conditioner (LOVE a womans fingers in my hair), & a massage, all in a timely fashion. Its VERY man style pampering. Highly recomended, I personally wouldnt go anywhere else. Schedule ahead of time though, The Barbershop takes walk ins but its not normally immediate. Great services & products, friendly, modern rustic atmosphere. Its a man cave for haircuts.

Been here numerous times because the sign says walk-ins accepted yet EVERY time Ive walked in they say theyre booked and turn me away. Hey heres an idea, maybe stop fully booking every day and allocate a handful of openings for people who walk in so they can actually get a haircut?!?!? Especially on the weekends. Not all of us can schedule a haircut during the week.

Horrible. Signs for walk-ins welcome everywhere. I walk in and am told to make an appointment. Stop false advertising or get a manager who can staff correctly for what is advertised. So disappointing because Ive heard such good things about the place. When I walked in, there was 1 guy in the waiting room, 1 guy getting his haircut, and 3 female employees standing around doing nothing. Coming from a customer service background I want and expect to hear the truth... a Hey, it will be 20 to 30 minutes and we can get you taken care of not We want you to walk in and make an appointment. I bet 70% of the biz does come in from walk-ins being told to make an appointment.Edit ***in reply to owner response*** If I walk in and am told there is a waiting time, thats FINE. Just let me know, Im happy to wait 20-30 minutes as long as it is communicated to me. But if I walk in and you tell me that I need to make an appointment and that appointment slot is 3 or 4 hours later or even the next day, that completely defeats the purpose of a walk-in. And no, there were not several people when I arrived. There were 4 employees (only 1 was actually working) and 2 customers.

10/10 would go again. Tina at the Sheboygan location is PHENOMENAL. A great conversationalist, as well as a stylist. Tina cut my hair just how I imagined, and educated me about the products she was using on my hair. She seemed genuine the whole time, through and through. Thank you Tina for such a great cut!!!

The stylist that I have been going to for a few months now has been Kelly. She does the best job to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is attentive to your needs and gives a supreme haircut.She pays attention to all the details of your haircut.
