Terrible customer service. Phone Secretary is very rude.

I’m still waiting last 13 hours to pickup my load they give me door but not even touch my truck. They not listen and care anything just said wait for one hour more.. that’s my last pickup for this place.. very slow people. If someone arrived be prepared first..

WORST PICK UP EVER IN MY LIFE!!! Driver do not come here to pick up or delivery,unless you want to spend 7 hours here! Also the black guy who was trying to load me literally got busted because he was super high and I’ve got him on my camera and report him.

Good company unloading fast I come by appointment on time but I’m not sure if you late or you come early to take care you.No security gate over night you can sleep parking lot. Restroom inside building.

I had a live load there and the staff was really nice!

These guys here deserve 0 star, been here 5.5hrs not done getting loaded. It took 4hrs before my first pallet got into my trailer. Not driver friendly especially over the road, be prepared to waste lots of your hours here. They are taking their sweet time. Not sure how long im staying. From 3:50pm.. its 9:25pm... my appointment time was 4pm

This is a huge Ceva warehouse located here. It’s brand new so it does not exist on google map. Staff is nice and beautiful. So far really slow loading and waited another hour so for paper work.

Great place to work for. If you have problems with irritating bossy people tell the manager. I didn’t talk to the manager which I should have. Instead I quit.

😲Rude ladies in office besides one sweet lady with a nose hoop, took hours loading. Arrived 8:35 leaving at 3:00 not a happy trucker.
