Nick is such a great insurance agent! My family and I have worked with him for years and he never fails to deliver excellent service. Whenever I need something, I call him and he’s there. I feel confident as Nick as my agent.

We switched to Nick Reed last year after 30 years with another company. Nick was very easy to deal with, even with the pandemic. We saved about 50% on our premiums for both auto and homeowners. We recently visited the office in person for an annual review. During the review we were able to get our questions answered and got to know Nick better. I have been buying insurance for over 50 years and Nick has taken better care of our needs than anyone else.

We selected the Reed Agency when we moved to Kansas last year only because it was near our new house and we were currently State Farm policy holders. Due to Covid, we never met the agent in person but they were always super helpful and responsive via the phone or email.We just had a video policy review to make sure we understood our policies. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable about our policies and provided ways we could reduce our premiums. He explained things clearly and provided a detailed summary of all coverages for us to review. Talking about our current and future needs was very helpful and made it obvious that we picked the right agent.We would highly recommend the Reed Agency for any of your home or auto needs. State Farm was $800 less for the same coverage than my Farmers agency so afterwards I had State Farm (Reed Agency) run comps on my other property insurance and will also be saving big money and switching those over as well. He educated her while doing it to make sure if she ever had to install them, she would know the proper way. If we could take them with us to the new state we are moving to, we would!! This office is amazing! I’ve used this office for almost 10 years, first with my parents then with my own family. Between my parents and my family we have probably 10 items (and 5 drivers) insured so we are in contact with the office quite often. I have never once had a bad experience and do not have a single negative thing to say. The staff are all very friendly and deal with issues promptly. We also get a great value for our money and have home and auto insured through State Farm.

Nick sat down with me for an hour and thoroughly went through my current Farmers home and auto insurance policy in comparison to the policy available at State Farm. He was very honest about the pros and cons. There was only one con and Nick spoke openly about that. (My current policy covers windshield repair, which is not included in the policy available at State Farm.). Nick was able to quote me a rate that was even better than our current policy and cost my family 1/2 the price. I wish I had found Nick ten years ago! If you are shopping for insurance, definitely talk to Nick. He has a friendly and very helpful team.

I love EVERY agent at this location! I just recently had water damage at my new home and everyone worked in a timely manner to get my family taken care of.
