A very traditional shop with an urban feel. I was able to make a same day appointment. My original appt was with a different barber but he was still busy amd another barber jumped in. Hair cut was quick but not rushed and looked great

They were professional and show good social distancing manners.

Ive had some bad experiences here at Ricks I cant lie. Ive had guys lie about the cost of a haircut and so on, but I know Rick is an honest man. I found out about Zeke and so far he has been A1, on time, great at communicating and does good work as you can see in the pic.

Be warned, I am 100% biased in this review. Now that, that is out of the way. I have been coming to Ricks for as long as I can remember. Just as a reference thats over 20+ years. Even before he opened this shop. I have never been disappointed in the hair cuts that I get here. All the barbers here know what they are doing and will get it done right the first time. Fair priced and depending on how busy, quick service. The gentleman here are friendly and I see no problem coming back for another 20 years.

Excellent Customer Service, professional atmosphere & fun place for a cut

Came here when I first moved to Kansas. Walked in waited for 2.5 hrs. The barber said someone will be with me and they do accept walk ins. Time went by and it was closing time they said no one will be cutting hair anymore. Haven’t came back since. Seems like a great atmosphere but customer service isn’t there. Seems like you have to know the barbers to get a cut. Don’t accept walk ins if y’all gonna have them wait and not get cut. Waist of time.

They Take late Walk Ins......was able to get in at 6:15pm Friday, and they closed at 7p. Very Accommodating

Ive tried many of the barbers here and they are all good. You have the option to buy hair products as well if you want. Lines can be long depending on the time and day you go. I usually try to make it in during the weekdays after work. You can also call and setup an appointment if you want. Overall good barbershop.

After suffering from a horrible skin fade up the street at another barber shop, I went to these guys to fix it. My barber did an excellent job and took his time in the best way w my cut. The guys are very friendly, fun, laid back yet professional with getting the job done well. THANK YOU!

Came, no acknowledgement, waited and hour and a half, still nobody attempted to say anything, i love this place, they do such a great job, but customer service is horrendous. The moment i tried leaving then, they come running offering to cut my boys hair.Mind you the number posted on their place, phone rings once snd disconnect so you cant even call ahead😱😱😱, will normally give them all the stars for great hair cuts, but not today, needless to say they had 6 open seats with most of their barbers standing there watching basketball game😤😤Will still come back, love place though, great guys but i think they need to focus more on customers!!

No one greeted me. So I had no idea when my turn was. People cutting me in line after waiting 30 min. Bad customer service. Talk to the customers and let them know who is next. I stayed an extra 20 min and no one tells you your next. Bad customer service. Never again.

They usually do great at cutting hair. 1 of the 4 times I went, one of the guys gave me a s&%t haircut. Another time I went with my son, ( I made an appointment for both of us for the same barber) after my son got done with his haircut, the guy cutting his hair let one of his buddies slide in before me. I know this as fact because while he was giving my son a haircut, he answered a call and said yeah, come on in and Ill get you taken care of real quick. Just now I called up there to make an appointment, Rick answered, I asked if a certain barber was in, he said no. I asked if I could make an appointment with this certain barber, Rick said Youll have to talk to him. I asked if he knew when this barber would be in, he said he didnt know. I asked how I could make an appointment with this certain barber, Rick said youll have to talk to him. Ive almost always had a problem with making an appointment. Not worth it!!!

Walk ins are NOT welcomed. Waited for almost 2 hours, they kept getting my their friends in before me and kept ignoring me. Don’t waste your time and money.

Take my boys all the time and weve always left happy!! Never wait...now they have walk in/sign in and we are in and out with in 30 minutes for both boys!!

I love this shop. My son sees Gio and he does a great job, but Ive also watched how Rick interacts with everyone who comes in and hes everything an owner should be.

I suggest to anyone not to use Ron. I made an appointment with him and waited 30 mins. Ron failed to show up and none of the barbers knew his status. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life.

All advertising says they open at 6am on Saturday, I waited till 7:20 till the first employee showed up. He had appointments, so I couldn’t get in. I was told the next guy would be there at 8, waited till 8:15 and still nobody. Horrible service, I will never give them another opportunity. If it’s your first time going there, double check their hours. If I could give less than 1 star I would!
