Well I remember I put a great review little time ago but today I changed my mind because I got this morning to cut my hair but big surprise the lady told me not I dont have Nathan Im going to be busy zoom but I say really omg I dont see any costumers but the lady told not good luck everyone

I had scheduled for a apt at 11am! got there and no one was there. the store wasn’t even opened! the store hours that was plastered on the window said their suppose to be open at 9AM! wow what a waste of my time! never coming here again! i didn’t get any phone call to let me know or anything or even to apologize

I wasnt too keen on having my hair cut here. But honestly the price is right. I have an interview coming up and I needed to not look like a old rag lady. Nancy was my stylist and I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did an even better job that I hoped. She made it fit the shape of my face, it looks natural, was fast, good conversation, and she had me looking ten years younger. I do reccomend Nancy at Smart Style.

Not enough developer in my hair color got blisters on the back of my neck which was a different color lost a Day pay at work and wrecked our plans for the weekend feverish and blisters

My stylist wasnt getting what I wanted. So she had another stylist cut my hair I was very happy with my hair cut. I was truly grateful that she turned me over to someone who understood me instead of trying to cut my hair and I would not love it.

My sons have autism. I did the check in before they arrived. They sat for a good 15 minutes cause some woman before them said brb and went shopping in store so the hair cutter waited for her return while my kids waited. Its policy the hair cutter said. Unbelievable.

They know what they are doing and are very engaging for all customers. Not only is it convenient, but the prices are reasonable.

Booked an appointment online and went to the store and they were double booked and got told I had to wait. Did my shopping and left my son in line and the hair dresser skipped him again and took someone else. When I asked what the issue was and why she skipped my son - she said no my problem call my manager she works in Plymouth. Horrible customer service - this is not how you represent a business.
