Little concerned that your staff were not wearing masks

My experience with SMX Staffing has been nothing but professional. The staff is friendly and can readily answer most questions asked in the office. If they could not provide an answer, they found someone who could provide an answer. Having worked summer help for this company for 5 years, they were very flexible with me as a college student, and allowed me to take personal days as long as I showed effort on site at Aisin. I would recommend this staffing agency over others in the area based on the experience I have had in the office and the relationship I developed with Erin, and those who work in the office

I dont feel they look at reasons why people quit jobs. They wont rehire for a different spot if you dont give a notice. Most companies make you wait 30 to 90 days this place is a joke

Horrible company to work for I was placed at ryder whirlpool in Plainfield. I was offered a fulltime position thur the company I was working for however SMX failed to due a background check on my and just placed me so I was let go after busting my butt to prove myself for a fulltime position. None of my wages was reported to the state as me working still isnt after 6 months of not working there. I have made phone calls about my w2s and they are stating they dont have any record of me working for them however i have all my paycheck stubs that proves i did i made roughly around 16000 there and cant even file it I repeat STAY AWAY WORST TEMP SERVICE EVERY!

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! They treat you like a number. If you go to Aisin Anchor places you and you answer to them. Even though you dont work for anchor staffing. Erin is just a cheerleader. I got worked like a slave. Got told by the anchor person We dont cater to individuals issues. We place people on the needs of the customer and our multi million dollar contract. If you cant handle the job assigned, then leave. We can replace you Great way to run a staffing agency. Why does Anchor staffing have any say over Smx members to begin with is beyond me. Go somewhere else to work. These people are horrible.
