I have works in a lot of different Agencies and really have nothing wrong to say about any of them, but with StaffWorks I do really feel the professionalism of their agents, so far I have communicated with two ladies and both of them have been very helpful, showing a lot of attention and very nice and prepared. They have call me just to see how am I doing in the assignment and how I feel on it. Is very important for these days to have that kind of attention knowing how hard and troubled everything is to get a decent job.I do recommend StaffWorks to anyone who is looking for professionalism and decent treatment on your behalf. Amazing To Work For

Came here less than a month ago and was greeted and attended to very promptly by the staff. I met with Sarah who did a excellent job trying to find a job position that suited my qualifications. In addition to me checking in for work, I know and feel that this company really works hard with finding work for the candidates.

What a great staffing agency. The employees are so courteous and helpful. Lynn always works hard to get me the best positions and pay. Whenever I needed a temp position they always were able to help me out. I would recommend them to anyone. Working temp jobs helped me decide what I wanted to do with my career, after losing my job of 28 years.

Recent job posting for accounts payables and accounts receivables! How can they judge MY qualifications if they cant write a correct job description. They do not respond to job applications...this used to be a good place to become reimployed.

I took my sisters there for a job interview. I was not even prepared to do the application myself but Ms. Sedona Phillips asked me if I wanted to do one and she helped us with the application and within 2 days she found my sisters a job in Waterbury and Shelton. Great staff. Though I didnt get the part time that I am looking for my sisters got exactly what they were looking for. Thanks again Staffworks.

The epitome of unprofessional and incompetent. I met with Lynn 2 months ago and was told she would be working hard to find me a position and would call in a couple of days. A few days passed and no call so I followed up and left a voicemail. No call back. Ive called every week since and when I do get ahold of her she has no clue who I am and still manages to end the call with the same line my colleagues and I are working very hard to find you something rewarding. Its actually become comical since Ive been called Mike, Steve and even Josh and hasnt a clue what fields Im in.Perhaps management should intervene as someone this inept must be abhorrent for business. A CRM system to track applicants and clients would also be a great help (its possible they have one and she chooses not to use it).

I would highly recommend StaffWorks to all my family and friends. The treat everyone with respect all the time and go out of their way for people.

My brothers tried this temp agency when they were younger. My family dislikes the management here, particularly Lynn, but I decided to keep an objective mind when looking for a job around my area. I called every week for three months. Nothing. Had an opportunity to live in Westchester, NY for several months. Immediately worked for a different temp agency in a different state for four months. Came back home to CT and called Lynn.After two weeks of nothing again, I got stern with her. She became upset with me for being upset with her. I told her my situation at the time, working for a different temp agency in NY for months without a single follow-up phone call from her at all. I put her on the spot: either do your job or admit to me that I shouldnt waste my time and rely on you. Her continued absence in helping me afterwards gave me my answer. She cant separate personal from professional.You can try to find a job through this agency, but unless youre willing to kiss her butt for low wage, high turnover labor positions (as my brothers got from her), then youll only be wasting your time here (which I unfortunately did. The only service I received from this agency was my application being processed). Im pretty sure now Lynn had no intention of helping me from the start. She proved to me that I shouldnt rely on her nor her agency, and now I understand why my brothers dislike her.

The staff (Linn) is not the best person to ask for a job position, mean staff, rude crew. Im never going to ask for a job position with this kind of people. . There are much better job agencies around. ..

Lynn was actually pretty rude..dont really care about what are you asking for when it comes to pay..if i want over $10 or $11 that is my decision and because of experience not hers. if she wasnt working there i would try again and recommend this place

Treated me like I wasn’t there. Ignored what I had to say

They list ads but they never reply to the resume you send them. At least send a note back if the resume doesnt qualify for the position. I was a recruiter for 3 years myself, before going back to accounting, if I had a registered employee asking me about work Id tell them whether they were a fit for the position they saw advertised or not. Leaving the employee un-replied to is unprofessional in my opinion. I know if I was told I didnt fit what theyre looking for Id stop submitting my resume to their ads.

I needed work, and i got a paycheck 2 weeks after walking into this place for the first time.Anyone who wants to work will get it, though the work wont be glamorous
