John and his team are very friendly and remember everything about our policy and family. Our kiddo loves talking to John. It’s a family oriented place and I feel like they truly care about what’s best for us. They’ve saved us money over the years and make sure we’re taken care of quickly if anything happens. When I was rear ended a few years back, John personally checked in to see if I was okay. You don’t get that level of care with an internet insurance company.

Great team over here. I was tired of dealing with call centers and never being able to talk to an agent for what I thought was a good rate. Stephanie and John were able to get me a better price, they are fast and responsive to questions, but most of all they are people I can call or come in to talk to. Ive never had to talk to a mass call center and getting my home and car insurance swapped has been a breeze. Great people with great prices. Dont assume the big box online guys have anything over local agents. I will only use local agents moving forward.

I have been a customer of John Wills-State Farm Insurance for several years. I have had many agents for various insurance companies for home, auto, and motorcycles, however none have come close to the service I have received from this agency. NONE!My father was involved in a serious car accident a number of years ago. He sustained life threatening injuries and required hospitalization and rehab. Somehow Mr. Wills found out about the accident and he initiated the claim process. His staff made quick work of processing the claim, preparing all the paperwork, worked with the tow company, and obtained all police reports. I was so relieved that such a normally involved process was taken care of for me and my dad. They went above and beyond in service and always made sure I was confident they were there should I need them. The claim was paid quickly and I was actually surprised by the higher than expected reimbursement amount. I quickly switched to John Wills and State Farm as my insurance carrier. Several members of my family have also made the switch.I have had to make insurance claims in the years since John Wills has been my agent. All transactions have been handled with the same efficiency and care as I experienced from day one.I strongly recommend John Wills and State Farm as a trusted insurance agency.
