This is my 1st time at this salon. I was greeted immediately with kindness. Julie took me right back. She took the time to talk to me to hear how I wanted them done with even showing her a picture of a certain design that I liked. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so my hands & arms get stiff at times. She understood this & made me feel very relaxed & comfortable. The salon is very clean & sanitary. The prices are good. All staff are friendly. Looking forward to going back. Julie is kind & caring. New customer satisfied

Vanessa did an excellent job on my eyelashes. She listened to my requests and it was fair lol quick considering. It has lasted for longer than expected also. Will be going for my fill in.

I finally found my forever nail home! I live in Crofton and there’s multiple nail salons around me. That in itself speaks volumes. I drive all the way here. A recent client of mine had her nails done and they looked SO good. Everyone was asking her all day where she got her nails done. She spoke highly of this spot and recommended it. The staff is so friendly and my nails look the best they ever have. Its a family-owned and operated, which I love! I brought my 5-year old for a girls day. They accommodated her and made sure she had the best time. The last time, I brought her to a nail salon ”for a special treat” she left in tears and stated,” she never wanted to go to a nail salon again” because of how rude they were and did not want to be bothered with my daughter. Inails changed that for both of us! Thank you!

The best experience! Everyone that worked there was so nice! Took the time to ask what my name was and actually made conversation. Offered cold bottled waters to all the customers. I HIGHLY recommend!!

This was my first time at this establishment and this will definitely be my salon. The service was spectacular and my nails look amazing. They took their time to make my toe nails and finger nails look perfect. I’m so in love with this salon and the employees. Theyre all great!

I havent had acrylic nails done in a few years and I am BLOWN AWAY at what an amazing job Vanessa did on my nails. I was nervous getting tips again but she was kind, we had great conversation and most importantly my nails turned out FLAWLESS. Literally flawless! I am so impressed I had to hop on here same day and write a glowing review. Id been here for pedicures in the past, and today I had a lovely pedicure too. Overall, its a wonderful place. Highly recommend.

Ive been to many nail salons in the Arnold/Severna Park area and none has been a good fit -- for a number of reasons. After reading reviews, I gave iNails a try and was so pleased with the service and the results. I had both a pedicure and a gel manicure and both look fantastic. I told the woman who did my pedicure that I recently broke my big toe and she was very careful, which I appreciated. Vanessa did my gel French manicure and its one of the best Ive ever had. Definitely going back.

I cant say enough good things about i nails. I have been there twice now and both times the customer service and quality of service that I received from Vanessa were the best by far that I have received from any place in this area! She did not rush and she listened to what I wanted. I am so grateful to have found this gem with amazing owners that honestly know the true meaning of customer service!

The lady who does the eyebrows did the best job ever! I’ve tried 100s of places and was the absolute happiest here. She actually LISTENED when I told her I did not want them thin and did a great job.

The place was pretty busy but they handle the flow of customers pretty wellIts affordable! Everyone here is friendly and very accommodating. They even offered me water which was a nice touch. Plus, the manicures are wonderful, too. Cant stop staring at my nails…Trust me ladies and Gents, you wont be disappointed.

Vanessa does a perfect job and is very friendly. All of the technicians will give you a great pedicure, not skimping on the massage. Their prices are affordable and there is no annoying high pressure to get additional services like you experience everywhere else.

This is a hidden gem! I have been to so many nail salons in the area and none compare! I am a truck driver and have also been to many salons around the country. No matter where I am I will always hold off on getting my nails done until i can get here.
